Came in 10 minutes after opening, probably took them 10 minutes or more to realize I was there. Then I was told it would be another half hour or so before they would be ready to serve. Wouldn't even come out from the back to acknowledge.

This location is incredibly slow. We went to get subs with only two people in front of us and it took 45 minutes. Only one lady working & she was nice but had no sense of urgency. (She stated her fiancé had to leave to go help her mom at one point.) It was like watching the sloths working at the DMV scene in Zootopia, painful. Then, to top it off she goes to scan our coupon (3 footlongs for $17.99 which we had presented in the beginning as the sign stated & she okayed. She even clarified we couldn’t get the Beast with that coupon.) and she states the coupon isn’t valid at this store. We showed her again that it says valid at ALL U.S. locations and she stated her boss won’t take coupons that aren’t local. Even though they literally say “All U.S. locations.” So we didn’t get a sandwich we wanted, it took 45 mins for her to make our subs, and it costs $15 more than it was supposed to. Never going to this Subway again & warning our friends that live nearby. This killed it.

Never have I ever had this level of disrespect with customer service. I just picked up an online order for 12:15pm and I was there by 12:10. I did not see the pick up bag on the side for pick up but I could see one behind the counter. This worker, a women, was helping an elderly women make two sandwiches and did not look or address me AT ALL even when I asked if that is my pick up order bag. She would only talk to this older women and make side glances at her while stating, “yah, you know… we have had a lot of people steal orders from this location so now we have to keep all the bag behind the counter because of all the thieves. I am only one person working right now so I really can do only so much.”

She then spent over 15 minutes assisting this older women make two sandwiches while completely ignoring me and waited until this women was checked out/ got her drink before looking at me. I gave her my name and then she finally gave me my pick up bag while staring, “sorry for the wait. It has been busy.” I WAS ONLY THE SECOND PERSON SHE WAS TO HELP WITH NO OTHER PICK UP ORDERS!

Second time I’ve felt with this unpleasant lady that works there. I went in very hungry this time and ordered 1 6”sub for my son, a cheese pizza for my daughter with extra cheese and planned on ordering myself a foot long sub with extras. She said I can’t put extra cheese on the pizza, the new owners won’t allow it. I said just charge for extra cheese, I’ll pay for it. She said it’s not allowed and she’s not getting fired over it. My only thought was you won’t be working here long with this customer service. Very rude, and had an attitude like it was inconvenient for me to order food “on both occasions”. I said whatever I’ll just take a plain cheese pizza the way it comes, and refused to order myself anything. Reading other reviews on here today shows I’m probably not the only person that’s had to be an inconvenience to this employee. Will not be returning until it has new owners again. BTW this is my 3rd boycott of this location. Last 2 we’re because of lack of product and employees clearly being on something while working. $5 foot long to $14 foot long in 10 years. Maybe it’s time to stop eating subway entirely.

The female that was working on March 21st around 8pm Had horrible customer service she huffed when we came in and started talking crap then when we went to eat our subs they weren't cut at all and when I called and asked why they weren't cut she had stated that they were super busy but when we walked in she was counting down her drawer. Subway is definitely not what it use to be! You pretty much get sandwich meat you can buy at the grocery store and put on a hoagie roll. Te prices are ridiculous. I'd say I'd you can get a deal through their app. Or the point system they have, then go... but I'm not - don't waste your money! You can do the same thing at home for a fraction of the price, but it is much better!!!!

Just stopped in to order a sub and neither of the workers were wearing any kind of hair restraint and neither washed there hands before putting on glove.
When I asked about it, because I used to manage a subwy, they said they did in back. Not possible as I watched both from the moment I walked in. Very unsanitary and very poor customer service

Stopped in today to order a sandwich and got the usual Subway customer service. Lady clearly didn’t want to be there, no smile, no introduction. The last time I was there a few months ago you could see a baby in a walker. Today the food bins had thick levels of ice and frost, I should have just skipped going there. Also why would you have regular mayo in packets but no lite mayo? I left feeling dirty from the food conditions and lack of any customer service. I’m done with Subway.

