I always enjoy visiting this Subway location in Waterford! The staff is incredibly friendly and efficient—my order is ready fast and always made exactly how I like it. I am from Philadelphia, PA (Fly Eagles Fly) but I travel for work and ended up in this small area in Waterford WI. I was feeling a little homesick so I ordered a philly cheese steak from subway online to pick up and everything went fine, my order was prepared on time and waiting for me when I arrived. When I picked the order up I was greeted with polite greetings from the foreign man and woman working inside, when I got back to my hotel room I was beside myself they called this a Sandwich and served it to a paying customer. Such a let down. 1 star.

This was the dirtiest place I have ever gotten food from and had I not ordered it online I don't even think I would have picked it up had to left it there we didn't need it we threw it away. The manager didn't offer us anything he just basically told us to blow one. The two people working there don't speak English can't make your sandwich properly and they obviously don't know how to clean and there's bugs. Don't waste your money on the subway in Waterford it is terrible terrible terrible terrible oh my God how terrible.

If I could give them a zero I would. I got a sub with just meat nothing on it that I ordered online that was supposed to be a garlic cheese steak. The people that work there don't speak English. They gave me the manager's number and I called him and he basically told me to stuff it because it's what I ordered and that's what was on the receipt and he had no control over what I ordered online. He made no effort whatsoever to offer me another sub or to go to the store and have it replaced nothing. He told me that he was going to use my he had my receipt I have my receipt too to show that that's what I ordered and that's what I wanted and that's what I got. It was the worst customer service I have ever experienced. As a lifetime restaurant worker I cannot believe the conditions of that store. Not only was that sandwich a problem they obviously don't know how to read and they don't know how to clean The place is filthy and I saw I saw bugs we will never go there again and we threw all other food away, then went to Taco Bell and had dinner. Still was a waste of $40 I hope he doesn't happen to you I hope you read the reviews.

The toppings looked old and were brown. Felt a little uncomfortable from being stared at by 3 employees the whole time, but other than that, the place is very clean! Women's toilet is broken, but that's not the employees' fault. It's still usable, just not sturdy at all..

I went there today, July 7, 2024. We went after church, to order two subs. When we ordered the first one which was supposed to be a tuna wrap, the person who made the wrap said that they don’t have wraps anymore. However, on the menu, it said that they were offering them. so we decided to do a flatbread instead. After making the two sandwiches I asked if they had Caesar dressing and instead of answering my question, he started pouring salt, pepper, and oregano on top of the sandwich. Which is fine. It doesn’t bother me that that was added, but it’s not what I requested. I had the hardest time understanding that he said and I think he had a difficult time understanding what I was saying to. I asked if there was soup and he said that they don’t have soup anymore because no one buys it. For some reason that doesn’t surprise me. In general, the overall food quality is to subway standard but the customer service is very poor.

I ordered Italian blt with cheese. And trimmings I picked out. Got it home no meat except bacon and no cheese. I used to order these and they were loaded with salami etc. If you don't put meat in it what makes it Italian.

This Subway is the worst. They pick and choose what coupons they will accept. Now hey won’t take any coupons. They say everything is too expensive now. Yes that’s true which is why Subway has raised their prices. Even with the coupons you are still paying 6$ For a sub that probably cost a dollar or two to make. The purpose of coupons is to get people to patronize your establishment. So in my opinion they have played a bait and switch, if you will, on the consumer. Get people in with the coupons and then refuse the service. I won’t be going back. Going down the road a few miles to a store that appreciates their customers

New ownership? Placed a large order ( 5 Foot longs and a 6 in ) my total was around $50. Subway had their BOGO 50; I realized the coupon did not get applied at checkout so I asked about it when I picked up the order. The man who I assume is the new owner was very loud with me and shouting he no longer participates in the BOGO 50, he then proceeded to point to a sign he typed up and said do you not see that here? I have no issue with the fact he does not participate but I do have one with the agressive manner in which I was spoken too. Freedom of choice is a beautiful thing; he chooses not to participate, I choose to take my bussiness somewhere else ☺

Always a good place to stop and grab a quick bite to eat. The workers have always been pretty friendly and attentive. I tend to stop here once every couple of weeks on my way to work. There are a few closer to my destination but I prefer this one because of how cozy it feels. As long as things stay like they are I'll continue being a repeat customer.

My one star is only because of the red haired girl. (Don’t get me wrong the sandwiches are always delicious.)
I came in tonight, (Saturday) with my boyfriend at around 7:30, we were greeted with a disgusted “hi.” As we started to place our order the girl gave us a horrible attitude, at one point I got confused as to which sandwich she was talking about, and she rolled her eyes at me. I scoffed at her, Ive never had such rude service from there or anywhere of that matter. I will no longer come here at night, the lunch staff is much more pleasant. I understand everyone has had a bad day, but none the less you don’t give a weekly customer that kind of attitude.

I usually like it but on Dec 18 at 420 the staff was unfriendly and a worker threw the cheese on the counter while waiting 4 sqndwich..very unsanitary. The sub wasn't toasted right and chicken was cold. I have eaten at subway 4 decades and never had a bad experience..usually this place has been awesome..but the workers tonight need to consider a career change..
