Just stopped by for lunch. Ordered on the app to (BOGO) buy 1 get one for $1. Service was slow for Saturday lunch. 1 person working at first but then later 2 more ppl came out from the back when the lunch rush was almost over. Mind you the lunch rush was about 7 customes only. 2 fountain drink were out: CHERRY Coke and Vitamin Water. And the Lemonade is actually Sweet Tea. I let them know kindly but they responded with "Yea, we know"

No apologizes given from these sandwich artists.

Worst subway experience ever, donot recommend to anybody, went to this subway on july 31 at around 8, this white guy working, rude from the starting and was just throing vegies in to the sub and didnt even fully wrap it and never even asked about any sauces as well , had to throw it in to the dustbin at the end, he just wrapped the sub in the paper and put it in the bag and threw it on the counter, felt like real racism first time and ruined my whole day

Don't go here unless you're ordering online. You don't exist until they finish all on the line orders. Even if you're there before the online order prints out. They were doing an online order of 4 subs. Another online order printed out after I had been standing there 5 minutes. They finished the first online order and started doing the next online order. Execution up to standard. It was probably the best tuna sandwich I had over the past 10 years at Subway, which could be they just refilled a bucket of freshly made tuna. My only complaint was about their prep speed, it could be typical for a laid back Wisconsin small town, but you might run out of patience if you were on sort of tight schedule.

This Subway is so nice. I'd normally never leave a review for a Subway, but man, Chrissy and Derrick are the nicest people ever.

We came here late at night because the Subway in Necedah closed earlier than they were supposed to, and these two were so accommodating and patient with the huge order we placed, and are the friendliest people to talk to. 10/10. Best experience I've ever had at a Subway. Chrissy and Derrick are the absolute best!

The "sandwich artist" was rude to the customer before me, and was even more rude to me. I asked a simple question about ordering online to a different employee entirely, but the shorter lady with the glasses interrupted to tell me I "just didn't see it," and then interrupted me again to just repeat that sentence while walking away from me. I have worked enough customer service jobs myself to know better than to ever behave in that manner. She was rude enough that I can say I will not enter the store whenever I see her at the counter, and will advise my friends and family to do the same.

A lot of things were wrong with our order so idk where to even begin!! First they were out of all chicken. Then they never warmed up our bacon, or even asked in that matter. When I asked for little jalapeños I got 2 handfuls. When they went to put Mayo on the sandwich a chunk of chicken fell out of it. And not to mention the workers looked like they were all doped up. I go here quite often for lunch but today I was very disappointed. First of all 1 person working during lunch hour is ridiculous especially when most people only have 30 minutes for lunch. I ordered a sandwich, and I ate it. I would like to say there was some pleasant conversation with "Great Employee Gideon" who was taking my orders, but there wasn't any. Mr Gideon had no enthusiasm in his job, and would just stare at you until you, the customer, told him what to do next or what else you wanted on your sandwich. Very poor communication skills and minimal drive to do a good job, or even, a mildly satisfactory one. I may stop here in the future and update my review to better reflect this location, but it isn't likely.

As a customer, we don't care how your day is going, or how your other co-workers get along, you have a good attitude when in front of customers, or they may not come back, regardless of the quality of product.
