Jimmy John’s around the corner, Jersey mikes 7 minutes away, heck even cousins quality is better (prices are ridiculous).
Go anywhere but here; paid for double meat, received the lightest sandwich ever, asked for extra pickles and olives, 6 slices of pickle, 1 olive TOTAL. Did Ashton Kutcher buy subway? I’m waiting for someone to tell me I’ve been punked!

Stopped last night 8/5/24 for supper around 5:30-6pm and a bunch of kids, one being an employee cause he was wearing a subway work shirt were smoking which smelt like pot on the premises and screwing around on a scooter. The lady inside was fast polite and took care of my order while the other employee played around outside. Not sure if he was on his break but not sure why if it's supper time. That's usually a busy time to not take a break. What bothered me the most was the smell of pot when walking into the establishment, and it coming from an employee.

The service at this subway is unbelievably frustrating. I ordered online went to pick it up and our sandwiches weren’t even toasted. They then told me they don’t have a manager in until Friday and that there’s nothing they can do! The only thing this girl could tell me is that “we got 4 online orders all at the same time, we must’ve missed it” take the time then! When my finance walked in to grab it y’all were in the back messing around doing nothing!

Usually I don't eat at this subway, but this time the order I got was very messy and not what I wanted. Seemed like how I wanted it they just wouldn't do and I'm usually never one to speak up about how I like my food.
For once I felt like I actually had to speak up because it was just...just not it. Usually I just let whoever make it, but it was just so so messy everything just spilled out and there was just sauce spilling everywhere

Why is it that you now hide the cold cuts and cheese behind a panel. You should hide the vegetables. I couldn't believe the disarray of that area. Mixed choices in every container splattered between condiments. Really was not a good look for a guaranteed fresh meal.
The dining area was clean. The workers seemed bothered by having customers in the store. Just disappointed.

Double meat the bread on both of them tasted like day old bread it was Sunday around 3 pm that was the dryest sub we have ever had at a subway seriously it tasted like it was a couple days old I know it's made dayley but maybe it sat out all day very disappointed

Had to throw my meatball sub out. Looked like it was chewed up and spit out by the time the lady finished "wrapping" it and telling me how good it looked. Never returning to this location. I used to work at Subway and I didn't give her a difficult task to keep the sub in the bun.

I stopped in to buy a sanwich for. The girls fixed it for me and it was just the way I like it to be. This is most fantastic Subway I have ever been to. The staff is always very friendly and helpful. Tha boss lady is very caring for her associates and customers. I will go to this Subway as long as I am here in Wausau!

This is the best subway in town hands-down the best people all the time always going out of their way to make your day special if you have special request they do that for you if you need extra napkins they always offer it to you best place if you want to grab a quick healthy meals so yummy and always really clean inside the building as well

Love this Subway. The employees are really friendly.. Well all except 1.. She's different than the others.. Not as friendly, but that could just be my perception of her character. But everyone else very friendly, they recognize faces of regulars, the guy with the beard, he even has my order memorized.. After only 2 visits.. But every now and then I'll throw him off 😆. But it's all in good fun. Great place. I don't go to any of the other Subway's in town. Just this one.

Amazing and Excellent! Yee and Asia were fast (6 subs in less three minutes) and worked so well together that even I was impressed after working years in fast food. They labeled everything and assembled it without a mistake. Truly two impressive and friendly employees!!!

Not my favorite sub, but pretty good and big marks for so many different selections you can choose from. Prices are fair, with deals almost continually. I eat there frequently. Service had always been good. I would recommend. Only reason 4 instead of 5 is quality had varied at times.
