The gal who put the veggies on my order had her hair hanging directly over and nearly on my sandwich. I mentioned my concern that her hair is loose and hanging over my food, so she flipped her hair back with her hands. Gross and disgusting. Minutes later, I noticed her long hair dangling over the counter again. I would not revisit this place.

Was really disappointed that they do not have soup at this restaurant. Only the other Subway's in town do.. But they do not offer it.

I’ve stopped at this store twice, both times I have gotten honey mustard when I asked for yellow. I am allergic. First time I caught it before leaving so they gave me a new one for free, this time I took it home before noticing. 2 subs in the garbage.

Most of the time when I go threw the drive through it takes a while but they get the order right. Today they gave me a steak with buffalo sauce on it, I ordered a pizza sub. Next time I’m going inside so I can actually see what they are doing, to ensure I get the right sub.

Stop eating here awhile ago, notice something was off with employees over the time I ate there. Until one day I walked in to order food. Notice the employees friends or something came inside(though nonething of it). Went to go fill my drink and then I hear a a sudden stop of laugher like if a joke was made but you werent supposed to laugh. I turn around when the slight laugher occur then both employees were trying not to laugh while turning there heads and her friends or something were trying not to laugh while turning there heads away from me. But couple stared. After that happen I was gonna say something but just minded my business and exited. I got paranoid about going back there again, but considering I keep finding hair in my subs. I guess check your food before you eat.

My chicken was half frozen. The girl working was more interested in fraternizing with the people in the store and showing off her dance moves than making my food. I know it's hard to find good help,but the hiring manager should have done a better job at screening applicants.....

It was very busy at 7 pm, was a long line but the 3 young gentleman working did an awesome job. It was the one guys 1st day, one guy was really new, and the third guy was experienced. None of them let the rush affect how they did their job or their mood. I was very impressed with them and will definitely go back there again.

First time at this particular Subway, Bridge Street in Wausau. It was clean, they were quick and polite. So much on menu, with most Subways I've been to. Have to keep in mind to either know what you want or wait until you do. Never go wrong with Subway, personal choice.

I would give them no stars if possible. We order online for pickup quite often for lunch at work. I would be surprised if they got an order 100% correct for once. Every single time they put wrong items on or completely miss them. Today they did not toast it and couldn't even cut a foot long in half. Order from erberts. Husband picked up lunch today. There was only 1 employee and a huge line of customers waiting. Was running low on bread and dressings. But he made the order perfectly. I order 2 sandwiches for a buy one get on free, plus I purchased 1 fountain drink for $1.89. I have my husband pick up the order, he came back home telling me that the employees including the manager told him there wasn't a fountain drink in the order.
