I’ve ordered via the app and in person, and they always take care of me. Patrick and Cassandra make my sandwiches exactly like I ask, and when I ordered in store they both even double checked to make sure they’d put enough of the toppings I asked for extra of. I really like how friendly and helpful they are. Also, the ingredients are always much fresher than some other subways I’ve been to.

Never got to try it told them after ordering I had a allergy and after I bought my sub was turned down one not cross contaiminated after I pointed out noticing a girl with the same pair of gloves come from the back to work on my sandwich didn’t think of it till I got home then to go back to be denied a new one saying it’s fine. People need to take allergies more seriously!! Thanks to catitlyn bowe? Or bow? There was no manager on duty at the time.. wasted my money and time.

Please pay and staff your employees. Today there was a young man by himself buried in orders. I had an online pick up and people walk in and just bump the online orders. He can’t keep up and it’s not his fault. Been sitting here for 20 minutes past pickup . I’m reminded why I never eat out.

For the most part, I love Subway. I have had a few major issues in this location. I saw online that subway offers vegan options like a vegan patty and vegan meatballs. A while ago I ordered the vegan meatballs and today when I went to order it again I was told that location doesn't sell them. They gave a person eating vegan, real meat. This is extremely unacceptable.

They have two foreign women on the line that barely speak English and can’t take simple directions. They also have a bad attitude and make it seem as if we are bothering them. This is by far the worst subway I’ve ever been to in terms of quality. They don’t know how to spread out the ingredients evenly and can’t even cut a piece of bread and half correctly. I hope Subway leaves this location and they open up something else instead.

The food was so bad there's a dead fly in it and the pretzel sidekick was so bad and so dry that I decide to throw in my garbage disposal the worst subway ever never come and everything was wrong with my sandwich order and the other two is that I got mostly just bad

They need to close at 8:00 pm. That's when the crew decides to flip tables and close prep stations up. I genuinely think it's a ghost town late at night because everyone thinks it's closed. Culver's and McDonalds are both busy between 8:00 and 10:00 pm. This subway usually leaves one high school age kid alone to close the entire store on a weeknight. Kind of messed up.

Ordered subs through the app and went to the store 20 minutes after ordering and once the app said it was ready. Walked into the store to 1 employee working the front line and one sitting on the counter in the back. No subs ready at the rack for pickup and finally after standing in the lobby for 10 minutes they finally ask me if I’m here for a pickup order and then they finally start my order. This place is a joke and I should have learned my lesson from the last time I ordered from here. Train your employees Subway, I’ll never order from here again.

Nowhere on their website indicated they partner with doordash. I assumed i was getting it delivered directly, which is why I didnt tip when I saw a delivery fee. No, now im the jerk who didnt tip (twice) for delivery because these guys made it look like they have delivery drivers. I didnt realize until i got a doordash text. You suck.

Placed online order. Wife arrived on time and the two girls behind the counter just ignored her. Then other customers came in, then left when they weren't helped. Wow! Brian is absolutely amazing. It is slammed in here and he is keeping the most positive attitude out of any subway employee I’ve seen! And I go to subway frequently! His customer service skills are immaculate and his smile is absolutely contagious! This man Brian NEEDS a raise!!! Incredibly friendly and hard working. Will definitely be coming back to this location strictly to have him make my sandwich!

Ordered two sandwiches and 3 cookies through an online order tonight. My daughter ran to pick it up and didn't check the bag before leaving (yep our fault) got home to find out no cookies. No big deal, stuff happens I am reasonable person. I call the store directly to let them know and see if they can take down my name so next time I order I can pick up cookies then. Young man told me they cannot but if I drive all the way back he will give me 4 cookies. That makes no sense. It will cost me more in gas to drive all the way there and back than the cost of those 4 cookies. Went online to fill out survey...found out online paper order receipt they give does not contain the info needed to complete survey (in. Store#). Guess someone/thing was trying to tell me I really didn't need those cookies....disappointed

I came in for lunch, I'm a manual laborer, male, and approximately 220. I'm also a vegetarian, I ordered a foot long veggie with extra veggies, and got a sandwich that I could barely see ingredients on after it was given to me. I will not return, your veggies cost less then meat and I received a fraction of the size of a sandwich with meat.

I had the worst experience this afternoon. I tried to pay for my sandwich using my credit card. The cashier tried to put it through a few times. She kept saying it was denied. She very rudely asked for me name and number and told me to come back and pay for the sandwich because there was a line. I called my credit card company to ask what happened and they said it went through but she kept declining it. I called to tell the manager what happened. He just said "OK". Didn't say sorry, offer coupons. Nothing. I'll never go back.

I would consider myself a regular, and have seen this place go down hill over the past year. You're lucky to have a choice of cookies after 6, and the bread will be a little crunchy right along with whatever cookie is left. This is almost a guarantee. Mentioned to district manager, but see nothing changed. Will try back in a few weeks, but will go elsewhere for the time being.
