Placed an order for catered sandwiches and they really skimped on the ingredients. We ended up taking the contents on one sandwich and added them to another. This is NOT typical. There was literally one thin slice of lunchmeat on each sandwich. I’ve been to this location and ordered sandwiches from here many times. This time was an outlier and I highly recommend not ordering catering from this location.
****Apparently they are under new ownership. If what we received is indicative of what the new management is doing, I won’t be back. I can get a bread and lettuce sandwich at home.

This restaurant charged us extra for our kids meal and refused to refund us. It’s listed on the menu for 5.59. We were charged an additional 1.99 for a kids pack. When we questioned this charge, the employee ringing us up said, “I don’t know. That’s just how it comes up.” The other employee (whose English was difficult to understand ) went to a cabinet and then handed us a dirty cardboard cut-out “kid’s toy” (covered in what looked like spices) which apparently is what the additional charge was for. We said we don’t want that and it’s dirty. The employee at the register shrugged and threw it away. Unfortunately our credit card had already been charged and they made it clear they would not be refunding us or explaining the extra charge.Very rude.

Very disappointing experience. I ordered a cheesesteak and ended up sick for two days afterward. It seems like the place is under new ownership, and the quality has really gone downhill. The food didn’t seem fresh, and the service was slow and careless. I’d strongly recommend avoiding this location.

This sub shop was terrible. They were out of numerous items which I found out after spending 25 minutes in line. In addition, the worker spoke very bad English which made it even more difficult to order. So, I just walked out.

This is THE WORST Subway ever. The new owners are awful. They don’t use fresh bread anymore, they put up a guard so you can’t see the ingredients. They assemble sandwiches in the worst way possible. They are rude.

No wraps. No mozzarella cheese. No chicken breast. They won’t let you see the meat and cheeses.

They are talking and yelling on the headset to someone while dealing with actual customers. Then they get mad when you don’t know if they are talking to you or on their phone.

We’ve given them 2nd and 3rd chances with our business. We will not go here again until there are new owners.

Shameful. Corporate needs to revoke this franchise.

We visit Subways all the time. People were friendly. The only odd thing about this one, is there is so many advertisements and stickers on the glass it's very hard to see what's behind it. The man that helped us seemed distracted and added things on my sandwich I didn't ask for. He did fix it whenever I pointed it out.

The Subway restaurant advertised a free cookie with a footling. I did an online order. Well, I ordered 3 cookies myself and there were 2 foot longs so I should have gotten 5 total. There were only the 3 that I originally ordered. When I questioned the girl she said, what you order is what is on the receipt. I said it doesn’t show the 2 free cookies. Now I understand they are only cookies and just two plus low cost. However the fact is the site advertised it as free snd we did get them. Plus the dang prices are high enough so I wanted my boys to have their treats. The biggest issue was the rude way the girls handled it. Another girl walked up to the window and said, we can’t always honor what’s on our site. 🤷🏻‍♀️. I showed her the advertisement but she did not care. Plus you got what you paid for. I reiterated that free is free why would I pay for it then she said, “FINE, HERE’S YOUR COOKIE”. She not only yelled but practically threw it at me.

Came in right at the lunch rush... EXTREMELY BUSY. Some customers not masked (not a reflection on the business, just be warned). Only two employees working... between the drive thru and walk in orders, they were so swamped they weren't able to answer the phone for those orders/whoever was calling.

Been here multiple times before, and there has been a wait but never this long... perhaps it was right at noon, or just an overly busy day. Nevertheless, 3 employees instead of 2 would have made a world of difference. Most certainly will return, but management should be aware of just how busy it can get for the lunch rush and bring in another employee.

Most subways open at 7 or 8, this place opens at 9, which is super unfortunate because I enjoy subways breakfast! Their loss because there are 2 other places in town that open at 6 for breakfast so myself and my associates choose those places! Last time I ordered food from here, there was a rock hard moldy olive wrapped up with my sub. It wasn’t on the sandwich, but as I was unwrapping my sub it was the first thing I saw. I threw out my sandwich and haven’t returned since. I have pictures I’ll attach if I’m able to. I fricken loved subway prior to this experience. I’m scarred for life!

As you can see from my signature, I don't write too many reviews. But this time, I believe it should be expressed the disappointment we have been experiencing at this location. We drive specifically 40+ minutes to the "green and yellow sammich house" as my boys call it. Notably because it has been, in the past, extremely clean and the staff is really friendly. Until the last few times.... We seem to be arriving on the days that the manager (Geri) is having a bad day and is usually the one who waits on us. This last time we brought coupons and she stated they were invalid. I proceeded to show here on the coupon that it's not the case. She snickered, fussed and painfully accepted the coupon. Secondly, the last few times this location has been dirty, very dirty - Unattended tables and floors. We are usually there a good hour before we leave and the staff has not attempted to clean or attend to any of the tables/floors. The last straw came this last visit when 2 of our snack chips were a month out of date and several food/drink items have been removed. Now, don't get me wrong, if something is not selling no sense in keeping a non profit item. I am merely expressing, why would I spend my hard earned money on a "special dinner" as my boys will call it on a local business that has little or no hospitality, cannot keep a clean eating environment and is removing items that would normally keep me returning to help support. In a day and age of many small businesses trying to keep afloat, this location has clearly lost the mark....at least for my family.
