They didn't fill the order properly. I had to order my own food in the drive-thru on a screen and nobody asked if maybe we needed some help or something. They should at least acknowledge you when you pull up. You can't even see the workers from the drive-thru window so you don't even know if anybody's in there.

Showed up at 8:02 and other leaving customers told us we could still order through the drive thru, after being rushed through and the drive home we realize the sauces on the sandwiches are literally seeping through the paper. (Both supposed to be regular amount) onions on both sandwiches which we never ordered, asked for extra jalapeños, instead got an ungodly amount of pickles and a couple jalapeños. Just had to make a review before trying to enjoy my room temp soggy subway sandwich. 🙃

Iv order from there few time and theres always something wrong with my oder i called for frist time to day cuz they put jalapeños peppers on my sub and im allergie to them and i got hung up on and no attempt to fix it my sub was xtera cheese and meat with pickles i got this and i do cut mine up in to smaller bit sizes so not i did not eat ot all either

Says they’re open until 9pm. I showed up at 8:40pm, 01/29/25, to dots locked, everything being cleaned and put away for the evening…. And, naturally, the OPEN sign still on and shining bright.

Clean but staff seems less than thrilled to be working. Usually complaining or, at some points, throwing empty bottles behind them. Last few times the sandwiches have either had no sauce or have been drowned in sauce, online order btw. Will start ordering at a different location.

Terrible wait times since the online ordering has started. The workers are more worried about getting those orders out the door vs the people standing in their lobby 8 deep. I used the drive thru to get my steak and cheese sub. The sub came a uickly, just as I ordered. I had a coupon, which you can't enter into the screen for ordering. When I presented it with my payment, the gal cheerfully took it, and was very good about it.

Worst ever. Could order an Italian sub at drive thru. She told me to use the screen to select the sub. Didn't even have Italian sub on the menu. Only really went for chirros for my elder parents. That's all I ordered. 15 mins later...it was like rubber. O M G, won't be going back there.

Do not bother ordering online. I added bacon to sub, paid for it, did not receive bacon. This happens literally all the time. They have no problem taking money for add-ons but getting them actually on the sandwich seems to be an issue.

We did our order on the app. Waited in line drive thru for 10 plus mins. Which was understandable as it was busy with one car in front of us and one behind. Nothing was said to us when our food was handed to us. I get home and on our receipt it states no avacodo today which we got the Mexicali sub. The whole point of it is the avacodo in my opinion. When calling in, I ask for a manager the girl who answer stated that is was a manager call. The phone was taken by someone who did not state their name. I had ask, which was Danielle. When asking if she was a manager she laughed and said not technically. So I stated that that when getting our food we were not told that it was missing one of the key ingredients and did not know till we were home. I said it would have been nice to know as that sub was purchase due to that specific ingredient. All I got was yeah well we’re busy right now. Danielle attitude is not right to even be representing as some as a manager. Unprofessional and just rude.

Sandwiches are generally hastily thrown together with very little attention quality or sometimes even accuracy. Staff has a tendency to be incredibly rude, often failing to uphold basic etiquette. If you're looking for a quick bite to eat, this place is fine. If you're looking for a good meal, search elsewhere.

I placed an order online for pick up and then called to verify the 'Special Instructions' were read and understood regarding food allergy precautions. I spoke with Jordan, and she was wonderful. Not only did she verify that she read the note regarding special instructions, but she showed understanding of what standard precautions needed to be made by telling me what necessary steps would be done, without me asking, to keep my daughter safe. This is a BIG DEAL for food allergy parents. People need to be more like Jordan. She deserves a gold star (5+ of them, actually), and a raise. Thank you, Jordan! I appreciate you!

I will never go to Subway again. I ordered a veggie delight and did not order sauce due to being on Dialysis. We'll the worker smothered it in miracle whip therefore I could not eat my supper after sitting 4 hrs through Dialysis Treatment.... Forgot our onions, asked Checkers to spot us some they were happy to and they were even as chopped as I was. This subway is on the decline and has been. There was a really nice girl that made my sub today, I got it for work so I asked for the bacon on the side and she was so nice about it and wrapped it up all neat. The young girl there would not put the toppings on the side so my husband could eat his food after work, to keep it from being soggy. But just the week before the very same restaurant did just that for me. We won't go back to this shop, but props to the one in Wisconsin Rapids Walmart, who Always gives the customers what they want and need!

Asked to reverse an order I made on the APP by accident, and it turned into a two day process🙄How do a manager not know how to refund money???
