My dad and I came to visit my daughter at UW Oshkosh and found this place by accident. We love an all you can eat sushi restaurant and this place was great! Wonderful selection, all of the rolls we tried were delicious, tasted fresh and were good quality. The menu is large and a bit confusing at first. Our server was friendly but scarce. He did show up when we needed him though. The floors were wet in several areas while we were there. But there were no caution signs, just an employee telling us to walk slow. Otherwise, the atmosphere was relaxed and comfortable.

As a loyal Sushi Lover Oshkosh guest, the food use to be extremely high quality. The food now, like the steaks remind me of Salisbury Steak that you microwave, the soups are so thin, and have no taste, the rolls fall and melt apart as soon as you pick it up. Very disappointed.

We went to celebrate my son’s 18th birthday and the staff members were so kind and sang happy birthday and even gave us a birthday discount. It was so nice and unexpected. They even gave us a little figurine for free on the way out. The food was so fresh and delicious and the service was incredible. Cannot recommend Sushi Lovers enough, thanks for making such a memorable occasion even more special.

The service was outstanding, so friendly, so patient and so willing to assist with our choices. I am not great with remembering names the guy was well build brown hair maybe had a beard?! around 6 ft tall he definitely delivered the promise from the welcoming. We had a blast so many choices for dinner and so tasty 😋 omg we were in food coma 🤭 the entire dinner. We're so spoiled and so like at home as well but still like in the one of a kind night out in Japan. I highly recommend it for a romantic dinner or just a deserved reward for any of you ❣️

amazing all you can eat menu with uncommonly large selection of classics and their own twists on them, generous portions, snappy and warm service. A destination restaurant I don't regret a minute of the 45 minute drive to from Beaver Dam.

The Badger Roll and Dynamite rolls were highlights as were the fried Oreos for desert. the Inarisushi was quite good as well, sweet but balanced by the rice nicely.

a bargain even if you only intend to eat a few rolls.

I don't care for fish so I couldn't say what the quality of the fish was like. I love Japanese food though. I loved the mango avocado rolls and I would love to try the other mango rolls with sweet potato. I also had two bowls of miso, cucumber salad, veggies tempura, a plate of yakisoba, two deep fried oreos and four glasses of lemonade for $22. Also this is a migraine friendly place. No bright overhead lights.

Went on a date with my wife on Wednesday night at 6pm. Got seated right away. Our waitress was super nice and was good at her job! The food came out quickly, hot and delicious. The "Crazy" deep fried sushi was the best! I will say the temperature was a bit brisk inside so bring a long sleeve or a light jacket. Overall we were super pleased with our experience and will be back when we are in town!

Not the same steak or shrimp they serve at the Appleton location. Steak and shrimp was hardly warm and the taste was off. Appleton seems to char their shrimp and I’m not sure how the process is done at the Oshkosh location. Also, no matter how you ask you steak to be prepared, it will come out well done! Will stick with the Appleton location! Appleton location never misses on quality and speed no matter how busy. Very disappointed in the Oshkosh location. I will never eat at that location again. I can say that the staff was friendly and attentive. Food was below average. Also maybe make the sushi selection smaller. Seems like they just added weird flavors (the shaggy) just for the hell of it. Was disgusting.

This had to be the worst sushi I've ever eaten. At most, it was a 2 out of 10. I was very disappointed. I'm new to sushi, and everything I had here was top quality. They are very heavy on the sauces, don't order extra sauce. The servers have been kinds and the food came out quick.

No doubt this is a new regular spot. I wouldn't think I would have found such quality in Oshkosh. They must be pros at handling their fish. No foul odor in this facility. Im impressed.

$30 all you can eat of anything on the menu, soda for 2.50. Absolutely worth the cost.

Ate here last night around 6pm. Felt sick immediately after leaving and threw up. For 12 hours I was profusely vomiting and choking on my own vomit it was that bad, and I’ve been nauseous since. I’ve gone to this location once before and didn’t get sick, but after telling some people about this experience, I’m now aware that quite a few people have been getting sick from the food here. Something isn’t right, and this is people’s health on the line. I’ve never been sick like this in my 22 years of life. I will never go to another Sushi Lovers again.

