Absolutely a shame new ownership had turned this place around now in my last several visits my order had been incorrectly made. They're constantly out of products. Finally this evening I try and order on their app from in front of the store and it tells me they're closed. I walk in an explain and I'm told this is what happens 30 min prior to closing. I'm standing there in front of them.. truly disappointed I thought this establishment had gone old school and figured out customer service again. Damn shame make sure you check whatever you get.

This restaurant is CLEARLY under new ownership. It USED to be reliable for good service and fresh vegetables. I had a free sub voucher for purchasing $25 in gift cards before Christmas. The voucher expires on 1/31/24 and says it is valid at Subways where gift cards are sold. When I went into this Subway on East Sunset Dr. there was a gift card display. When I asked if they would honor the voucher, they told me NO. I pointed out on the voucher that it should be honored and they still said NO. Upon further inspection I noticed the lettuce was brown and the cucumbers were dried out. It appears they use old product. I definetly would be afraid of the freshness of the meat. I also noticed the customer ahead of me ordered a 6 inch sub that looked to be under 5 inches. My guess is they cut the new 15 inch subs into thirds. I walked out without making a putchase. No doubt, I will never enter this restaurant again. It is a real turn off.

Very poor customer service! They refused to honor 2 vouchers for free 6 inch subs provided to me by the previous owner for an order mistake! The employee tried telling me that the vouchers were a scam!!! Unreal SMH! I also placed an online order for pickup at the same time, and had a turkey foot long with double meat and EXTRA oil. There was no extra meat and NO oil. After my experience at the restaurant, I deemed that it would be pointless to call and complain, so I just ate the loss, but unfortunately will not return to this location again under this owner, and was reminded of EXACTLY why I have not been to Subway in almost a year! Sadly, this location has really gone downhill since the new ownership took effect almost exactly one year ago.

The waukesha south location limits what you can order when using a corporate coupon. Ask for black olives and they put 3 on. Very small amounts of cheese. All costs go up and they reduce what they give you. All done with these locations and recommend you do too. The other sunset location is even worse

The person checking me out charged me for "extra bacon" on a my sub that comes with bacon by default. All they would do to make it right was offer me a small soda that I didn't order or want. If you do eat here be sure to double check your total before you checkout, they clearly aren't above trying to rip you off.

i did the curbside pick up. food was good. however i did not appreciate the way the guy spoke to me when he brought my food out. i did the curbside because i have a dog that doesn’t do well in the car alone. the guy was hard to understand due to his accent and speaking so fast. but i could tell that he was complaining that i placed my order while i was sitting outside instead of coming in. if i didnt have my dog with me , i definitely would’ve gone in. don’t have the curbside option if you’re going to complain. especially when customers are unable to come in. it really upset me.

Alright subway, I ordered my usual(subway melt) and decided to put some oil on. They absolutely DRENCHED it in oil, it dripped everywhere. And on a side not I learned I am allergic to their oil. The res was fine and my gf enjoyed her sub, just avoid the oil.

I came to this location to eat at 9pm today which is Sunday and they close at 10pm , as soon I came in I Don’t see any one on the counter no one at all. I heard some in the back room washing dishes, I waited for 4 minutes and thought to let them know I’m here maybe they didn’t hear the doorbell. I rang the bell once and waited another 3 minutes. Who ever was there kept washing dishes and didn’t want to come to take my order. Wow great service guys. I didn’t expect that would happen here in Waukesha. Kinda feel bad the 4 star will be falling down. But just curious who would give a place like this five or four star. All fake reviews.

Went in with a friend. She ordered a cup of soup where there was plenty. I asked for a cup and the little boy proceeded to tell me they were out. He lied and he was lazy. I went there on the 4th of July there was only one boy working behind a counter people are coming in the door like crazy he was making subs left and right and they doing it with a smile I left him a tip he said I can't take it tips everybody in line was yell and get it tip chart you need it if you're working your butt off and nobody is here to help you you deserve. It’s Subway. You know what you are getting before you walk through the door. If you want a burger don’t come here. This is a place for subs. The employees are friendly and the place is clean. It’s a great place to stop to grab a sub before heading to Gametown to play some board games.
