There is a very nice Indian woman at this location who always gets my order right and always says hello to me. She also always seems in a good mood. I order from this subway on my breaks from my work nearby a lot.

I look forward to her greetings. The interactions are quick, but it does a lot for my day.

It says online that they open at 8:00 AM but it wasn’t until 8:23 that a couple with a young baby and no uniforms got there and opened up the store. I got there at 8:20 to get a sub but after witnessing this I said forget it. I called and asked what time in the morning they open and was told “my store is open”. If these are the owners this shows a great lack of professionalism. I used to be a shift leader/person in charge at a fast food restaurant and I’m very understanding of the industry but when your in a leadership role you need to be on time specially if you’re opening and you shouldn’t have a young child with you. This left poor impression. If you struggle to open on time I would recommend updating/changing your hours that will allow you to setup and open on time reliably and comfortably. Also being in uniform wouldn’t hurt. Bringing your young child into work especially a restaurant like subway is not a good look either.

We went here for lunch. Friendly staff. Not much of a wait time. Restaurant could be cleaned a bit better ~ dirty tables. We sat outside in the grass as we had our dog with. Bathroom could also use a bit of a cleaning. Food was good. Plenty of parking. Would go here again.

Very bad treatment called another subway and was told the same thing I knew. You have a right to pick pit the bread you like yes something changed but cheese steak is not like the one I got.Would not recommend this subway to nobody ever use to go there but not any more since they changed.

They charge over a dollar more per sub than other Subways I go to. $10.59 for a turkey sub? They also don’t participate in deals. Get with the times! The workers are nice, but they both came from the back area and put on gloves without washing their hands. The guy actually was about to mop when I walked in. He put the mop bucket away, walked up, and put some gloves on and asked what I wanted. Yuck! How unsanitary!

On Tuesday I ordered 2 party platters and a platter of cookies to be picked up Friday morning at 9:15. Upon arrival one man was behind the counter- I said I was here to pick up my order he gave me a blank stare - looked at a clipboard and said his bread was all day old. This place has gone completely down the drain ever since Lisa left! I used to come here for lunch about 3-4 times a week. Most of the containters are left uncovered and all the food looks dried up and gross. I sent an email a couple of months ago explaining how I felt about the food and just overall dirty place and never heard back. Last Thursday I thought I would try it again and nope not a thing has changed. I had to get to work so I had her make my sandwich, got to the register and the credit card machine was not working. The girl apologized and told me to go on line and try ordering and paying that way. I told her I didn’t have time to come back. Nothing offered not even the sandwich that was already made. I guess my sandwich went in the garbage, such a waste! So sad because it used to be a good place close to work.
