Got a online order. Came when time said, there was only 2 customers eating and still waited 15 minutes to make 2 subs and 2 protein bowls. Need a little bit more sense of urgency. Very slow paced.

Ordered a foot long roast beef, provolone, onion, pickles and olives on white bread and got salami, pepperoni, peperjack cheese, peppers, onions, italian dressing on cheese bread. I called to report they gave me the wrong sandwich, they said I could come back and they would make the correct sub but we live in a neighboring city, a waste of 30 minutes and gas. My husband said "at least the onions and lettuce is correct"

Lettuce? Where's MY Veggies? My god if I just wanted meat I would have just ordered just meat. I drove back in after getting home after I handed my kids and my wife sandwiches to them and saw my sandwiches and noticed that there was very little product that I requested for my order. I understand portion size and nutrition but I am not going to stand there and have the Manager tell me that the amount of veggies they put on was in fact not enough, then go on and tell me that this is reg amount is and if I wanted more to request more. Yea that will work if they actually read the tickets that state extra. They have never put more when I have requested. She could have said yes let me add some more on there for you. No not once. She wanted to talk about her son and being Diabetic and Nutrition. The last 4-5 years have been just terrible. They have lost 4 customers. Never going back. Sad cause there's really nothing else except KT and the Thai place in town. This has been an ongoing issue. Arcadia location is not any better. For the amount we have to pay this is just crazy. Corporate it is. I hope they can shed some light on why this Manager thinks this is okay and hope they can explain what a sandwich is suppose to look like. Before Covid Great! After Covid Crap! Run cause your just wasting your money!

If I could rate a ZERO I probably would! We did an order online showed up right when it said it was going to be done and the guy told us it was almost done as it was not, hadn’t even started them yet. We sat there and watched him make 2 subs and finally got our order 15 minutes later which whatever would have been more fine with it but there wasn’t a single person in there. I’m very glad we weren’t eating there, the place was a disaster, food and chips laying on the floor under every single table and back behind where the workers are floor don’t look like it’s been cleaned in months. DISGUSTING. To top it off got home and my sub wasn’t what I order. ZERO ZERO ZERO/5

Went there today, 6/15/2023. We're there atleast once a week and never had a problem. Today, I have almost a 50 dollar order! As we usually do. 3 footlongs, fountain drinks, cookies and chips. Had a 100 and a 20 on me, was denied at the register cause they can't take 100s???? Wow, maybe 1 of the 3 clowns workin could've counted out a 10 and 2 $20s for change my wife and 4 year old and i would've kept you guys in our weekly dinner menu. Not to mention, when we walked in there was nobody there. Looked like we inconvenienced the 3 from there pow wow. Went to arcadia, same order, 48.59, they took my 100.....they also take us as customers. Never again whitehall!!! Pos

The staff ignored us when we walked in, and we waited 5 minutes before they acknowledged us...we were the only customers in there. Once they decided to take our order, there were a couple other people in line behind us. Our sandwiches were ok, but there were some black things in the meat that I didn't end up finishing my sandwich. There was also a black bug in the ice when we got our drinks. The inside itself seemed pretty clean other than that.

This was a completely disgusting experience, walked in to nobody wearing a mask as mandated but employees sitting in a booth together while customers are at the counter waiting the only employee behind the counter talking on the phone. Only two of the employees deemed it appropriate to put on their masks after making the sandwiches for me and another customer and the quality of the sandwiches was not good at all not only was the bread under cooked but barely even a sprinkle of lettuce and other toppings definitely not going again if the same three are working ever

The gal that took my order was good. Then another gal came and skipped right over my husband. Went to the next customer. Tables needed to be wiped off, floor swept and bathrooms were dirty. Also, no one greeted as we came in or said thank you as we left. Sad service

Went to the Subway in Whitehall, Wi today. Not impressed by the workers. Very bad customer service. Especially from Anna. Not sure if she was just having a bad day or if that's just her attitude. Either way your are in customer service and should treat your customers with respect. You did not. If you can't be a good associate maybe don't work in customer service. Clearly you're lacking skills.

ONE HAS TO ADMIRE such a cohesive unit; employees who enjoy their work [together] have an indisputably favorable impact on the store atmosphere, as well as the Subway name overall. I HAPPEN TO LOVE customer service and will not hesitate to complain if necessary. However, I believe compliments are crucial to continued customer care. Walking into any establishment expecting perfection but conducting your SELF in a rude and/or obnoxious manner is just wrong! I think it would prove beneficial for every customer to work the other side of the counter for just one week - inventory week maybe, or a grand opening week, or a holiday rush, etc. Ohhhh yeah!
