If you are going to have a food lead time of 1.5 hours on TOP of a 55 minute table wait, make sure your customers know about it. Additionally, if you’re going to have a 1.5 hour food wait, your servers should be table touching more often. We waited 30 minutes to order, 45 AFTER that minutes to be asked if we wanted drinks after being empty for 30 minutes and 30 more minutes before asking where our food was and being told it would be another 10 minutes. Which, turned into 25 minutes.

It may be an anomaly, but this was bad enough to warrant it being shared.

This is the only time in my entire life I did not leave a tip. My girlfriend and I sat at the bar to watch Michael Sean sing there. Robbie was suppose to be our server. He paid little to no attention to us the entire night. We tried multiple times to get his attention but he was more concerned with drinking behind the bar and the beer taps which were pouring out more head than beer. We eventually had to order from another server who wasn't bad. We ordered the fish fry and some cheese curds. The food took 43 minutes to get out to us. I was contemplating leaving because it took so long. The cheese curds were suppose to be appetizers. The curds came out the same time as the rest of our food. We had to order our drinks from another server too because of the lack of attention Robbie gave us. We saw, multiple times, the other bar tender(not sure of her name) who wore black and pink leopard shirt take shots and get drunk. We only ordered sprite and a pepsi for drinks. By the time our fish got to us, it was cold and the fries...to say the least...we would have gotten more fries by ordering a small fry at mcdonalds. We complained about the small portion, again, to another server because we couldn't get Robbie's attention, and she was nice enough to get us some more fries and agreed we were getting a "gipped" with such a small order or fries. This woman was the only person we could get any service from. She had buzzed-side-of-the-head hair cut so ALL props to her on making it just bearable enough for me to not just stiff the bill.

Curds were terrible, greasy, and were mostly air. It was an all you can eat fish(friday night) too. I waited for my server to come back and ask me if I wanted more fish. But alas, this did not happen. I had to, like a child, raise my hand and call him out to get his attention. I then ordered more fish which he then asked, how many do you want? I replied with 3. We waited 30 minutes...nothing. Robbie finally saw our drinks were empty and the remainder of our curds left and asked, "If we are done." I replied, "No, we are still waiting for our other food to come". He then goes to the kitchen...comes out and says..."Oh, someone must have eaten it. I forgot about", I replied with..."Forget it. I out of here. Just give me my damn check." I left hungry and thirsty. I looked on my bill and saw I was charged for 3 sodas. $2 each. Just because I wanted to get the hell out of there, I just paid the bill and left. No tip. Never going back again, and they can definitely believe I will never recommend that place to any other person again.

We were there on a Wednesday. It took a very long time to get menus, drinks including waters and food . People around us were getting their orders taken before us even though they arrived after. It seemed we were forgotten. Due to taking an hour and a half to get our food, we had to box it immediately without eating and leave due to having three small children and having to return the boat to the dock . Service was horrible. We got our own drinks from the bar because it was taking so long. We will not be returning. Although the Food was good.

(I prefer NO stars, but that is not an option) HORRIBLE Experience! This place needs to get their act together. We were told it would be a 40 minute wait- miraculously in 10 minutes a young lady said to us, "you can go sit over there in the corner...the table is dirty, but someone will clean it." We waited by the table for 10 minutes or more. I made eye contact with the hostess, so she walked over with a bar towel from the hostess stand and "swished it" across the table. No sanitizer, spray, etc. - very sloppy and definitely not cleaned. We reluctantly sat down to look at the menu. But - NO ONE WAITED ON US!? After several minutes, we got up and walked out. Upon leaving I mentioned to the young lady at the hostess stand that we were leaving as no one came to our table. As I should have expected... she rolled her eyes and shrugged her shoulders as if "oh well".
I suggest anyone considering this place thinks twice. Obviously the customer is not very important. The dining area was infested with mosquitoes. I definitely should have taken advice from a diner who was leaving as we waited for a table. She commented the food was not very good ... we are probably lucky we missed the opportunity!

Our second time here. Two words—don’t bother. Best part? The lake view. Worst part? The food. Service is slow, you sit for awhile before they come over. The fish fry was horrible! Overcooked frozen fish, coleslaw without dressing or flavor, potato pancakes were incinerated. My husband ordered Ketel One, which was served in a plastic cup. Really? So sad! This place is always packed, and I don’t understand why—unless people go strictly for the view. It has great potential, but really doesn’t live up to expectations. We won’t be back.

This is a bar for old people who just got done with a round of golf and want a mediocre sandwich. The server I had was good, but I got the brisket sandwich, and it was dry beyond the word dry. It was a zero flavor at all. The BBQ sauce was terrible! Not to mention the massive piece of cabbage I pulled out from the "coleslaw" (I could barely tell it was on the sandwich) my girlfriend had the chicken bacon sandwich and the chicken tasted as if it was fried with fish and it was also DRY! If you like a bar with an identity crisis and dry food, this is the bar for you!

We arrived on a Friday night. We got on the list for a 15-20 minute wait about 6:30. It was very busy and loud with people at the bar waiting. We were sat after 20 minutes. Service was alright. We got a couple drinks and received an incorrect appetizer. Drinks were reasonably priced even for mixed options. Cheese curds were good. Boneless wings seemed over-cooked. Fish was plentiful serving size for the price. It was ok but not great. Fish tacos were not typical in that they seemed to be tacos with fish but didn't have the usual spicy slaw. Panini was ok as well.

