Sway Bakery and Jackie were absolutely amazing! Jackie baked a beautiful spread of morning goodies for our wedding day, and everything was delicious. The pastries were fresh, flavorful, and perfectly made, a real treat for our bridal party. Working with Jackie was such a pleasure. She was attentive, professional, and made the entire process so easy. I cannot recommend Sway Bakery enough for anyone looking for incredible baked goods for a special occasion.

Was looking for a quick bite and came across this place. It’s nicely decorated and the wrap we had was way over the expectations! So delicious! The meat was so juicy snd tender. The sweet pickle and veggies/ coleslaw in the wrap made it so refreshing. We are already planning going back!

Love Sway for morning coffee shop vibes and a great lunch spot in the afternoon. Their non-alcoholic menu is fantastic—while it’s definitely a great brewery, they truly have something for everyone! They also have really nice live music sessions. Their overall background music creates such a relaxed, chill atmosphere.

I like dark robust beers. Their darkest beer is a dark lager which is easy to drink. It is okay. The perfect dark beer for folks that dont like stouts or porters.
The place is very open inside, spacious and clean and the servers are very friendly. Unfortunately, if you come for a drink and conversation, this is not the place. If you have hearing difficulties, this is certainly not the place for you. The music is too loud!

This is the best brewery on the peninsula and would stand up against breweries on a national stage. Wonderful variety of beers, many of them easy drinking but complex in flavor profile. I’d say most of their beers drink closer in profile to wine than beer.

Recently they’ve reintroduced food. I’d argue it’s the best culinary experience we’ve had in door county as well. A number of Asian inspired dishes currently adorn the menu. Most is made from scratch. They are flavor intense with fresh ingredients.

I thought about not leaving a review because I like how quiet this place usually is. That said, they deserve the recognition.

Sway is a super chill hangout spot in Baileys Harbor with great breakfast/coffee and unique beers crafted from locally sourced ingredients. It's clear that the owner has a strong point of view and everything they do feels intentional and cohesive with their overall vision. They recently added lunch/dinner menu and the food is fresh, flavorful and most items can be ordered vegetarian or with meat. The beers are all low alcohol so it's a perfect place for a little day drinking.

Well, this place is just awesome. Stopped in to check out the bakery goods and it was amazing. We got a cinnamon roll, apricot almond scone and a Chai latte with gingerbread (per the owners recommendation) and that drink was astounding. It was so delicious hitting all the spice notes and was just a hot cup of deliciousness on a cold February day as were the baked goods we got. It was so good we went the next day before heading out and got the same drink again along with more cinnamon rolls to take home. Make this place a must stop in Baileys Harbor!

Am so very happy. All I get is PBS on my TV. I needed a happy place to watch" the Pack". SWAY was perfect! Just enough people,cushy comfortable chairs,happy people and next week they'll have warm food.

We were pleasantly surprised at the amazing beer we found at Sway! On our annual trip back from Rock Island, my boyfriend and I stopped to try Sway Brewing and Blending. We love going to new breweries and trying out as many styles of beer as we can. The beers did not disappoint! The Higher We Flew, Country Yarrow, Fruit of Jewels, and Where the Sun Sinks Low were all very well executed and delicious beers!! We are talking top tier saisons!

We also tried the food, which was outstanding! Sway clearly uses high quality ingredients, and has a high standard for what they are producing! Can’t wait to go back to Sway! Thank you Sway team!

Sway Brewing staff was really friendly. The atmosphere is super clean and comfortable but waaaaay more like a cafe/bakery than a brewery. Their beers are very unique with a lot of herb and botanical blends. If you like big stouts and Belgians...this may not be your place. On our stop they had a helles lager, mexican lager, oak fermented einkorn saison, lemon/ginger/yarrow oak fermented saison, witbier with coriander and chamomile, a fruity pale ale, a citrus pale ale, a 'Midwest pub ale', fermented dark lager, barrel fermented saison with local raspberries. We sat at some picnic benches by the parking lot, that was fine. The whole experience was fine but maybe a little too 'clean' for my style brewery. The beers were unique but more herb focused than my favorite German styles. Definitely worth a stop if you want to try something different.

Sway is a Door County must-visit! Matt Sampson, the creator, owner, and master brewer behind Sway has truly created a one-of-a-kind place to eat, drink, relax, and enjoy on the peninsula. It even caters great to non-drinkers because they provide a good collection of non-alcoholic beverages to enjoy alongside those who are drinking one of Matt's many delicious beers. The home-made food is also incredible. I just tried one of their new sandwiches (the Italian) on homemade focaccia) and it was delicious and filling! I love the beautiful ambiance and decor and the friendly, relaxing, easy-going vibe!

Sway is my new favorite place!!! Warm and friendly with the best bakery and coffee in the morning! The best sandwiches for lunch and appetizers for later in the evening. It just feels like a place you could hang out in anytime with your family or friends. The beer is exceptional! You won’t find another brewery in Door County where many of the beer ingredients are foraged from Door County and one of the few breweries that actually brew their beer in DC. One of a kind!

I had six beers here. They were phenomenal. Not just by Door County standards, but when compared to all other breweries in WI I’d put this brewery in the top three easily. He has mastered the saison. The ability to hone in one’s taste buds to the essence of the oak barrels paired with whatever fruit or adjunct ingredient these beers are infused with is second to none. I will be back.

My family and I stopped here for a bite to eat and coffee. Everything was really top notch. The staff was friendly, attentive, and informative. The service was fast (but mindful and not rushed). The vibes were immaculate. The inside of this place really transports one to an oasis. It is just so well decorated and beautiful. We loved this place so much we had to visit it twice in one day. We came for the bakery portion in the morning before a farmers market and were blown away by the hand pies (which they so nicely toasted for us upon asking). The entire place made me feel warm, relaxed, and happy.

We didn’t even know it was a brewery until we got there since google is weird about it. They had great beers my boyfriend enjoyed trying a bunch of and I was able to enjoy a non alcoholic beverage option. This place was in our top three experiences from the entire long weekend (and we had a great weekend so that’s saying a lot).

Excellent beers, good food. Thank goodness there's still a place to go that hasn't yet "hopped" (sorry) on to the "all IPAs all the time" bandwagon. I had their Mexican Lager and a dark Lager that were smooth and tasty. Their food is Mexican-based (not Tex-Mex!) and ranges from mild to medium spicy. My wife had pork tacos and I had a bread and pork dish with a spicy enchilada sauce that was very good. We will be back wherever we're up in the area.

* Great beer (unique styles- lower ABV, lots of foeder/oak/barrel aging, various fermentation methods, cool additions like yarrow)
* Great food (several good Mexican options - tacos, burritos, chips+salsa, etc)
* Friendly, welcoming staff
* Extremely nice space, including a cozy bar room with a mix of lounge and table seating, plus several outdoor areas
* Kid friendly

I was very pleasantly surprised to see this spot open on my last visit to Door County. A very unique concept with ownership and staff who have a coherent idea of what they want to do and the attention to detail to pull it off.

The interior of the space is bright and clean but the outdoors is even better. We had a perfect summer evening- if it’s one of those, take your beer alfresco!

I had the “where the dark wind whirls”
foeder-fermented dark lager and he had “a lovely place to be” oak-fermented spelt saison. Beer was delicious we will be back again. Smooth and easy to drink.

Next time I would come early for lunch when the taqueria is also open. But they did have chips and some amazing looking sauces available.
