We all know the food menu is big and we have a lot of choices, what bothers me is how we can no longer see the entire process of making our sandwiches... The veggies are not always fresh like they say, but the people who work there are nice and always greet you with a smile.

Bathroom is filthy, their toasters don't even work. I watched an employee slam and bash the toaster despite it's screen displaying that it's an issue with the door. Employee's also seem distracted constantly.

Service was terrible, dude was too focused on whatever conversation he was having on the phone. He messed up my sub putting on a sauce when I didn’t want it. He didn’t even charge us correctly, we asked for a meal and he charged for two chips. And then had to pay for a drink separately because he didn’t wanna correct his mistake. I will definitely be taking the extra time to drive to the next Subway. Maybe they won’t be on their phones while servicing customers!!!

Dont order online, even better don’t even eat from there. Ordered 2 foot long subs. 80% bread 20% Meat and veggies. Clearly they want to make more profit by skimping out on the meat and veggies.

I really use to like this location, but I went here yesterday and the male owner skimped my sandwich worse than I’ve ever had before at any subway location. The subs have gotten more expensive and these owners think it’s appropriate to give less than ever before on the subs. I will but be returning to this location ever again. They also claim to not take any coupons

I was extremely disappointed. I've been to this place twice to try to use my gift cards and they refused them. They don't even look at them they just say we don't take them go to another Subway. I've tried to complain to Subway itself and not received any response.

It's ridiculous to charge a footlong price for what turns out to be a 6 inch wrap ($12.99). My fault for not reading the menu in its entirety before placing my order; but regardless of that, Subway is taking advantage of customers with this up-charge for an item that is less substantial (but higher in calories...🤔) than a 6 inch bread choice. Disappointing!

Customer Service was good but was shorted pretty badly on the amount of grilled chicken i was given. Once i noticed how little grilled chicken i had on my sandwich, I asked if i could pay for extra chicken. I then watched as the lady picked up two small pieces of chicken with a scoop. At that point i just said nevermind to the “extra” chicken and took the loss. I’d advise going to another restaurant if you're bulking or counting macros

Placed an order for pickup off the Subway app for a tuna salad- salad today. My order was ready promptly. When I walked into the door the store looked very clean and I was greeted by both the gentleman working! My order was on the pickup shelf waiting for me. They let me know the dressing had changed so they had placed it in cups on the side for me to try- I was very impressed by the thought that went into that small step. Very much appreciated on my end. Grabbed my salad and my lemonade from the cooler where it was staying cold. The receipt taped to my order had a hand written message of “have a good day” that one of the gentleman took the time to write. Another small thing that was noticed and did not go unappreciated. I will be sure to enjoy my lunch and the experience I received from this subway! The employees there seems to have an awesome understanding of customer service and previously working in food service I can appreciate the little things they did for me and my order. Had to take the time to write this review for them.

I was having a great day until I was denied service by a beady eyed kid named Noah, due to my inability to wear a mask. I believe the kid was under the influence of some sort of drugs due to his way he talked with me on the phone after my visit. Saying things like “ight den” and “on folks”. It's a Subway. You know exactly what you are getting here and there is nothing out of the ordinary about this particular Subway. It is clean and looks pretty nice, because they redid the entire inside to be more modern looking. If you like subs, Subway is a pretty consistent place for some good subs.

Poor customer service, as I see others have already complained about. They don't know how to make wraps either. Especially with the new subs (garlic steak provolone or chicken pesto mozzarella). It's like they weren't trained at all. They can probably pull off a sandwich, but definitely not with a smile! I avoid this Subway now as I don't want a wrap that looks like a baseball and/or is slimy from the juices not being drained.
