I ordered a spicy Italian online, paid and was given a confirmation number. When I got to the building, the sandwich was not ready. I was told there was no wheat bread. I was not given an option of a different bread. When I asked for a refund, it was a very quick "YUP! We can refund you!"
I ended up just going to Jimmy John's.

I placed a order almost 6 hours before hand and got there for pickup just to find out within them 6 hours they couldn’t have even made 2 loafs of bread for 2 sandwich’s and all they had was flatbread. Placed an order way ahead of time to make sure they had time to have everything for it and they couldn’t even do that. Never even called to let me know.

By far have had the worst experience at Subway ever have been sitting in the drive-through for over 30 minutes so I called the restaurant just to ask how long the wait time is. A lady answered the phone and I asked how long the wait time was and she told me she didn’t know because she was taking care of the customers inside so I asked if she was going to let the people know in the drive-through that she would not be helping us until she was done with everyone inside she told me no and hung up the phone. This is not the first time this has happened all she could do was offer me a free cookie. At this point keep that free cookie.. like come on. You guys know you’re busy around lunch time. Schedule more people for you lunch rush!

May 4, 5:10, I picked up my order. Noone even acknowledged as I walked in or put. No wonder everyone was next door at Culver's. My salad was missing the pepper jack cheese, avocado, and the banana pepper rings. Amazing that a basic order with no extra customers, how little care was to complete a correct order. My mom and I had came in to eat they looked at us like why are we here when mind you it was 7 30 when we came in. You guys close at 9, anyways, so I brushed it off my shoulder, my husband had asked me to grab him something from there so I ate with my mom and when I was at 745 I went back up to order. They once again looked at me like why was I ordering and very very rude to me. I will not be returning. That was very uncalled for. I work fast food and can understand being overwhelmed wanting to get all of closing task done but that isn’t how you treat a paid costumer. I hope something changes about the employees attitude so no one else is treated this way.

A second employee chased my husband out the door saying he didn't pay when he did, he refused the receipt though so he showed on his phone the payment from his bank app. The new employee that rang him up said nothing. He paid a 2nd time and then showed them how it now shows 2 identical payments back to back in his bank app. She then said well maybe if you come back tomorrow the manager can figure out if you paid twice, which he clearly did. She was very rude and wasted a good 20 mins of his 30 min work break.

The service has gotten worse and worse in the last year. Often times taking forever. Almost every time in the last few months the bread is over cooked, hard, can't even pick it up without a shower of crumbs, falls apart when you bite. Used to get a couple times a week but this was the very last straw, never again. This used to be a great subway a couple years ago. Might end up driving to Oakdale now if we want subway.

That this place hasn't got shut down with the way things are going for the night crews. Visit was last night 1/14/25 6:45 or so. Skip this one guys. Was really craving subway and got possibly the sloppiest sandwich I've ever gotten that just left a bad taste in my mouth. By far the slowest fast food place in town. Over 10mins for 1 sandwich that wasn't toasted or heated in the drive thru makes me never want to eat here again. I've been here twice in two weeks. The customer service is awful. They don't have all the drinks online and if you leave notes for something different they just give you a Pepsi. When we pulled up to the drive through there was one car in the parking lot. We placed our order, pulled up to the window, 7 minutes pass before anyone even attempts to speak to us for us to pay. While taking our payment five cars pull up. Instead of managing time correctly, they made us sit there until all of the other cars sandwiches were done and when I received my sandwich that was supposed to be toasted it was cold. I do not recommend. Too expensive to sit and wait forever.

Ordered online when I got there I check in on my app. waited 15-20 minutes still no food. I finally had enough and put my vehicle in reverse and went to drive up window. Was greeted by a employee, I let her know that I had a order that I placed online and that I had check in like I was supposed to and that was 15-20 minutes ago and still haven’t got my food. She was like you have to come in to get it I was like that is not what my email or app told me to do. She then said she would get my food and when she brought me my food I read her my email word for word, and how it said that the sub maker will bring your food right out, and how I had to put my model and color of my vehicle in the app for pick up. All I got was a look and a blank stare. I do not recommend this subway I order through the app that was I don’t have to deal with people and most of all that way my order is correct, because it’s written out for them.