I come here to work while my son sails at the club around he corner. And while I might not be the typical bar rat for this establishment I do have money to spend and I tend to be a healthy tipper when treated with respect but ..... when I make eye contact with a server/tender and they walk way and ignore more than once..... I am over it. I will come. I will have my beverage, I will order my treats for the hungry boys after their practice and yes - I will leave a sub par tip.

Tips are earned not just given ... talk to me, be nice to me, follow up eye contact with a 'Need something love?'. More than anything, treat me like I am less than human and I simply can't.

My party and I sat on the patio at an open table that wasnt bussed. After 10 mins or so, we finally just did it ourselves. No one acknowledged us and we watched people who sat after us have their orders taken. We flagged down a server and asked to see menus only for her to tell us “I’m not your server.” Ok then who is?

Our server finally came over and seemed annoyed, like we were bothering her. We put in our orders. When our food came, I started eating and noticed the ranch that was supposed to be included wasnt on the plate. I would’ve asked for it, but our server never came to check on us. So my wrap was dry.

When you go to pay, they stand over you which is awkward with the tip part. I didnt like that. And why is 18% the lowest? She didn’t deserve that. I’m normally a person who tips 20-25% too. I likely won’t be back. Lots of other places to choose from. It’s a shame because it’s a nice location.

Website menu is not up to date. Ordered a tropical wrap which is on the smaller side. Came pressed/warm which I wasn't expecting for something tropical. Asked for more mango salsa which was supposed to be on it but found out they were out so guess it was never put on in the first place (?). Housemade chips were very bland and didn't eat them. Husband had the salmon w potatoes and veggies. Veggies looked like they were from a frozen food bag. If you eat inside, it can be very loud just with people talking. I lived in Pewaukee for almost ten years and never paid this place a visit. Today I met up with a friend from my old neighborhood and I was pleasantly surprised by this place.
I am vegan and there was actually a menu item I could order without making changes. It was a delicious tropical wrap. Yum.
We sat outside and what a lovely view. Great atmosphere. Our dog was allowed with us at the table. I was impressed that the host came over with a bowl of water for our pup since we left ours in the car.
My husband had a panini and he loved it!!

Hotter than all get out inside. Also what kind of bar/restaurant's in lake country closes its kitchen at 8pm on a beautiful Tuesday evening with a bar full of paying customers. They definitely do not expect patrons to want to eat food while they drink. The only saving grace for this place is the view, if they did not have that they would be out of business in a heartbeat. From previous experiences here they are slow for service, have over priced food, and parking is atrocious. I would recommend against this place.

Wonderful atmosphere. A while back, this used to be a wonderful pizza place. Visited three times in a month. I think it's a serious leadership problem that ultimately causes MANY CURRENT ISSUES: 1) Uneven, often poor service. Failing to even ask if customer wants a re-fill or a drink, even after long waits. Repeated failing to give condiments, napkins, and silverware. 2) Slow delivery (45 minutes up to 1.5 hours) to get ANY food at table. 3) Substitutions. Using Liquid Cheddar, in place of real cheddar, on a pizza?. Using canned Salsa in place of FRESCO. 4) Delivering food that is burned(pizza), overcooked(under heat lamp?)-cheese running across entire plate on hamburger, with cooked lettuce. 5) DRINKS...Mixed Results, even on simple bar drinks. Probably best to stick to simple bottled beer, or water. I would usually think tap beer would be safe, but then i got very cloudy IPA served to me, too.

Update: September 1, 2020.... Visit #4, for the summer. Seems they may have seen and reacted. Had a great time and finally saw them routinely taking good care of customers. Bumped from one star to three star.

Wow! It was a beautiful evening dining outside with 5 other friends on the lower patio. The umbrellas helped with the bright sun and the tables filled up quickly.
All 6 of us loved our meals: Margaritas, Mojitos, Crispy Chicken Sandwich, BBQ Pulled Pork, Tator Tots, Crab Cakes, Chicken Salad, Patty Melt, and the most incredible $15 Steak Special! There was not a misstep with the food.
But let me tell you the steak special was unexpectedly wonderful, and we still can't believe it was only $15 for the delicious steak, potatoes and veggies!
Although we have lived in the area for a few years we had never been here and now we find ourselves looking forward to coming back. The place opens for lunch and I think we will try that next time.
For all 6 of us the bill was $155 before the tip, which is very reasonable, especially since we had drinks also.
I find nothing to complain about. I do wish our server had been less busy, but she did just fine for us and we left feeling we had just had a great meal in a great atmosphere.

A friend and I enjoyed some appetizers instead of dinner. I had a Long Island Ice Tea and she had a lemonade. The Long Island was one of the best ones I’ve ever had.

A couple weeks ago I went with my family for a fish fry. The perch was amazing! The plate was generous with 3 extra large pieces with all the fixings! I shared with my dad and still packed up some food.

First off there’s not a host in sight or anyone to greet you it’s pretty much a free ball game to sit wherever anywhere you sit 9/10 your table will be sticky and dirty. The servers here don’t explain anything about their food just pretty much order so they can be paid and tipped and get you out the way. Beautiful location on Pewaukee Lake. We were hoping to get a table on the patio, but all were taken. We went inside and sat at a table by the windows. It was perfect. Our waitress brought drinks, and we ordered the Thursday night steak special. For $15, we had a delicious steak, mashed potatoes, and vegetables. The steak was done perfectly, and everything was great. My only complaint was that they serve the drinks in plastic cups. When I eat inside, I want glass drink glasses.

First they were very busy. Service suffered. We would have had a 2nd round of drinks, but after food was served, our waitress ghosted us. We even witnessed a couple being seated, ignored , and then left. The food was decent. Atmosphere??? Uhm there isn't one unless you sit on patio.
