Very awkward interaction as the employee made me part of their prank. They were too focused on playing games that they messed up the order. Then the other worker stepped in and scooped out half of my sandwich and threw it away - wasteful, in my opinion, didn't ask if I wanted to purchase the other half. Food was okay but not the best sandwich I've had from here.

Stopped here mid afternoon several weeks ago. Overheard employees talking about how they are frustrated with the owner because he never washes his hands! When slicing meats and after coming in from outside he doesn’t wash them, according to what was said. I was beyond horrified, and the employees also looked upset. I immediately threw away what was left of my food and left the restaurant. I have not been able to stop thinking about this encounter since. You’ve been warned!

This is my favorite subway in the city. Ariana (blonde, sweet, always has lovely nails) always makes my sub to Perfection and I can't sing her praises high enough. She remembers me and my order, hold a conversation like no other

Ordered a tuna sub, less tuna put on it then other Subways I've been to. The bread wasn't fresh, it was hard on the ends and dry. I didn't have it toasted so that definitely wasn't the case. Such a disappointment

Subway is a continual disappointment. The app doesn't work. The workers are unable and/or unwilling to help. The managers say the owner won't let them help. I don't know where the blame for a failed restaurant is, but in this case it's likely at every level. I won't be here again. Period.

Ordered subs for pickup with the Subway app. When we arrived to pick up the subs the store was closed due to staffing. I wouldn't use the app if you go here, as their hours are whatever they feel like that day and can't be trusted. It takes 3-5 business days for your refund. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else.

This place is never open and on top of it the people that work there are sick joke. No matter how many times we try to go it's never open. I live down the street and they always have different excuses on the door. They refuse to answer the phone. There's people in the store honestly. They should just shut it down. Top of that, it's a bunch of silly kids that don't know how to help you. They constantly lie about being open. I visited the store 12/26 around noon. I am very hard of hearing so I wrote up two post-it notes with our order details and handed them to the associate explaining that I can’t hear very well. As normal - I waited for the staff to become increasing annoyed with me (this is very normal given the circumstance and I’m accustomed to it), however, much to my delight - The associate was extraordinarily kind and patient with me. She asked follow up questions in a loud and uncondecending tone. I was extremely impressed with her professionalism and attention to detail. Thank you for making me feel like a person! It completely made my day.
