I really enjoy my Subway but tonight was the worst I've ever had, everything was cleaned up, lights very low looked like they were closed, manager I'm sitting in the parking lot smoking a cigarette when she came in she was wearing a hoodie that was in very bad shape, not wearing a uniform shirt the shirt she was wearing look to be too small and her belly was showing One customer in the dining room was eating KFC after getting home with our sandwiches we found the bread to be very hard and it tasted stale won't be back to that store anytime soon had to give a rating of 1 star which it wasn't worth that

Placed an online order. After picked up and got home, Found out the sandwich had little to no sauce on it, asked and paid for extra cheese and only had 3 pieces on the sandwich. Missing ingredients and asked for the sandwich to be warmed up and it was cold. And it did not get cold from the ride home considering the cheese wasn't even melted. Have tried to call the store 3 different time and no one will answer the phone or return a call from leaving messages. Definitely going to start going to a different subway

The worst experience I’ve ever had in the 20 plus years going to subway. Dirty, veggies were half frozen and half wilted, glass was open when I walked in and no staff to be seen- they had to make my sandwich twice 🤦🏻‍♀️- ALL of the tables were dirty. The utility closet was wide open showing cleaning buckets. None of the tables were wiped down. Just gross. I still paid for my food- however- the VERY young staff running the place needs a new trainer.

Terrible service. Inefficient, unfriendly on 2/1/20 at about 2:15. Took 30 minutes to get 3 sandwiches and a salad. Slowest employee ever. Employee in back came out once and went in back again without helping. Hot sandwich was cold by the time order was complete. Terrible, terrible, terrible. Even took inordinate amount of time to ring up the order.

I love Subway! I love the fresh veggies and the toasted bread and the variety of choices available. The prices are pretty decent, too. The kids that work there are always friendly and seem to enjoy their job. Subway is my favourite fast food chain.

I just went in there today with my husband to grab something to eat because we didn’t eat yet.
So we were in there. A girl with purple and black hair.
She didn’t even greet us.. until my husband says something to her and she didn’t say much back.we ordered our food. She made our sandwiches so sloppy too. My husband even agreed on that and the part that she didn’t even greet us.. as if she hated her job. But sadly... we will never return to this subway. We had bad service. Horrible service we have.

I will just say this subway is 100 times better than the one connected to the store gas station I will go here over there anytime they make good hearty subs and don’t rip your bread and they actually cut your sub all the way through and very clean and food tastes fresh

Very poor customer service from the girl with the red hair. She seems very unhappy with her job. She was also very rude to her co-worker when the co-worker had a question about a customers order. I’ve read reviews that date back 9 months ago that have complaints about this employee so I’m not sure why her attitude hasn’t changed. I can say for certain that I won’t return to this Subway location.

This would be my first google review, so that says a lot right there. Th girl working the counter with blonde hair with blue, and pink in it was completely rude. rolled her eyes at me several times and when she handed the sub to one of the guys she said " those two subs are on separate transactions i guess" rolling her eyes AGAIN and then glaring at me. WHAT IN THE WORLD. someone needs to talk to miss attitude about how to treat her customers.

When trying to order soup I was shocked to find out this location doesn’t have soup...when I asked why, the girl with pink/red hair said “because it’s seasonal and it’s not cold out”. She said it in the rudest way possible as if I should already know that soup is “seasonal”. I was confused because I can get soup any time of year from other subways, it seemed more like they didn’t feel like making it so they claimed soup is only for the winter. I don’t usually take the time to write reviews but when a customer asks a question, they should get an answer not an attitude. If you don’t like people get another job.

Worst customer service I think I've ever experienced. The employee with the bright pink/red hair rolled her eyes at me more than once. She didn't listen when I told her I wanted a 4 inch sub and when I corrected her, she scoffed, rolled her eyes and threw part of the sub away. Subs were sloppy Unbelievable . Never returning.

Walked into store and two workers get up from booth with their kids and cell phones. Went behind counter and did not wash hands and started making sub. Long hair hanging down and no hair nets. Asked for sub to be heated and it was cold. Both workers had sloppy sweatshirts on and neither employee looked clean. Sandwich was a disaster. Very poorly made. Meat was put on parchment paper and was not put in boats to warm up. The floor in the work area was very dirty and gloves thrown on floor. Only one other customer in store. They should have been cleaning. We will not be back or recommend this store to anyone. Very disappointed.
