I don’t eat pork due to religious restrictions, and I recently ordered three personal veggie pizzas online from this location. When I received them, something smelled off. I took a closer look and found a pepperoni slice hidden under the tomato on one pizza. When I checked the others, I found signs that pepperoni had been removed but traces were still there. I was absolutely disgusted and heartbroken.

This isn’t just a mistake, it’s a serious violation of trust and disrespect to someone’s religious beliefs. I threw all three pizzas in the trash. I felt deceived and there was no way to file a complaint or get support.

Please be extremely careful if you have dietary or religious restrictions.

Management is very poor here. Ordered a sub and PAID for it but it didnt come through yet because it was 10 minutes before the set time. The manager there at the time didn't know what to do and didn't speak the best English. Then got another manager on the phone and I was told since it hasn't come through yet they couldn't make it but it was already paid for and shown to the manager there. Big hassle and waste of time!

I went into the Verona subway and got 5 footlong subs and 6 cookies. The cost was outrageous so I went online for the 2024 prices. I did get different subs but online the prices were listed. I called them but got no satisfaction. I pointed out that another store in the area is not that expensive and was told "well that's their store". Needless to say I will NOT be going back to that store. They should be the same across the board. I do not nor will I ever recommend the Subway on Verona Avenue to anyone.

This subway is by far the worst. I’ve ordered from there multiple times and something is always incorrect and the management doesn’t help fix anything and is very very rude about it. My mother got charged twice from them and they refuse to give her the money back and is telling her to dispute through her bank. My sandwich that I ALWAY get is NEVER toasted when I request toasted! This location also closes at different times because they can never keep staff! Dont visit here if u love subway bcz u will be disappointed!

I found that the Subway in Verona had the best workers ever. I got several different subs for everybody in our house at home which made six subs and one wrap and a cookie for everybody and I had coupons and the prices were great and the food was delicious. I understand the need to work on call in orders, but NEVER turn down money standing at the counter. This place really wasn't good. Which was 3 years ago. I have no idea if the place has improved and I'll never find out due to the bad experiences that I've had there in the past. It looks like they redone the place but you don't paint the house when the plumbing is the problem. Hopefully along with the rebuild their they improved the customer experience. My woman and I I only go to the Mount Horeb Subway locationbut I myself no longer eat there because I have lost 91 lb and I'd like to keep it off.
