They have a variety of pizza crust options including stuffed. Keep in mind that what they call thin crust is actually more like a tradional hand tossed. If you want super thin crust you need to order the thinnest crust. They also offer what they call hand hand tossed but I'm not sure how thick that one is. Their salads are phenomenal. Sandwiches are good but nothing memorable. The service is excellent. Prices are on the high end however it is comparable with similar restaurants.

Came back for another try today, and glad we did. Findley was our server and she was so nice, checked on us frequently, pizza was wonderful. , and salads we ordered were very good. Glad we gave another try , sometimes things just happen.:)

First time here , tried 3 times always no avail so went during lunch. Server started out with we are better than pizza hut, well not sure thats true . Pizza was pretty bland, why husban d ordered ruben she said she thought theyight be out, never confirmed. We waited an hour for food yet table seated after us didnt seem to have the same backup in the kitchen we were told. Breanna wS our server, check on your customers , we had to ask about our food .

I came in with my friend and we sat near the bar area. They have a wide variety of drinks on tap and in cans. I ordered a 10-inch pizza and breadsticks, both were pretty good. Unfortunately, the service was lacking. While the place was somewhat busy, one of the bartenders, Indigo, spent an excessive amount of time talking and flirting with another coworker instead of checking on customers. It was clear that conversation was his priority. Disappointing, especially since we were impressed by the food.

We were visiting from out of town and ordered the meatball pizza for delivery. The driver was quick, the food was hot, and service was friendly. The pizza had traditional pizza sauce that makes a difference. Loved it so much we decided to go there to dine in several days later and got the same pizza and buffalo wings with a Ceasars salad. The waitress was exceptional! We were seated immediately despite the place being full and it never felt rushed. If im ever in or near Verona, this will be a stop.

Thick crust is a drier/semi fluffy thick crust but is pretty close to the same thickness of the hand tossed. The cheese curds were good cheese-wise but the batter was very bland/no salt.

I was a little hesitant to try this place as a new Englander as I highly prefer thin crust New York or New Haven style pizza over thicker pizza. I was pleasantly surprised with the overall quality, taste and texture of the pizza here.

The buffalo chicken was the clear winner over our other pie. Pretzels were perfectly soft and tasty.

The inside of the restaurant was very nice and fun vibe.

I highly recommend this place to anyone in the area.

Pros:
Customize your pizza and I made a thin crust with Pepponi. It was delicious and definitely toasted which I like (I dropped the pizza so it may look shuffled). Sauce was good and I like the crunch. The box of beingnets were packed and they were soft. It was good especially with the caramel dip. The seating is spacious outside from what I saw and it looks nice. My food was made relatively quick.

The family went for Father's Day and it was really busy. It took a while to get our order taken because we only had two menus for four people. After we ordered it took 30 minutes for our appetizer to arrive and another 10 minutes for our food to arrive. I ordered the chicken alfredo pizza and they forgot my spinach so they comped me 50% off my order. Everyone else's orders were correct and everything tasted really good. The beer cheese with the appetizer was excellent. However, one of the iced teas that I got refilled had a used lemon in it so that was gross. But we ended up not getting charged for drinks lol. I would definitely go there again, but probably when it's less busy.

First time going to sugar river. Excellent pizza and apps. Per the Google reviews, the ranch is truly exceptional. Onion rings are outstanding, pretzel bites are buttery. We ordered 3 pizzas and all 3 were so tasty. The Asian chicken one was a bit strange but we’re not mad we tried it. Good variety in their beer selection. We also went for trivia on a Wednesday evening which was superb. Even though it was packed to the brim, the service and speed of the kitchen did not suffer at all which was very impressive. All in all, great experience and food and we will be returning!

We ate here at the recommendation of a friend. My boys are picky eaters and my husband and I are foodies. This restaurant was perfect for all of us.

My three boys loved their cheese pizza. My husband got the supreme. I got the maple bacon pizza (I don’t recall the exact name). The supreme and the maple bacon pizza were both recommended by our server. They were delicious.

The pizza crust is light and fluffy with the right amount of crunch.

Our server was amazing. I wish I remembered his name. He was delightful and laughed when my youngest informed him that the security cameras were being used by Santa.

6:45 pm on a Tuesday. Coming from practice with three hungry kids. Ordering takeout. I placed a mobile order for pickup. I arrived 15 minutes after the estimated pickup time.

When I arrived I was told “just a couple of minutes.”

A few minutes go by…”almost ready. I’ll bring it out in two minutes.”

10 minutes later the order arrives. A full 45 minutes after I ordered.

I asked what the issue was “Oh they just forgot to make the order.”

It was a long day. I have kids that are at the end of their rope. I was just really disappointed in the service we received.

My husband and I order take out from sugar river regularly. Last week my husband ordered a specialty pizza and was somehow given a plain cheese pizza. Last night I ordered a Mac daddy pizza. We verified our orders were correct on the phone and physically checked the boxes in the car. After eating a slice, I realized they managed to forget the meat in my pizza. Feeling very discouraged by the lack of attentiveness. We are “taking a break” from sugar river for now.

I ordered 20 wings. Delivery was late, it is usually early. Wings were in a aluminum container with no lid inside a pizza box. This wouldn't normally matter if the delivery didn't take over an hour. Ranch sauce was open in sauce bag and made a mess. Wings had good flavor, but were dried out and overcooked. I ordered these wings based on previous good reviews. Extremely chewy, tough, and cold. Very disappointed.

Done only carry out here a handful of times. It’s always been really good! Food is hot and ready when they say it will be. The online ordering is great and things I prefer like “light sauce” is followed. Had the supreme “amazon deluxe” and Big Mac pizza and they were both great. He brought our Specialty Pizza to the table way over done and outside edge burnt! The only reason I’m extending 2 stars is because we had a large group. Our server whom I assume was also the bartender spent 45 min making 8 drinks . She still missed 2 drinks and the old fashioned she made me was a far cry from any I’ve ever drank. I was very specific that I wanted the OPE old fashioned and the one I was served came with a large cinnamon stick . It was by far the worst old fashioned I’ve had in all of the US and two foreign countries. She completely forgot one of the guests food order and by the time it was ready she had to take it to go as we all paid and left almost 2 hours after entering. I have to return to Wisconsin for training and I’m sure this will be a restaurant on the list that is close to try again . I’d rather eat my leftovers cold from the fridge in my hotel room than risk going back to this restaurant.

Just fantastic. We had the beer cheese dippers and loaded waffle fries to start. The beer cheese was unreal, so much came out with the dippers and we put it on all the rest of our food. The fettuccine alfredo was thick, decadent, so tasty. Then, there was the Maple My Bacon pizza.

Oh. My. God. If there's one thing you need to have from this list, it's that. Sweet, salty, savory, garlicky, just amazing.

All that combined with some awesome service from our server Emily F. She was fun, kind, and so helpful, and all that with an absolutely packed house.

The staff is friendly and attentive. The atmosphere was sunny and inviting. Our server in Verona, Nicole was outstanding. From the moment she seated us and throughout her service she was impressive. Warm, funny and very knowledgeable about the menu. Nicole likes people and really shines. Kudos Sugar River for offering fresh and delicious food. We had the hummus platter, roasted pear goat cheese and walnut salad, maple bacon pizza and Beignets with all three sauces on the side. To drink we had a mango mint mule mocktail, Carmel apple cider and a nitro peppermint stout. We had a wonderful experience. Went here for the first time tonight, originally they forgot our jalapeños but they told us as they set the pizza down and we’re already making us the new one.
