Sandwich was good, however girl behind counter was rude and very disrespectful! I know it was a holiday weekend, but if she didn't want to be there she could have hid it a little better! Cross this place off my list will never stop there again. To bad there is no employee name on my receipt.

Absolute disaster at this Subway! Rolled up to the drive-thru kiosk at 7:20 AM, starving for my egg, steak, and cheese on flatbread. Placed my order, waited FIVE MINUTES at the window like a fool, only to realize nobody’s even there! Ditched the car, went to check the doors—LOCKED. Both of them! Had to sneak in through the gas station entrance, where they confirmed Subway was “open.” Walked in, lights on, and… NOTHING. Not a single employee in sight! Supposed to open at 7? What a complete joke!
I could’ve hopped the counter and made my own damn sandwich, but I’m not about that life. This is how you ruin a Friday morning! Whoever’s running this dumpster fire needs to get their act together or shut it down. Never wasting my time here again—Nekoosa Subway actually knows how to open on time and serve food. Zero stars if I could. 👎👎

The food was fine. The service was extremely slow and the customer service was rude. While my mom was talking to an associate, lexi was making rude comments about their conversation under her breath, rolling her eyes and making faces. Do not recommend at all.

We stop here often. There's always only 1 guy working and he ALWAYS seems flustered and upset. Slams things down and mutters under his breath. Not very welcoming. I almost feel bad when we stop. Like dude needs some help back there.

Got 3 footlong subs. Waited for 10 to 15 minutes before i could order. Then a drivethrew order wanted a Italian and Herb brwad so I could not get that bread. Two people working switching back and forth. One should of stuck to drive thru and one should 9f been doing lobby orders. One got our bread and meats and then when the other one came back he pawned us off on the other worker to finish. Not sure how cookies go on Fridays but asked if we get cookies and only got two when we had 3 sandwiches.

Incredible service so friendly and helpful. I have to say this was the BEST MEAL AT SUBWAY I have ever had. The bread was soft and so tasty. The meat and toppings are fresh. Very clean and delicious food.

Had a coupon, ordered my subs, got to the checkout for them to tell me that 2 of the subs you could not use with the coupon. I was supposed to see this sml white sign posted on the glass by the bread. And why these are not included is a very good question because there were the same price as most of the other subs on the menu. Very disappointing

For the 7th time I have waited over 30 minutes ( the longest I've waited is 53 minutes) for my order. 2 times in the drive through 4 times inside and the last experience was after I ordered ONLINE, that wait was 36 minutes after the website told me to be there by. There is ZERO reason to staff an establishment with ONE employee that offers drive up, online, and in person services. HORRIBLE management, I felt terrible for the teenager that was taking rude customers and numerous orders like a champ.
Again HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT.

Stopped tonight at 6:05. Tried ordering a meatball sub, but she said they put them away because they are closing at 6:30. Then ordered a different sub, and she said not to dine in, because they are closing at 6;30. I’m pretty sure 25 minutes would have been time enough for 3 people to eat 6 inch subs. Also, who puts all the hot food away, 30 minutes before closing, when it’s supper time??? It looked like they were already closed, seeing everything was put away. Maybe they should have turned the open light off also!

About an hour ago this rating would have been a lot lower. My order was made wrong and when I called the store to tell them the lady was extremely rude and I was instantly infeariated. This women was obstinant and asked me " what do you expect me to do about it." I was so angry I passed the phone off to my roommate so I wouldn't say anything I would regret. While driving back to get my dinner I was incredibly angry. My anger my subdued as soon as i met Sam. She came to the window apologized right away and informed me that the women I spoke to on the phone had walked out after the phone call. She re made our subs and gave us a dozen cookies.thank you sam, for being polite and handling the situation the way it should have been handled

The Subway at this location does NOT accept The Store Impact Rewards program rewards for free sandiches. I showed the "sandwich artist" the coupon BEFORE I ordered to confirm I could get my free footlong, and he said yes. However when I checked out he couldn't figure out the coupon and then I was told by another employee they are not part of the Impact Rewards Program (even though this Subway is physically part of The Store gas station?!) Maybe you should have a sign posted so others will know you don't participate! I spent $9 on my "free" sub, so thanks for nothing.
