My uncle and I made an online order but when we got there they did not have our order. They said we needed a receipt. We went home and printed a receipt and returned to the store, then the girl there said one of our subs had been there for hours. My Uncle complained and we insisted on 2 new subs. They made them up and we tipped them even though we received our dinner hours late. My Uncle wrote to the store about our experience and was promptly banned. We wouldn't spend another dime there either way.

The foot long cookie was not done. Needed to be cooked way more then it was. Tasted like it was not all the way made, cooked right. Was cold in middle areas, way to not done gooey in middle spots as far as not being done gooey not a good gooey. 1st time trying it will try another location next time. Cashier was friendly, patient, kind, great customer service.

Came in kinda late Saturday, Gauge gave us wonderful service, was kind polite, was patient, as my children were trying "new" to them subs that night so they were kinda of pokey, as mother I see his parents are raising an amazing young man! 10 out of 10 service, shout out to Gauge for making it a wonderful experience even when it was so close to closing time! There are two sisters that work here. Every time we have ordered from here, they have always been very friendly and accurate with our orders. The restaurant is always clean and stocked. For 2 teens running the place, they are doing a great job👍🏻.

I was having a terrible day and crashed my motorcycle a block away when a pedestrian threw a jimmy johns sub sandwich at my bike. I was sad, heartbroken, injured, and full of anger. I then decided to crawl (with a broken leg) to the nearest subway for revenge on the jimmy johns sub sandwich eater. So I walked in the restaurant and the employee greeted me with the biggest smile I've ever seen in my life. I asked her what her name was and she said Kami. Then I got my sub while she was helping me cope with my broken leg with her amazing, friendly personality. When I checked out she said don't worry its on the house you've had a rough day. Then I ate the sub and my leg was magically healed. Thanks for the sub and the fixed leg. Give Kami A Raise!!!🙏

honestly has to be one of the worst subs I've ever eaten at any place that I've got a sub at I'm going in and ordering my sub I saw her putting lettuce on it, I couldn't even tell. I even asked her for more I have no idea where the more came out of this because there was barely even about five pieces of lettuce on my sub and I assumed the was what she first put there
There was no mayo on it. she beat it how many times and made it seem like she put it on. there was none on it... again I wasn't paying attention I was digging in my purse but there was absolutely no mayo, no lettuce; no anything it just tasted like really bad bacon that came from an imitation bacon bag and really old waxy meat. very dry and worse than there original club sub. come on now this is the series. I even ask for all the stuff that I felt like I was missing a second time assuming it would just be put on there but it wasn't it was worse than I could have even expected ever so bad I didn't even need it. I don't have mail where I am right now I don't have anything I can add to it it is awful and I'm absolutely kind of mad because it's my only time to eat.

We walked in to the Hwy 33 store in town. Very friendly Hello. They got right to work making our subs adding things as we went along. I asked for extra sauce she smiled and filled 2 small cups as I wanted. We took everything home. Really good. Price fine. Great service. Went around 430 pm on a Thursday night. We will be back. This Place was the Best subway that ive been too. The young gentleman behind the counter was such a friendly person to converse with. He has a unique 1st name. Becky is awesome and made good on the previous owners mistake. That is great business. You can see she has a passion to turn this location around and make it GREAT! They have repeat customers in us. Give Becky and her staff a chance. Look at this PERFECT sub. Soft bread, fresh ingredient, perfect portions.
what's worse than having your order completely messed up is having somebody contact you and tell you they're going to compensate you for it. My last order was done on the app through my favorites and were completely screwed up. I took a survey and I got a message from a Julie S. She apologized and asked to make it up to me. She asked for my address so that she could mail me some compensation and I never heard another word. At this rate I won't be going back ever. How can you charge for someone extras like bacon and guacamole and not even put them on the sandwich? This is a picture of a chicken bacon ranch sandwich. No bacon and missing half of the toppings

The food was fresh, the shop was clean and the staff was friendly, but I did a mobile app order and I asked for extra Mayo and light mustard and I received the opposite...so much mustard I had a hard time eating it all. I also purchased a meal with Doritos and when I got back to my place of employment, I notice there were not chips in my bag. They are a great sub shop, but paying attention to detail must not be their Forte. Double check your order before you leave the shop! Lesson learned 😏

Very friendly staff and quick service, I went in right before a rush and while I was eating the employees were professional and courteous to all the customers even though it was hectic and busy. This location is much better than the other West Bend location in my opinion simply because of the service from the employees. I would highly recommend this restaurant.

Came with my partner on 04/11/21 at around 4 o’clock and felt extremely uncomfortable with the staff and with the other customers because one of the staff wasn’t wearing a mask exposing our food to germs and a group of 3 people all came in at the same time and none of them were wearing masks and no one was asked to put one on. Really goes against what your company advocates for.

Need to properly train their employees. I have worked for multiple subway’s in the past and they are very quick and sloppy. What prompted me to leave a review was the fact of portioning. I ordered a tuna sandwich and the guy making it put two HALF scoops on it and continued to make the sandwich. I will never return

My boyfriend and I have always gone to this location because it’s closer to us than the one over by walmart. Every time we go in, Ryan (which I’m assuming is the manager) always without doubt, gives us the worst attitude. Tonight I went in with my boyfriend to try the new “ultimate sandwiches”. I love cucumbers, I wanted to get cucumbers on my sandwich but there was so much cross contamination between all the veggies (red onions all on top of the cucumbers) so I asked nicely if he could pick cucumbers that weren’t touching the onions. He responded with the rudest “what” as if he couldn’t hear me. So I repeated myself and he replied with “just ask for cucumbers”. At that point I looked at my boyfriend and we were ready to just leave.
We’re finishing up, my boyfriend doesn’t like getting his sub cut up because he hates sauces from the knife getting into his sub (ex mayo)
As Ryan was about to cut his sub, my boyfriend asked him not to cut it, so he didn’t, but he rubbed mayo from the knife into the sub.
This experience wasn’t the worst, but I’m so sick of his attitude towards us every time we go in. If he hates his job so much that he feels the need to be rude to everyone that walks in, he should quit. I’ve worked with food for so many years, leave if you don’t like it.
A side note: if you think about it, he’s is supposed to wipe the knife for cutting subs after each sub, what if someone was allergic to mayo or any other sauce? Simple things like that, it’s not hard.
