I stopped in the drive through today at 7:30 pm and ordered a turkey breast sandwich with 2 cookies and a bottled mountain dew never got the mountain dew and while I was waiting for my sandwich I kept getting dirty looks like I had done something wrong. Poor customer service and very rude.

They're "chopped" salad isn't chopped (the other Subways chop it up, but they refuse to), and when you go in, you have to wait forever for someone to start making your food. We went in for dinner, 2 people working...one person decided to go do other things, and the other was making sandwiches for online orders, while we just stood there waiting. After 5 minutes, we decided to go elsewhere. Not the best Subway by any means.
Update: Started ordering online, experience hasn't been much better. Last time I went in they forgot the bacon on my sandwich. This time they forgot the cheese (but at least I figured it out before we left). There's a new guy there ... his attitude sucks and he's really rude. If it weren't for the gal working there with him, the experience would have been a complete bust.

For the prices these days, I am very disappointed in the food tonight, wow.. enough to leave this review. Something has definitely changed at this location because I used to have good experiences here. It’s not even worth maneuvering through the construction to get these subs.
Husband and I each ordered a sub. Neither was very toasted. Husband’s bread was REAL dry (old, not due to toasting). I’m not sure what his had incorrect but mine had zero sauce, which made it all taste even more dry. Should have had mayo & vinaigrette. Mine also had tomatoes when I selected them to be removed. The subs both looked about as pitiful as they tasted honestly.
I tried one of their pretzels and the middle was literally so hard that it would chip a tooth. That section of it was not even edible. The cheese was pulled right out of a fridge, it was really cold and not warmed up at all.
The young girl who brought out my order seemed very sweet and that is the only positive I have to say here.

Bread was hard on all three sandwiches. All of the sandwiches were made incorrectly. When the employee brought out my order for curbside pickup, she didn’t bring the drink or side. I politely pointed out that the drink was missing and the employee turned around and went to get it. After she was back in the store, I realized the chips were missing, so when she came back with the drink I said “I’m sorry, but the chips are missing too” and the employee replied “I just made the sandwiches. I don’t do the sides” and stormed back in to get the chips. Since when do they not bring out all parts of your order when it’s an online curbside pickup order?!?! And to make things worse, when she returned with the chips, she practically threw them at me. I do not recommend this establishment and I am highly dissatisfied with this location.

I cannot think of a single time we have had a good experience with this location, but it is the only "fast food" restaurant within half an hour of home for us. Terrible service most of the time, and they almost always get our order wrong. Never the same employees twice. They are always out of everything, and it is never very clean. One time my husband watched a dead fly fall onto his sandwich as they were about to wrap it up. Fortunately he saw it, and they made him a new one. Tonight was the last straw, all new employees once again, bad attitudes, and out of almost every single thing we wanted to order. Definitely recommend going somewhere else, and not wasting your time or money at this location.

Update: once again subway cannot seem to get their act together.. one sub had wrong bread, one sub was toasted and wasn't supposed to be and one sub was missing the avocado. This was on December 9, 2023. I would recommend you take your money elsewhere.
Both subs were not toasted (they were suppose to be) and didn't get my bacon which I paid $2 extra to have on. Terrible service.

Multiple times now this store has gotten the order wrong. Not just a little wrong but a lot wrong. Very disappointed! I did not write this review until the third time they messed up an app order. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt. I tried different times of the day. Aside from going in and standing over them to make sure they make the order correctly, I don't know what to do. They should not have to be cuddled through making a protein bowl. I am sorry for the review, but I am sorry for everyone who has had to deal with this.

Rolled sandwiches way too tightly. Looked more like 3inches not a 6inch sub.
Asked for light mayo on one and pickles, got 2 pickles and a mouth full of mayo.

I've had complaints with this location in the past, but today they got it right. They were well staffed, took care with how they made my sub, and were friendly and polite. I took it to go, and when I got home, it still looked like a sandwich. Seriously better than the haphazard sloppy way they were put together.

My friend group is constantly getting yelled at for no reason the staff is so rude and mad and they act like having to do their job is such a big deal they always take their anger out on only my friends.

The older workers constantly yell at me and my friends and we have to leave within an hour we are respectful and not loud ever and we always have to whisper when we talk. They put rules and restrictions only on me and my friends about being inside the restaurant. We get yelled at every time we go in there when literally all we want is food. Me and my friends were hungry and cold and we went in there and we got yelled at for always going in there so we walked out and ordered nothing. Viroqua Subway is definitely better.

Perhaps new staff? Antisocial! Just cranky. No smile. .sandwiches were 5* BUT THE STAFF ...Sucked. planned on ordering more sandwiches (5 for family) but due to their OMG I have to work attitude I only ordered 2. Might want to keep going to Viroqua or give it a week, I'm sure the current staff on this day won't be there.

I'm not sure what happened to the staff at this location, but I could not have been more disappointed in their sandwich making abilities tonight.. It took 30+ minutes to make 3 sandwiches for me and my 2 kids, with only 1 car out in the drive-thru in front of me also getting 3 sandwiches. There appeared to be 1 supervisor and two fairly new employees. Of the 6 sandwiches I watched them make in 30 minutes, they only made 3 correctly the first time. Wrong sizes, wrong sauces, not having the basics like meatballs or requested bread types. They were all confused and looked like they gave up. They took nearly 20 minutes to warm up enough meatballs for 2 sandwiches. Half of the time was spent probing them to check the temperature. I could go on but I'll stop here. They need help, training, and leadership in the worst way. Good luck.

I like this restaurant because the place is close and clean. I wouldn't say they are friendly.. In fact, the manager is argumentative if given a chance. The rest of the staff are ok. But you know what you're gonna get there and they deliver that.

I went there today and ordered a simple Italian chicken breast lettuce and mayo. I got a pinch of lettuce and almost half of it was bread. I was so disappointed. My fiance got a spicy Italian that was loaded with pickles and he wanted light pickles and 2 inches of his sandwich was just bread. Just complete disappointment today in lack of product and customer service. Boy was rude and sloppy.

Westby location is always so slow. Ordered ahead, said it would be ready in 15 minutes, got there 5 minutes late and they had just started making our 2 subs. It wasn't even busy. Seems like everyone says the Westby location is slow. I honestly think it would be faster to drive to Viroqua's subway and then back to Westby.... But the food was good!

So, since this place has a laissez-faire viewpoint about mask wearing in their shop, and are there by promoting folks to not wear masks I will not shop in here again. Folks that choose not to wear masks there are basically self absorbed a-holes and I hope any place that encourages them goes out of business

Stopped there tonight at 5:30 pm. Ordered a 12" Bacon Chicken Ranch flat bread. Ask for it toasted. Got it cold. The meat, cheese, and bred were cold. Had to ask for the Chicken that was left on the counter to be put on the sandwich.

What a joke! I've tried this place a couple times and every time I wait and wait. Placed my order at 6:04 pm and at 6:34 the car ahead of me still wasn't aknowledged! I called the store and the girl was giggling so hard I could barely understand her. I said yeah you have customers in drive through who are waiting and she said yeah we know and started laughing. Sorry I left. I will never eat there again and will make sure everyone I know stays away. Go to Hansens and buy the meat and bread. Cheaper and Healthier!
