Out of all the restaurants I’ve been to this is by far the shittiest. Horrible customer service, horrible employees, and pure incompetency. Never has online orders available and never answer the phone. I’d give it 0 stars but it’s not an option.

Did not start the online order of 4 sandwiches, so I had to wait for them to be made. Although I specified the bread, a different bread was used. Which changed the sandwiches' taste.

Came in at 6:50 on a Thursday night to be told they only had ghost Pepper bread , I had to ask the employee if flat bread was available and he reluctantly said a couple of pieces.. as a paying customer I've never had an employee try to get me to not get me to eat anywhere in my life.as he reluctantly made my sandwich he refused to cut it in half because he was trying to chase me out of the shop . Horrible experience won't ever be back

customer service from a boy was very poor. very rude. he messed up a steak sandwich and barley put any meat or veggies on it. Paid 16 dollars for just a sub. Refused to remake it or refund me. I asked to speak to the manager she refused to speak to me. over all experience was horrible. will not be returning.

Asked for a chicken bacon sandwich on flat bread 12 inch. They put a little amount of meat and cheese side ways on the sandwich not long ways. Never have seen that before. When the girl said she messed up instead of taking a couple of minutes to make a new one, the male coworker just shoved the meat and cheese to one side (longways, how it normally is applied to sandwich) there was such little meat on it my husband said something and was told that’s the normal amount put on for a twelve inch. The workers never apologized or offered to make a new sandwich. This is what $13 +tax gets you! Not the first time we have had awful service here. It’s just sad!

I'm not a tourist to the area but I went in at a super busy time near the 4th of July. Unfortunately they only had one person working trying to rush to get at least 10 people taken care of. The man there did an excellent job at handling the stress and getting everyone's orders done as fast as he could. Hopefully he's getting paid well for handling that all by himself. You would think maybe the owner could have stepped in to help if they are short staffed.

I was there last night ordered 2 sandwiches was going to use a coupon but the man couldn't get it to work he tore it up, I said that's ok so he said I'll do 2 for 10.00 well my total was 25.43 I proceeded to ask him if it was 10.00 each which even at 20.00 the amount was more than it should have been after tax he said it is what it is. I paid but every time he's working he has immense problems with the register and seems highly stressed finishing the transaction.

I'm giving a 5 star rating for Hailey ONLY. She was the only person working today! While I did have to wait for my online order, Hailey was calm, cool, and collected! The line kept getting longer but Hailey just kept working. Hello to the owner, you obviously need more staff but if you're short staffed you need to come in. If it weren't for one dedicated employee I would give 0 stars. And Hailey needs a bonus and a raise! Thank you Hailey for being so awesome!

We got there and found out the lazy guy behind the counter decided he didnt need to make bread. Sadly irs the only "fast food" place in town. Its worth the drive to go to Eagle River if you have the time. Three Lakes Subway was terrible.

Went into store was told there wasnt a manager around and to leave my name and number. I left that store with out food or my money!!!! This is day two and still no call! Terrible. And ridiculous

Great Subway location! We live in Eagle River and rarely go to that Subway because many times they have 1 employee running the whole place! At least this Subway had 3 workers so the person handling the money didn't make our food. We will drive the 10 minutes to Three Lakes anytime we want Subway.