Asked for a dragon roll (always been my favorite in GB), but received something completely different with spicy crab inside. One of the better AYCE sushi places I've ever been to and definitely best in the Oshkosh area. Rolls were very solid but the apps were by far the best part (Teriyaki steak & Shrimp, Pepper Tuna, and Yellowtail with Jalapeño). I was skeptical about spending $30 per person, $15 for a 10 year old, and $9 for the 3 year old. But it was worth it. The food was fantastic. We tried so many things we never would have if we were paying per plate. My only complaint would be that I wish the sushi plates came in smaller sizes. We had 5 adults so we could each take one and a plate was basically cleared but if my husband and I had gone alone we would have wasted so much on the plates we didn't like. Even my hubby who can't stand veggies found enough of a variety that he was just as stuffed as all the rest of us.

Food was boring. Didnt seem overly fresh. Rolls were falling apart before you even tried to pick them up. Service was below average. Felt like a burden to be there. And atmosphere, there was a chest freezer in the main walkway.... the table and booth were wet when we came to sit down

We used to love eating at sushi lover but it's gotten so pricey now and the food isn't like it used to be. The ginger was oxidated and the sushi was mediocre. The crab Rangoon seems to have changed too because it was a really weird texture and overly sweet. I ordered medium rare steak and it was medium well. Still was really good despite being over cooked for my liking.

I am a doordash dasher. Just went to location to pick up an order. Merchant stated another driver picked up. Lost pay for the order. I had to navigate by phone with doordash customer service. I was so excited for sushi lovers to come to Oshkosh. I traveled to greenbay before Appleton got one and I was so happy to have one within 5 minutes! Well… this is the worst one. Food quality is way different than both locations. I’ve asked about the ginger sauce multiple times and the manager told me I can request it but it’s just a dressing and not the sauce.. which is fine.. that’ll do. But the useless staff ignores me request all the time. I spent $30 for take out for just one person and specifically asked for it and get soy sauce instead. I don’t understand why it’s not a standard, if the other two locations have ginger sauce come with the hibachi!
The meat quality is also way different than the other two locations, I’ve even gone back to Appleton and it’s good and I have no issues. It is just the Oshkosh location. So 1 star for wasting my time and money.

Sushi Lover is an all you can eat sushi buffet. When we are feeling hungry for all you can eat, this is one of our go-to places. There are a large variety of dishes to order whether you like raw fish or not. There are noodles and rice stir fries to try as well as appetizers if you are not in the mood for sushi. I LOVE this place. It's hard to find places as a Celiac vegan. They have a separate gluten-free menu as well as vegan and vegetarian items are marked on the regular menu.

The soy paper doesn't really taste like much. Slightly sweet. It has a very similar texture to nori.

Went pretty early for dinner, around 4 pm. Service is impeccable 👌 food was great and endless. It is all you can eat, and they honor that FOR THE ENTIRE MENU. It was awesome that they were smaller plates so you and friends can try a bunch of different foods. Don't be intimidated by their take-home charge, this is only if you order another roll or two and take it home instead. I will say the menu is massive, but a lot of the rolls are too alike, like only 1 ingredient difference.

I will say, this location is so much nicer than the Appleton one. Here the staff are super friendly and fast, they constantly check on you, and the building itself is super clean and tidy. I always eat my money's worth when I go, and I always want to come back. I really recommend trying the jalapeno yellowtail or the beef udon at least once. Red dragon roll is my favorite roll. In comparison to other sushi places, this one is better quality for the normally expensive price of Sushi. My only issue is the choice of media they play on the TV sometimes. The veterinary channel sometimes has some unappetizing scenes I'd rather not watch while eating.

I had crazy roll, Volcano roll, Orange Dragon roll, Tuna Avocado roll, Salmon avocado roll, and steak hibachi. Food was perfect, service was good and swift. The place was clean and family friendly.

If you enjoyed the sushi lovers and Appleton. Give this place of Try they have all your favorites. this one has fried Oreos. Parking is easier fine. The staff is as knowledgeable and friendly as any other sushi lover. They can answer any questions you might have.

Sushi Lover caters to those who prefer quantity over quality. If quantity is the preference then this restaurant is an excellent option! If quality is the preference, however, then I would strongly suggest Sakura. Those seeking quality may also find better value at Sakura because they will not be forced into a ~$30 'all you can eat'.

I was very pleased with my experience at Sushi Lover! It was very fresh, some food even needing to cool down before eating. I was very happy with the wide variety of sushi rolls and other menu items. I will definitely come back in the near future.
