i’ve ordered here a couple times and they mess something up every single time. i tried to give them the benefit of the doubt because i get mistakes happen but every single time? it’s truly not that hard to make a sandwich correctly

The staff was really friendly. The subs were excellent tasting. Restaurant was clean. Definitely a more nostalgic location, lol. But even though it’s not updated, everything was functional. Only thing I’d like to see improved, is the staff paying better attention when we say things like “really easy on the onions.” They put a lot on when I asked for less of a topping. But that is not enough of a reason to stop going. Will definitely return to this location in the future.

Hours say close at 8pm. Pulled up at 7:23 tonight. Two teen boys looked at us like deer in headlights and proceeded to turn all the lights off in the store. Grow up and do your job! We will not be visiting this store ever again!

Drenched slippery floor by bathroom, rain leaking from ceiling. Dangerous. No sign, no bucket. Nothing. Ordered online for 11:30 pickup. Arrived at 11:40. No food ready. They pulled the order off the computer. They had no idea an order had come in. Nice teenage staff. I don’t blame them. They need better training and store needs major repairs.

How hard is it to make a turkey, tomato, lettuce and cheese sub? This place cannot get it right! Either they forget the cheese or tomato, or they add mayo, or, this time they added cucumber, mayo and black olives. Then they hang up on me when I called to complain. Yes, i used a few choice words. Ive had enough of their incompetency. Sure, bring it back in and they will correct it. It should have been done right the first time. I should not have to go back! They have lost my business for sure.

Younger employees need better customer service adequates in this store. Greet people and don't act so pushy and unenthusiatic about your job. You make sub sandwiches you're not twisting my arm to make a sale I walked in Hungry and could have easily gone 3 miles up the road to another subway with friendly employees and the same exact food.

5-22-23 830pm. Worst ever order at wales location. Three foot long subs were not made to order. Hot Sub meat was prepared cold. Barely any vegetables. The kid admitted they didn’t heat the meat. After calling ….was told I couldn’t get reimbursement if I return the subs. Asked to talk to management. They told me they had no management. So I asked what the phone number of the owners were. They told me they could not give it out. I would suggest not to order from this location. The service has been declining and ownership doesn’t hold their employees accountable for their service.

So when I went in there was this lady in front of me trying apple pay for the first time. The store just must have gotten the ability. Cuz we all got to learn together! Ordered a footlong and noticed Sunday special is any footlong $5. I was there last week Sunday and paid regular price I guess because I didn't ask for the special price...

Asked the person why? She said the owner tells them not to give special unless asked for. I think this is sneaky and deceiving!!!

I ran a local pizza restaurant for 35 years and EVERY customer who ordered the size of the special received the special price automatically.

If the older woman working in the morning doesn’t want to be there, she shouldn’t work there. She is very rude and acts like she’s being inconvenienced by any request. She clearly doesn’t care as her sandwiches are sloppy messes too. I’ll drive longer to go to Delafield.

The employees and manager are so nice. It's a very clean restaurant and the customer service is extraordinary. If you have to wait they're very apologetic and if it's more than a five-minute wait they offer you a discount or a free cookie. Not a lot of places do that which shows they truly appreciate their customers.

Will not go to the Wales WI. One again. Made one sandwich wrong had them remake and skimped me on the chicken for a Ranch chicken meat and left other items off that should have been on sandwich. I felt like I had a sub of only bread with mayo and honey mustard. The thing about it another person went in and ordered the subs. And the one who took the order was more worried about other things when the two new workers came in instead of finishing the order. 3 footlongs took over 1/2 he to make.

I was at the high school in Wales, WI attending a large event and went to the Subway store on N Wales St. Hailey was the only one working. It was very busy and Hailey handled herself professionally. She gave everyone great personable service.

Today I was really craving a sub and the closest sub restaurant was Subway. When we got to Subway I forgot what meat I wasn't getting so Mike D named all the meats and cheese. He was helpful and polite and did not get mad when I forgot what I was getting.
