I ordered a protien bowl on the App, from my work, took me ten minutes to arrive and they hadn't started making it yet. So I had no problem waiting... then I get my food another 10 mins later, drive back to work to find they didnt put any of the vegetables i requested on my bowl, no olives, no cucumbers, none of them... T hey also smothered it in dressing after I specifically asked for dressing on the side... to say I was extremely disappointed in my subway experience today is an understatement!

Entered the store where I saw three employees having a chat and two customers having a meal. It took approximately three minutes for one of them to wash and dry his hands then put a pair of gloves on, only to stand across the counter directly in front of me and just look at me for roughly close to a minute. For the five or so minutes I was there, no one said a single word in my direction.
I got the message eventually, clearly I wasn't welcomed in the establishment (Subway) so I left.
My apologies if I came across as if I was begging for a meal.

Soda Pop was very nice and helpful every single time we have been there this summer. I absolutely love the people there and the food is my favorite. Very easy to customize your food so that you can enjoy it! I have loved coming here since I was 6 or 7. We get recognized by most of the workers when we come in because they actually care enough to pay attention as well. 10/10 would recommend

The food may have been good, but I had a terrible experience with the staff. The first woman who took our order appeared to be under the influence and made two separate mistakes. Then, a man came out to finish our order, but he was openly rude and aggressive towards my friend and me. It's possible that it was just a bad day for them, but I felt extremely dissatisfied with the service I received. we went again recently and still most of the staff are rude and disrespectful towards customers and in a rush to get the day over with rather than making food that is edible

Y’all be getting mobile orders wrong
I ordered two meatball subs both with parsley, Parmesan and provolone. And seriously I should have just bought my own jar of sauce and bread because that’s what it basically was. There was no Parmesan only a tiny bit of the other cheese and the bread wasn’t toasted at all and felt microwaved. And y’all have the audacity to put in the website it will be ready in 20 minutes and it says not ready on there but I go inside and it was ready.

We had a bad experience here. We tried to order on their app and it wasn’t working so we asked them in store if they would honor the online discount since the app wasn’t working correctly and they said no. So we tried ordering online from their website instead so we would get the deal since we have a big family and we asked if they could help us with ordering online and they did not and said “it’s finicky”. It was terrible. There wasn’t anyone else inside Subway and they were just standing around so you would think they would at least try or make it easy and just honor the discount. Ridiculous! And then once we ordered online (which didn’t work correctly still so we didn’t get correct sandwiches) they took FOREVER to make them and one employee made them (when she decided to while the other employee stood there. Very disappointed and frustrated especially with hungry kiddos.

Had to place two orders as the online site only let's you order 6 sandwiches at a time. And once you start a sandwich order, you can't change the size, but instead have to delete it if you forgot to change from the 1 foot to the 6 inch size. I dont k ow why I keep giving thos place chance after chance. Last night I went there and wow it like a bunch of kids let loose there. They are so disorganized on the line. The girl last night was talking to others while making me my sandwich I could barley get her to focus on what i was asking. She closed my sandwich h after adding a few veggies. And when i said i wasn't done she looked at me like I was being rude. On top of it i saw a girl give a doordash order to someone and didnt even confirm the order. Then after the girl left with order in cones a door dasher with her doordash mask on and her phone to confirm the order. So basically anyone could go in there and say they are there to pick up a doordash and not even have to confirm it. They need an actual adult or someone who does care managing that place.

Very friendly sandwich artists, made us genuinely feel welcome there and didn't get impatient when I couldn't decide right away what I wanted. I've been in some other Subway restaurants that gave me anxiety because they got impatient waiting for me to decide what exactly I wanted. Not everyone goes to Subway often enough to know the menu by heart. So glad this location had nice people working there. This was in the early evening on Dec. 26th.

Have been going here since they opened. They closed for a short period and changed owners, but there were no hiccups. I have never had a problem with this location.
