I went in to get a sub today and the lady there barely put lettuce on my sub, i had to ask for more black olives because she only put a couple on, when I asked for extra mayo she didn’t put barely on, so I had to ask for more she proceeded to put a little squirt on my sub and at that point I was irritated. I said something and she said “maam i did put extra” i don’t think i will be going here again, very stingy with the condiments.

Lettuce on my sandwiches was borderline rotten, when brought to the attention of staff there (man & woman) they both shook their heads and acted as if I was a major inconvenience for them. I should have turned around and left but thought they might attack me and cause my blood pressure to go too high.
Please do better, older women such as myself shouldn’t have to worry about ordering food here.

I ordered online and got my subs just a little later than the app said, which is no problem. . But when I got my food I noticed one sub was not made correctly and missing ingredients. When I called the store a mail answered the phone and once I said what my issue was he said in a very rude tone/way “what am I supposed to do about that?” Oh i don’t know fix it or give a credit on my next order. He was completely rude for no reason and acted like he did not care about his job. This location needs to do better with their employees!!!

Unfortunately there is a female employee that rushes customers through the line. She continuously says, "keep going, next, and.......next, what else do you want on your Sub?" "KEEP GOING!"
This happens when there is no line, no other people. She has done this to our family several times, she is in a hurry to be in a hurry. It is ridiculous and rude. Hopefully higher will address this issue.

I stopped by this Subway today and unfortunately had a very unpleasant experience. The manager on duty was extremely rude and disrespectful. When I politely asked if she could change her gloves since I’m vegetarian, she started yelling loudly and even spoke harshly to her co-worker in front of us.It made the whole atmosphere very uncomfortable.

On the positive side, one of the employees, Kiran, was very kind and professional, and I really appreciated her attitude. However, the manager’s behavior was unacceptable and made the visit very disappointing.

Stingy. I ordered a sub and asked for extra jalapeño. The lady making my sub placed a total of six slices on my sub. I the asked for an extra cup of jalapeño and she gave me exactly 3 slices. I know that the store is purchasing in bulk so a big 1 gallon can probably cost $20 bucks or less. According to this lady who made my sub, who won’t give me her name and claims to be the manager and owner, said per corporate they say only put 3 slices of jalapeño per 6 in sub. This is bs… Subway restaurants are franchised and not corporately owned. So her corporate excuse was nothing but white lies. You can run your store as you see fit. I have never been to such a stingy and rude subway. The whole time she was adding condiments to my sub she kept saying… and anything else in the most annoying and unkind voice. All the other condiments placed in my sub were very minimal also. I kept asking her to add more. I’ve never been treated like this at a subway before. The attitude of the owner and her way of operating her business… she won’t be in business for long. That’s why she can’t keep any employees. Her work ethic is probably as bad as her attitude. She is a dictator. She kept barking at the cashier about the orders. The teenage cashier seemed new and was getting anxious and overwhelmed having to enter in everyone’s order. I do not recommend this place. Avoid it like a curse unless you want to be ripped off. I guess this subway is not about keeping customers but it’s about deterring repeat customers. The employees at this location make you feel like you are inconveniencing them by coming in. I just walked in with my son, the workers family was there and she seemed angry that she had to work. After firing off 100 questions to us rapid fire and rudely and barely allowing us to answer them, she preceded to get upset because she toasted a sandwich that we didn’t want toasted. I was close to just walking out, but I had a family set on subway. We will drive further to go to one of the other locations in the future.

Sandwiches ordered were meager in vegetables with only three kinds of them to be added. The knife was dropped on the floor without being cleaned before sandwich was cut. Thought we were a problem or seemed to be inconvenient to be there. Would probably look to another franchise and unfortunate being so close to the establishment. I stopped into this subway. at the 8th Street in w
Wisconsin Rapids multiple times. On my visits I have had the unfortunate experience of being waiting on by the manager. She is rude , condescending extremely unfriendly and short. She doesn’t appear to like her job even a little bit.
This time I stopped in she was the same as previous visits. The difference is this time I walked out. I’m not gonna go to a place that does not appreciate my business and makes me feel like she’s doing me a favor by being there.
I will no longer stop at this subway on eighth Street in Wisconsin Rapids.