The bread was stale. The customer before me had requested mustard on his sandwich, which left the knife used to prepare my sandwich slathered in mustard, which I didn't want all over my sandwich. I asked for some chipotle sauce and ended up with what seemed like a gallon, making my sandwich drenched in the stuff and pretty much inedible. To top it off one of the preparers obviously had a cold, sneezing into her sleeve. And the credit card machine asks for tips? Quit paying Mahomes to do commercials and pay your damn employees a decent wage. Subway sucks and I'll never patronize that business again.

I come to this place to order a Protein Bowl (Steak Cheese). My wife and I were dining inside. First, I asked if they could cut the tomato in half, and they both looked lost and said they weren't supposed to do that.

I then sat down with my Bowl, and when I took the first bite, the Steak was COLD, and I mean cold as if they just took it out of a fridge.

I got up and politely explained that the meat was cold. At this time, I got a look of confusion like "What do you want me to do about it?" One asked the other girl, and she proceeded to make me another bowl. The faces and attitude on these two girls were as if I were bothering them from doing something else. Keep in mind that there is no one else here. So they were not busy.

The moral of my review... The service industry has gone down. I have been traveling and ate the same thing in two other Subways, and they were great, so I kept coming back. These two young ladies need some heavy training or a different job where they do not have to go out of their way.

This stop will never happen again. If I was hungry, and this was the only restaurant around, I'll pass!!!

Did not accept a valid, in-date subway coupon. I was planning to spend my 6.99 footlong coupon but spent almost 15$ due to this. Don’t come here if you’re looking for a deal. Not happy. Used to be a nicely maintained Subway with friendly, well groomed employees but it's definitely not anymore. During my visit, they were out of mayo, cucumbers, fresh mozzarella, lids for cups and 2 fountain drinks were out of order. Filthy everywhere - no customers but dirty tables everywhere, behind counter was a mess and dirty looking. Person up front was very short and rude with my daughter and I. Girl in the back wearing pj pants cutting peppers. And I'm pretty sure I was way overcharged for 2 - 6 inch subs. Only place to eat within walking distance of where I was. Next time we will just go next door to the gas station.

I placed an order for a 6” sandwich. Chose all the veggies, cheese, and my fave bread and selected it toasted.
When I pick it up, the sandwich is like a feather. So I take a look inside. Wrong bread, not toasted, no cheese and absolutely nothing in it but chicken. I ask the young girl about it. She says “that’s how it came to us”. Just flat like that.
Nothing else. Then she then offers to make a new one but says I’ve gotta pay full price for it. I wasn’t interested in paying twice.
Finally the young guy offers to add veggies and cheese to the sandwich. That’s the only reason I gave this two stars. What happened to customer service? …Pathetic.

Hands down the worst experience I've ever had at a Subway.
I didn't mind that they were out of ingredients. I didn't mind the patience it takes to train new employees.
I did mind how the trainer was acting. She was very mean to the new hire, and extremely rude to customers. I don't blame the new hire at all for being overwhelmed by her trainer, I was so unnerved by her rudeness that I didn't even order the right sandwich. Most disgusting visit we have had , first off gal was on her phone sitting in back and we had to make noise to get her attention. She came out like we had interrupted her time never said a word. Deserves zero stars. Ordered on the app for delivery. Driver called after arrival and subway had confirmed the order already to say that they didn't have what we ordered. Asked to change order and subway had none of the other items we wanted so asked for a refund. Girl behind the counter became argumentative and said she was in high school and didn't have to deal with this. Asked for manager and she refused to do that as well. Waited 10 minutes during lunch hour on a Friday before I saw an employee, and that's only as I was on my way out the door to a better staffed restaurant. I called loudly to the kitchen to get someone's attention several times, and even resorted to calling the store while I was waiting in hopes someone might notice. Out of soap in the bathroom. I let a worker in swim shorts and a cut-off tank top behind the counter know and he was rude about it saying annoyed “I’ll get to it when I can” (I was the only customer in there). If I could give a no star review of our experience today I would. The first disappointment was the veggie patty not being available. I was told it was discontinued, despite being on the overhead menu. I had to settle for veggies only. But as it turned out may I may have dodged a bullet. The second disappointment was after reaching our destination with our carry out order those in my party who ordered chicken threw it out after a first bite spit take due to the meat being spoiled. They were sick after this and went home. Waste of our time and money. Will not return to this location.
