My daughter left her phone behind on vacation, after contacting the restaurant Heather was helpful and agreed to drop it off at a UPS to be shipped back home to us, we paid for the shipping label. I would assume they get a lot of out of town guests and this is not the first time it has happened but still this is above and beyond their job role and I compliment the staff for their kindness.

Not one person smiled or said hello. Tables and floor were dirty. Bread was tough. Wanted bacon warmed, but it was warmed longer than most subways do it so it was tough instead. Plus they only gave 3 pieces of bacon for a footlong. Other Subways give more than that. The atmosphere all together was odd feeling. I'm not sure how to explain it. A young employee parked right by front door, where customers should have been able to park. We are huge Subway fans, but I'm not sure we'll return to this one.

DO NOT GO HERE. The staff at this Subway have serious attitude problems. On Friday, June 27 around 9:40 AM, I walked in and greeted the guy at the front, he didn’t respond, turned his back to us, and let us stand there in silence before motioning to a girl in the back, saying, “Come get the orders of these two” like we were a burden.

The girl came out, slammed the sandwich papers on the counter, and when I politely asked if the store was open (since I thought maybe I came too early), he snapped, “Well, if we were closed, you wouldn’t be able to get in.”

I left without ordering. Everyone can have a bad day, but this kind of rude, dismissive behavior is unacceptable. Save yourself the trouble and go to a different location or another place where basic respect and customer service still exist. Subway by Walmart has great customer service compared to this one. I hope management does something about these 2 employees.

Terrible experience picking up an online order from the Subway near Mt. Olympus. The girl working the counter around 8:00 PM on FRIDAY (6/20/2025) was extremely rude. She threw ingredients onto the sandwich, slammed the sauces around, even throwing the receipt It was honestly uncomfortable to watch, and I ended up not even eating the food. For a place near a vacation park, this kind of service is unacceptable. I hope management addresses this with proper training and accountability.

Worst service. Seems like an Asian guy, with lot of impatience. He was murmuring when I was asking for questions. I felt too bad.. He doesn’t know who to deal with customers who got exhausted already under the hot sun. Please please think twice opting the subway even you are hungry.

I got there to place an order for takeout and the guy that was working let me stand there for 10 minutes while he did a phone order without even greeting me or saying a word. Barely looked up. When I did finally get my food, the bread was crunchy and definitely not fresh! It doesn't surprise me because the manager is equally as unprofessional and rude, but, still disgusting. The store itself is good but DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT ORDER ONLINE OR THROUGH THE APP! Doordash says the deliver the food and never show up. Then you get a run around on the phone for anouther 2 AND A HALF HOURS between the two and going to the store. Absolutely unacceptable because neither buisness has awnsers or can fix the solution.

Edit: the store manager Joy and Jeremiah were excellent on trying to get me my subs after the run around with door dash.

We couldn’t even eat here, since we went inside a tall guy with really bad attitude was staring at us without say anything, we said hi he didn’t even reply. We were just checking for our options and he was standing next to the bread and he just yell at us… “so what do you want?” He made us feel that uncomfortable that I told my husband I preferred to leave, when we were walking out he was just yelling “you are not the first and no the last”. Ordered a Sub in person on September 5th 2024, really nicely put togeather. I ended up leaving my phone there accidentally after checking out, went back about a hour later and the gentlemen working were nice, honest and returned my phone to me. I go to this subway quite often and it is usually a very good experience. I have no issues whatsoever and the service is always great. However, there is this one particular older woman that works there that has blonde hair in a ponytail and has a cap on that has made my experience the last two times very unpleasant. I have noticed that she speaks to the J1 employees like they are stupid and don’t know what they’re doing and I find that extremely disgusting. It immediately makes my happy experience turn to a sour one because there’s nothing more that makes me more irate when I see other employees being treated poorly for no apparent reason. I don’t know if she doesn’t realize how rude she sounds or if she does and just simply does not care but either way it definitely needs to be fixed. I hope the owner, Travis, handles this issue accordingly.

Honestly, I've never in my whole life had service so good from Sandwich shop employees. And this was from one person, working alone, when we came in waaaay too close to closing time . Under the best circumstances, I can hope NOT to be treated like a massive inconvenience when treating myself to an overpriced and disappointing assortment of limp vegetables on dry bread. I never expect to be treated... Warmly? I was shook. Shook, I say! Plus, the whole 12 inches of Iceberg Lettuce & Friends was oddly satisfying.

One of the WORST subways I’ve been to!
First of all my egg had fallen, she dropped it (the African bigger lady) because she was in a rush. She grabbed it took it to the back and came back and heated it like she probably ran it through water and wanted to give it to me?! Like LADY! If I get sick I will sue subway!! I asked her to not put that in my sandwhich! I guess they were short on supply but at risk of my health?! After that they sprinkled all the veggies on my sandwhiches. I was so mad! I’m from Chicago I never been to a stinky, disgusting subway in my lifetime.

I order to pickup. It says it’ll be ready by a certain time. Im here at that time. My order was not made and I ask them, they said they didn’t have any of that bread which should have been communicated. Great customer service…but…I told the guy exactly what I wanted (ham and salami no cheese and not toasted) he proceeded to ask what cheese and asked if I wanted it toasted then when I got back home I got banana peppers on my sandwich and they were all super hard! Whoever cuts up the veggies needs to look at what they are putting in the container because all the tops of the peppers were on my sandwich!

Honestly think the people who work at this Subway can't read. 3x I've ordered online and asked for light sauce and each time it has been slathered, SLATHERED in sauce.
