Very disappointed got 3 subs found out the toster oven was broke that was ok but they won't cut the subs in half anymore I guess then I open up the subs and they are falling apart

Clean and what you’d expect from Subway. We witnessed Ellie and Malik handle an unreasonable customer like pros (with respect, which the customer didn’t deserve). Why anyone would give grief to good service workers right now is beyond me.

So I can't vouch for the night or afternoon shift buuuuuuut, I stopped eating subway for a long time because of incompetent employees, price raises etc, I come down to wausau about once or twice a week for work and since I decided to try this spot out with a co worker I have not been disappointed. There's only one lady who opens and she does an amazing job, good attitude ALL THE FOOD IS CONSISTANTLY FRESH, I make it a point to come here for my mornin breakfast even tho it's a little out of my routes way... and since this seems to be the only subway that opens at 8 am and not 9am they certainly get my business... anyways if anyone that runs this Lil shop reads this give that girl a raise its hard to find ppl that actually care about their job.

Went to that subway on Wednesday got steak and cheese footlong only thing i wanted on it was big hand full of onions and big handful of black olives and i stated that the lady didnot do that had to keep asking for more and the 3rd time i asked for more please, she only put on 3 more onions and 3 more olives.. very rude lady.. any other subway would give the customer want the want... so i call corporate headquarters in Connecticut and they even stated i can have as much vegetables as i want on my 9 dollar sub.. so why when i kept asking for more was i told no thats all we can put on it, if ever the corporate office says i can have as much as i want... Also said i would recieve a call from that restaurant the next business day.. still no call. Very dissatisfied with this subway

My husband ordered a meatball sub when we saw the meatballs they were dark and the sauce was hard and crusty not saucy at all... I requested for them to make new meatballs which I never saw them do... As we were eating another customer came in and ordered the same meatballs that had not been changed yet and I warned the customer that the
3 employees working has advised us that they had no idea how long the meatballs had been sitting and that they could be there since 6 am really cocky pm employees... My husband I go all the time during the day and have never had a bad experience until we came tonight with different employees

This is my favorite Subway and believe me... I have been to many from California to New York. The only gripe I ever had was that I had been spoiled in CA with the option to add avocado to any sandwich. Now that option has made it to Wisconsin and I couldn't be happier. This Subway is super clean and I am ALWAYS waited on with an excellent friendly staff who obviously enjoys working as a team. The veggies, cheeses and meats are fresh and the staff takes the time to keep the work area clean as well. I have been to many Subways where all the fixings seem to be tossed together with gloves and garbage all over the floor. Here I can always find a clean place to sit, too. Highly recommended!
