Arrived at 8:45 pm on Thursday 11/21/24, sign on door and information on Google says they are open until 9pm. Lights were on and employees were inside but they closed early and had the doors locked. I was frustrated that I got off the highway to buy food here but could not.

Who owns this place? Your going to tell me your going to leave one girl working Christmas Eve? She is doing her best to take care of drive thru and inside all by herself. This is absolutely ridiculous you shouldn’t be owning a subway if you cant fill in, lift a finger and help out when people need it. Great location. Seems like its being managed well. When my now wife worked at a different location, she'd always take off those god awful effing tree branches attached to the spinach leaves. So when I get them now, I tend to judge a bit more. I'm just spoiled is what I'm trying to say.. But yeah they need to do something about leaving the whole plant on the spinach leaf. Steams on jalapeños and banana peppers too. I understand it's how it's delivered, but you don't put out the tomatoes how they are delivered, right? You prep them. So just prep everything. Treat it like someone is paying you for it. Cuz they are. 😅 Okay I'm making this into a bigger deal than it needs to be. Because it's a universal subway issue, not just an issue with this location. So yeah over all, fun and kind staff, clean, and well managed.

My sandwich came out very poor. I asked for toasted and it came out chewy and gooey. So their toaster must not be working so good, that or they were just so worried about how I was wearing my mask that they didn't toast it properly. Also no creamy sriracha. Won't come to this Subway again.

Subway is putting in massive amounts of effort to protect staff and customers!! They have been practicing social distancing and are sanitizing more often, they are now wearing masks and being cautious about dine in customers staying separated and safe. Appalled... I become ill from meat and when we got to the end of the line from ordering a veggie sub (cutting in half part) I noticed a couple chunks of ham and left over bread from the last sandwich. So I just said "could you please wipe the knife off before you cut my sub? " the young man pulls out a scrap paper used to make a different sub from THE GARBAGE and wiped off the knife. Then cut my sub before I could say anything. I couldn't speak I was so shocked and didnt know what to say. I paid, left and threw the sub away. . will never go back to this location

Unfortunely I cannot give zero stars. I used to come all the time and will no longer. I went lastnight on 9/11/18 and the store had a open sign off at 7:50 PM. I was looking forward to getting a sub on my way home after a long day and was surprised to see that they were closed. There were no cars in the parking lot and the lights were on in the physical store but no employees. When I got home I emailed the store on the subway website when the manager in a timely matter emailed me and made it seem like I wasn't telling the truth. Hes saying there's video of customers and employees and that there are sales receipts. My guess is that they're trying to cover this up that the employees with no manager at the scene closed earlier than closed posted time. I've told everyone I know that lives around there to be longer go there. Very sad of this happening with nothing but a manager not making the situation better and saying well there's nothing I can do because of the video and sales receipts that I'm supposed to believe that I made it all up. Very sad.

Seemed to take a long time for my sandwich w hich was ordered in the drive through. Long time as in 20 minutes. My orger was number 58. More annoying was listening to the male worker talk about getting kicked out of the house just before graduation. A female in the backroom was standing between the door way...not working.... but listening to his long dragged out story about where he had to go to get his cap and gown. Finally a nice young girl came to the window with my food a d wished me a good rest off the day. Food was good and soda cold.

After waitng at least 15 min in the Drive-thru for my sub, i was shocked to see my sub with a very poor amount of steak on it. I went in and told the man behind the counter (he had glases on and i believe he was asain, i wish i got his name) about the issue. He apologized and made the me the best damn steak sub ever created in subway history !!!. The experience started out bad but they made sure i left a happy customer and that's a rare value these days.