I’m very disappointed with my recent order, there was nothing for toppings put on the sandwich’s. I guess this is how this subway is going to save money too. Not to mention you can tell subway subs are like half the size they use to be. Which wouldn’t or isn’t necessarily a bad thing. However maybe the price should be half as well?I’m willing to bet this is how all these restaurants in Wisconsin Rapids are saving money and still making a killing( Or at least the owners are), amazing so disappointed. I didn’t realize lettuce was that expensive!

I’m glad there’s so many bad fast food places in Wisconsin Rapids though. I’ve literally stopped eating fast food because of the price and quality, so I guess I should be saying thank you in a weird way. Because every time it happens I DON’T go back.

Chips Hamburgers, Culver’s, and Papa Murphy’s are the only places left for me that seem to do you right and give you quality food. Wow does Wisconsin Rapids fast food suck. I really hope people start following suit and do what I’m doing. Who knows maybe we’ll all live a little longer because of simple choices, like not giving in to corporate greed (owners)while the rest of us suffer.

I’m not trying to bad mouth all the places that serve food in Wisconsin Rapids, there are good places to eat, but far and few!

I am irritated with what I have experienced and do apologize if people read this as just a rant, I’m just being honest.

FYI best subway is in Plainfield if you’re ever close by!!

I'm writing to bring to your attention an issue with an online order placed by my peer. Unfortunately, the ordering system didn't provide an option to select a preferred pickup time. When I called to rectify the situation, I was disappointed with the tone and mannerisms of the representative who answered.
As a former Subway employee, I understand the importance of providing excellent customer service. I was taken aback by the rudeness I experienced, especially considering that a tip was left for the staff.

I asked for extra onions and green peppers and she gave me two. I asked for more she gave me two. I commented that she was being conservative on her portions and was told that they’re supposed to use only so much. That was a first for me She added bacon to my salad. I didn’t ask for it, but it was missing from my husband‘s sandwich. Using the app to pay with a gift card is not easy and like most of my other encounters, the staff checking you out don’t know where to find it on the app either.Generally, overall, not a pleasant experience.

First. What a disgrace to Subways.
My coworker and I ordered for delivery from this subway and let me just say the delivery driver was the best part of the whole ordeal; probably because he doesn't work for subway but instead door dash.
I ordered a Philly extra meat extra cheese and all the veggies minus olives and jalapeños. I upgraded to drink and chips. My sandwich looks like it was ordered from the kids menu with no extras.
Coworker ordered a ham and cheese with lettuce and extra pickles..... since when does extra mean "heres only 4".
They didn't give the dasher our drinks he so kindly went back to get them.
The disappointment is real. And you can call me a *Karen* all you want but when I spend over $30 on a meal I expect it to be worth it. Not what I got today.

Here it is, my first bad review. Might as well call me Karen. But for real... My boss, my co-worker and I place our orders online for lunch normally and we have been dealing with the issue of there being little to no veggies on our sandwiches. Well this last time we ordered was just too much... We ordered a few sandwiches and some drinks and when we picked up our food the cups for our drinks weren't on the shelf by the food, so we politely mentioned that we got drinks with our order and we got the response "you gotta get them yourself" which we knew that... but we would still need cups to do that...Then when we got back to work to eat, we noticed that the flatbread I ordered wasn't toasted. Which, working at Subway long ago I know they are supposed to be toasted. I didn't specify that I wanted it toasted online so okay, whatever... I will take the three shreds of lettuce and two black olives off and heat it up myself. Well I go to do that, and there is a long hair in my sandwich. So that just ruined the whole thing for me obviously. The presentation of the sandwiches lately is just terrible, the amount of vegetables is so so sad, and now bad hygiene and just plain disrespect? Something has to change. Definitely wont be back until it does.