I’m not sure what happened in the last two months but this place has gone way downhill. I never had a problem with them before. Service was nice and sandwiches were good. Now I’d say the last few times I’ve been in there they have so many people working but then only one person making sandwiches with a whole line of people. The sandwiches are put together sloppily. Last time I went in there was a couple in front of me and they were ordering their sandwiches which took about 15 minutes before they finally got to pay. I started my order and when the employee took out the bread and cut it open he completely smashed it. You couldn’t even tell it was bread anymore. I was going to ask for a new one but I saw that the people in front of me had bread that looked the same way so I didn’t see the point. It also takes a long time for my one sandwich to get down the line and I had to repeat myself many times. At the the end when he closed the sandwich half of the ingredients fell out due to the smashed bread and I knew it wasn’t because I had too many things on my sandwich because I get the same thing every time and haven’t had an issue before. There was no apology or offer to fix it. It was just wrapped up and bagged while I paid. When I opened the sandwich when I got home it didn’t even look like a sandwich. Half of the stuff was just laying in the wrapper and the bread was broken in different places and practically laying flat. It was almost impossible to eat and I paid $13 for it. I am normally very understanding when it comes to food service because I’ve worked in restaurants before this was ridiculous. And I wouldn’t leave a bad review if it was only a 1 or even 2 time thing. It’s been multiple bad experiences. I’m not sure if it’s bad training, employees not caring, or what it is but it’s getting to the point I’m going to have to drive to another town if I want subway.

I ordered the buffalo chicken protein bowl for $11 and got fresh mozzarella for an extra $2, paying $13.70 total. When I opened the bag, it was just downhill from there. They didn’t give me my change ($1.30), and the protein bowl was the saddest looking thing I’ve seen from a restaurant in awhile. Apparently a protein bowl only consists of chicken and buffalo sauce, nothing else, because the few veggies that I asked for were the only other things in the bowl. It didn’t taste bad, but the presentation was awful and horribly under-portioned. Maybe worth $7-8? Definitely not $13… just a warning to everyone else.

I want to give a shout out to the counter staff working on April 8th when we can in for lunch. I have a dairy allergy and it is often difficult to find restaurants that can make a safe meal for some with a food allergy. These staff members made me feel very comfortable that I was getting the safest meal possible. They changed gloves, wipe down the counters & oven, got a clean knife and used meat and veggies from the cooler that had not been on the line. It was refreshing to have my allergy taken seriously and staff that new what to do to make my meal safe. It was a great end to our trip after having issues at 3 restaurants on our trip. Thanks again. They didn't get my initial order correct, leaving out tomatoes and pickles. I called and they offered a free sub which was perfect. All the ingredients stayed inside in the bun throughout the meal, and they dealt with how angry I was very well.

This particular Subway had very helpful, friendly staff who did their job quite well. All of the tables and booths were clean, the dining area was well lit, and the floors were free of litter. The bathrooms were clean, but the toilet in the standard stall never stopped running. The staff said they were aware of the problem, but were waiting on it to be fixed. Compared to many other Subways I've visited, I was rather impressed with this one, overall.

Have yet to get the correct sub from this place , they are always out of about half of there selections, and the wait is longer than if you were to just go to a nice sit down restaurant. Don't forsee this place lasting long 20 minutes to make 1 sub is bad and not to mention the multiple times I've seen people hand subs back though the window and employees try and hand it to hand it to the next person in line . Not a very sanitary place and very poor service.

Everything was disgusting. I ordered a pizza which was bland and literally tasted like plastic. I added shredded cheese and it still wasn’t edible. My sub would have been ok except that the bacon was raw. I wish I had taken a photo. I tried to microwave the bacon but the cheese was stuck to it so in trying to crisp the bacon the cheese melted off. Waste of money. I try to not complain much and don’t leave too many reviews but I spent $17 and couldn’t eat any of what I ordered.

1/13/21 Thought I’d try it again. Had to throw the whole foot long in the trash. I just don’t understand how someone could make such a terrible sandwich.

The bread for the subs r made fresh daily.. along with the cookies.. the veggies r pretty fresh as well.. the employees r awesome.. well.. depending on whose working.. theres like 1 or 2 that always have a blank face and doesnt smile or even say hi

Absolutely terrible. Nobody else in line but only the drive through is open. The people working didn’t have to do ANYTHING besides make our sandwiches. Which they couldn’t even do right. I got a different bread than I asked for, it was toasted when I said not to be. And when we asked if we could get a different drink they didn’t offer us one. Absolutely ridiculous service

I was just at the drive and it took 10 minutes from ordering to someone acknowledging me at the drive. I was the first one in line too. Which this was also after I honked my horn 2 times. Still no sub made at this time. I could see workers in there, but no one came to the window until 10 minutes later.
