We stopped at this Subway early on a Monday afternoon. The service was better than most Subways I have been to. The ingredients were fresh, they don't skimp on how much they put into the sandwiches, and the sandwich artists were very polite, friendly and engaging. I would definitely visit this Subway again!

I just had the worst experience I've ever had with Subway. First, when I went to order online to get one of the online deals, every single one said not available at this location okay so I thought maybe I could get it if I just went in no such luck. I was met with two employees that apparently had no idea about anything. So I got frustrated and since I was hungry but didn't want to pay full price for their sandwiches I just ordered the foot long nachos. As I was being checked out, I realized that I was offered the option of chicken or steak which the employee never told me about and he gave me attitude when I asked if I could get steak. Which I never got. As I was being checked out, apparently there was something wrong with the cash register. They couldn't open it. I sat there for approximately 8 minutes waiting for them to try and figure it out and to call and talk to the manager on the phone. By this time I was very frustrated. It was hot out and I had my dog in my car. The girl, who by the way, couldn't talk loud enough for anybody to hear her said the manager will be there in a couple of minutes. In other words, I was expected to wait for the manager to come there to get my food. Frustrated. I just asked for my money back and went to A&w. Every single time I try to order online. I have issues but this was ridiculous being told to wait for the manager to get there from wherever it'll be a while before I decide to give them my business again. It's very poor customer service

Jake and Cody did a fantastic job at a very complicated order.
We ordered three very difficult footlong meals and a footlong nacho.
One of the orders literally had EVERYTHING on it and it was very well constructed and nothing was oozing out of it. The nachos tasted awesome with cool ranch Doritos.
And the double meat double cheese flat bread with a bunch of sauces and veggies was extremely tasty and well put together as well.
These gentleman ever made small talk as we were the only customers and were very hospitable.
Loved the positive experience as we are from Minnesota made the trip even better as a dinner than most sit down restaurants.

This subway is the best I have been to a few one in Berlin, a couple in waupaca and this one just seems like the service was great and omg!!! The sandwiches were just perfect the kids working in there were just doing things great there was a few people in front of us and one person was working and I only waited about ten min he needs a raise great experience...everything was fresh and done perfect...

I understand this location gets busy because it’s a Friday night but it’s very highly unacceptable to make someone’s rap so messy and disgusting. I spent $11 on this wrap and it’s not even a wrap. It’s just stuff thrown inside a flatbread, not to mention the snarky attitude that I received when I asked so many questions. This is exactly why I travel 45 minutes away to another subway this is my third time in here and all three times have been terrible service either my food is not heated up properly or it’s mostly put together in a very bad way. This isn’t even a wrap it’s a burrito nothing g has been cut.

We had them cater for our inventory. We let them know what we needed for how many people and Sky helped me get everything I needed gave me a price and it's actually very reasonable. They had the order ready on time and everything was fresh. Picked up the order and they were friendly and everything was just as described!! Would recommend for a quick lunch for meetings ect especially with feeding a lot of people for a good price!!

Ordered BMT on wheat with lettuce, black olives, ranch, mayo, bacon, and a Chicken Bacon on herbs and cheese with lettuce, spinach, tomatoes, onions, banana peppers, garlic aioli but both the bread and toppings and cheese were swapped and was disappointed to find out. And no bacon was added to the swapped BMT.

The prices on the menu board are lower than what they actually charge you. They won't adjust them to match the menu board. "Sorry, corporate must have changed it, and we can't fix the problem. Made an order online for a toasted chicken sub with onions peppers, provalone cheese and hot sauce. When i picked it up and got home i seen it had all the jalapeños on one side, wasn't toasted, had no sauce and they said it was double meat, but certainly wasn't, they couldn't have got it more wrong if the store was run by children on a sugar rush with ADHD. Normally I have a good interaction with this Subway but I just went there and the first worker couldn't hear me, but waited until I was done talking to start the order and then ask what I wanted on it. She AGAIN couldn't hear me so I spoke up and she missed a topping and went to toast it. I tried to stop her and she either couldn't hear me or ignored me. She could've repeated my order back to me to make sure that didn't happen since she couldn't hear me. And then the second worker I said I just wanted mayo and when she was done putting it on said "That's it? No veggies or nothin'?" She either said that because she thought I was at fault for the topping not being added despite me saying it 4 TIMES, or she was just calling me fat without saying it because I have NEVER had an employee say that to me even when I had lots and lots of mayo put on or when I had other non-veggie things on it too. As if it wasn't bad enough, as I filled up my soda, which I JUST GRABBED, there was a hair in it. I have never seen this at Subway and I've been eating at them for years.

Who do you picture when you hear experts of their craft? Lebron? Messi? I picture Ethan and Tyler from the Wautoma Subway. These two are like the Bonnie and Clyde of sandwiches. First bite of my sandwich I knew I was experiencing the best sandwich artists of all time. That first bite sent me back to the Renaissance Era and I felt like I was looking at a piece of Leonardo da Vinci and Michelangelo's artwork. Not to mention these two had the place spotless clean. If I could describe my experience at the Wautoma Subway in one word I would describe it as heavenly. These two, Ethan and Tyler, really know how to run a sandwich joint. Subways around the world should be taking notes from these two. While I was eating my sandwich, it felt as if time was stopping itself. My first footlong was so good, you know I had to get a second one. Even with 24 inches of subs in my belly, the 6 oatmeal raisin cookies I ate still tasted good. I cannot put into words my gratitude toward them for this experience. Thank you so much you two!

Ordered 4 subs mine had 3 inches of bread with nothing in it because when he was putting the meat in my chicken bacon ranch sub one of the cartons only had partial meat thought he would grab another one but didn't my daughter's had barely any cheese on her meatball sub I mean he only sprinkled the cheese they made bank on the cost of our subs today won't be back there again!!!!!!

I ordered a footling steak egg and cheese, add bacon sub online. They for one, gave me the completely wrong bread. 2, the eggs were not even heated at all. 3, the bacon was still greasy as if it had not even been heated. Delicious subs and laid back environment. I get my usual Spicy Italian sub in a tomato basil wrap with a cookie and cherry Coke. I like the new remodel of the interior as it has a more modern look. I'm glad they got rid of the chairs and tables in front of station to build your subs at, as it got in the way. Overall amazing food! 👍🥪🍪🥤

There is no consistency at this store. New employees aren't helped by other staff, and when they ask questions, they're given "just put however much you want."