The lady manager there that works there is a crazy NUT case! Do not and I mean DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SUBWAY. They will rip you off and they will say “I GUESS I CAN MAKE YOU A NEW SUB” with a horrible attitude! Lady clearly has an attitude problem and likes to to take on the customer! I spent $50 there and only got $18 and I wasn’t able to count my money before I left cuz I was so heated the way she was talking to me. Waited 30 minutes in the drive thru for my sub. Nobody came to the window (1152am-1222pm) I called the store and nobody answered. When I was about to leave, someone finally came to the window. Looked like she'd been crying, she Apologized for the wait and told me she was there by herself. Shame on you Subway, you need better scheduling. I've been going to this subway for over 5 years now. It's always been my favorite one in town for it's food quality, service, and convenience of this location. But 3 of the past four times I've been there they haven't had available my favorite and basically only sub I ever get, pizza sub. I don't know why but it seems like the marinara sauce is almost never available anymore. For most people this won't matter, five stars, but if you want a pizza sub or a meatball sub find a different subway.

They only got one star because I had to give it in order to do the review ok so I had placed a order for a sub an a pizza the first time was still cold cheese was melted but everything else was cold called back they said they would let the manager know well they didn’t when I spoke to the manager she said well she didn’t hear about it an refused a refund or to remake the food ok so I ordered again a couple weeks later got 3 subs two was made wrong called them right away refused to remake because had to have manager approval an she wouldn’t be there until Monday lol so I walked down to the subway put the sub on the counter with the receipt the man I had been speaking too that was so rude hung up on me multiple times said he was 52 lol he looks about 30 something acted like he wasn’t going to replace the sandwich again I told him I was calling the law the other lady said she made the sandwich an messed it up they talked it over an decided to remake the sandwich I was recording the interaction with them which I have put on subways main page sadly the manager hasn’t called me back the excuse I got well she is only 23 years old how is that my fault? I feel like they are just taking money an don’t care period I will do what I need to make sure subway Corp knows that’s why the video! This place should not bare the subway name! The manager needs replaced since she don’t care about her job! The 2 employees need to be fired an ban from ever coming back to subway! Period they are not right maybe on drugs because of the actions where excessive slow! Still no call from anyone crazy huh

Employees can’t make a sandwich with the correct ingredients ordered. When calling to talk to someone about the error, I got hung up on. No one even said “hello”. They picked up the phone and immediately hung up. I assume that’s because I called 15 minutes before close. Apparently it’s too much work to do a job that requires basic motor skills and a minimal mental capacity. Either this Subway is hiring handicapped monkeys or they hired the laziest possible teenagers/young adults and paid them $12/hour. Pathetic excuse for a “restaurant”.

Apparently the staff who makes the sandwiches either can not read or simply don't care. They can have an online order printed out for them to make and manage to completely screw it up and not follow even the most simple of requests such as "Please cut each sandwich into 4 pieces".

Continue to keep things that are "discontinued" on their website and then just substitute random items in place of them without even asking if it is an acceptable substitution.

Can not put the proper drinks that are ordered into the order.

Also lacks any taking of responsibility for a mistake and simply writes it off with a "I can replace the drink if you come back here".

This is the final straw after multiple times of them messing things up on orders. I understand a one off bad day etc. This is not that. This is a habit and is simply poor overall customer service.

He made sure to ask if everything was right, repeated toppings back to us, made sure that he heard us right. If he doesn't get paid well now, he will one day at a different job. He has a great attitude and looks like he works hard every day. Great job sir. As far as the place, it was clean, neat, and very quick. Great place!

Best SUBWAY IN THE WISCONSIN RAPIDS AREA. I often wondered why anyone would to location when there is one less than a mile away in the Wal-Mart and a nice one at that. This place is just so much better, good food and great service. Also, now a part of the Impact Rewards Card program.

I've been to many Subways, but none quite like this one. From the overflowing garbage can, to the sticky floors, we couldn't find place to sit down and eat. The employees were agitated and surly, they made it quite clear that they weren't happy we were there and wouldn't be until we left.
