Had too many issues ordering from here and tonight is just ridiculous. Whoever you have making the bowls isn't cooking the rice. You're gonna crack people's teeth putting that uncooked crap in people's food. I can't even finish my meal because every bite could end with a completely hard piece of UNCOOKED rice cracking against a tooth. This is a safety issue at this point. Have higher standards.

We placed a delivery order off of their website. We ordered the Maple Glazed Brussels, the Fish Taco and the BBQ Chicken salad. We requested the food be handed to us upon delivery. If it wasn't for my doorbell camera I wouldn't have known the food was literally dropped on the porch by a sloppy looking guy. I've door dashed from here before and everything has been fine. The food even comes taped up. This order was placed on their website. We opened the bag and the entree's were unsealed and greasy looking. We opened the Glazed Brussels first which was supposed to consist of Brussel sprouts and sweet potatoes along with a dipping sauce. There were no Brussel sprouts and barely any sweet potatoes. We opened the BBQ Chicken, it looked picked through and there was no chicken. We opened the Fish Taco and the Salmon was not there. I believe the delivery guy picked through and ate our stuff. Which is probably why he dropped the food on the porch and left in a hurry. It is impossible to get a hold of the store by phone. We filed a complaint on their automated chat. Still waiting to hear back from them.

The bowls are are decent, especially if you need to sub any items. But the staff, depending on when you go, definitely need some better food handling training. The room was empty aside from me so not very busy, the food station was a complete mess, even as my bowl was being made things were dropping into other food and all over the counter, nuts dropping onto the other toppings. The two I saw working after I sat to eat (at the only clean spot) made no effort to wipe anything in between people, at one point one was on their phone. I would NOT recommend eating here if you have a nut allergy the way I saw them tossed across everything else. I've been here numerous times, but this was the worst I've seen.

I've loved sweetgreen for years beginning as a customer in NYC and was excited to see that one opened in the Corners for a "healthier" option. On one occasion, I ordered carry-out and received half a salad. But my bigger gripe is how they don't necessarily give customers what they want. This is a food place that should sell food without restriction. Unfortunately they limit what you can purchase. Mushrooms are a "premium" item that cannot be purchased as a side even if you are willing to pay a premium price.

I work just around the corner and come to eat here 2+ times per week cause I love the food. An employee recognized that I come in a lot, and she bought me my meal today just because she wanted to. I've never had anyone do that for me. I was already a loyal customer, but the gesture by this employee has solidified me a customer for life! Congrats on running a top notch buisness with an excellent product, and even better employees!

I placed an on-line order with Sweetgreen. I must have missed including a pick-up time (if there was an option for that), and that's on me. I didn't notice that I could select a pick-up time. At any rate, I ordered about 2 hours before I could pick it up. I noticed the issue and attempted to call the store. I learned that you cannot call a Sweetgreen store, and can only get assistance through on-line chat. I was told via on-line chat that they could not change my order once placed, and if not picked up, the order would be "donated to local farmers for compost" and no refund would be issued. I don't think this is an acceptable practice. Again, I may be responsible for not selecting a pick-up time, but mistakes are made with on-line orders, and I have always been able to correct them, or at least be able to get in touch with a person who can help.

Had a late lunch here - got thru the line quickly and the order was prepared as requested. We had hummus crunch (add Chicken) which was very good as usual. We also had the Cucumber Kimchi Crunch Salad (add steak) from the new limited time KBBQ (Korean BBQ) menu. Also very good.

I'm just very surprised that the management / owners , do not allow contact with the store by phone. I tried for over 20 minutes , going through all the phone prompts to speak with a person at the Brookfield location. There is not any way to speak with anyone at the restaurant. I lost my glasses, and was hoping someone would simply let me know, if anyone found them. I had to excuse myself from work, drive back out, and physically ask if anyone found my glasses. I'm in the customer service business. It's a bad business model to not allow customers to get in contact with you, except by email which can take 24 hours for a response. People , it's 2025. Customers expect more.

I've tried this place a few times, it's been a little hit and miss for me because some of the items are seasonal or limited time, and those are usually the items I enjoy but then they disappear after a while lol
Overall my experiences here have been pretty positive. I like that there are a lot of contrasting flavors in one bowl, it's always like fireworks going off in your mouth just a bunch of flavor explosions. And the flavors are always deep rich and satisfying.
I ordered a modified salmon bowl, I added mushrooms and sweet potatoes. The bowl I was given looks like a work of art! They are beautifully assembled. I appreciate these being customizable and that there are a lot of add-ins to choose from.
The pieces of salmon are a lot bigger then the ones over at fresh fin. And you get more in your bowl for the price compared to fresh fin. However, freshfin did have the better tasting piece of salmon, it was more tender and juicy. Sweetgreen salmon is a little bit more dryer and fishy tasting.
The salmon might be hit-and-miss depending on the day and the cook. I would have to try it a few more times before determining if they can get their salmon to taste the way that fresh fin makes them. Based on price and selection of add-ins, sweetgreen is the better deal!

I normally love SweetGreens but the past 2 times I’ve had it the amount of dressing or sauce is dismal. I added an image of my dressing fresh out of the bag, filling a 2 oz cup less than half is unacceptable and now it’s becoming a trend.

We come to this sweet green allll the time but we decided to grub hub our order and pick it up which was super disappointing. First they forgot the bread which is fine I understand people make mistakes.
Second the green goddess dressing that I got tastes like it’s expired and needs to be thrown out.
Third my rice in my bowl was hard like it wasn’t cooked all the way . For example some of the wild rice was so hard i had to spit it out as it was not chewable.
Now I have never had a problem here I’m not sure if maybe I just came on an off day or what but just a little sad as these salads are expensive especially in the economy we are living in today.

The food is always good and there has never been a quality issue, but there customer service is terrible. The only real way to contact them is through a chat bot (not helpful) and the phone number has no selection to speak with a representative of the individual location (their call menu options are not helpful either). Delicious food and healthy - the reason I tried it. The corner table worked for me and my friend but as I looked around the overall seating options seemed very cafeteria style. But in all fairness, I guess Sweetgreen is meant to be "fast food" and maybe most customers order to go.

P.S. - My wild rice was mostly so hard & so dry to where it literally had a crunch to it to where I could’ve sworn that I was chewing on something so hard that wasn’t even wild rice. This is factually why I ask for a sample before purchasing. Make sure that the food is indefinitely top quality before declining a customer a sample. This specific location was my go-to place. I’m thinking about reconsidering.

Every time I come here I’m greeted with outstanding customer service. The food is top quality and I’ve never been disappointed. The Hot honey mustard is my favorite sauce! Coming home from Orlando, we thought we'd try another restaurant. The menu looked interesting and different. It was the most lackluster food, I have ever had. Bland, boring sums it up. I asked a lady behind the counter for an extra dressing, when she had a second. She literally said nothing. Another guy came out and got it for me. Really sad for the Corners. I remember when they built the Corners. This location had so much potential, but they have missed the mark on dining.

It's nice but... First off, it's a great place to eat! It's like subway but for salads! Place just opened several months ago. Here's the but: They are slowly removing ingredients. They removed raw onions, they removed a few other things as well. Sure, some things dont sell well, but plain onions?!? oh well I supposed, I will still continue to eat here as they are often pretty quick with online orders, and their salads are tasty! they do run out of ingredients often so beware if you are looking for consistency. Eating in-house can be hit-or-miss because A. they get really busy often and B. this also causes cleanliness issues with tables not being ready for next guests. Typically we will order ahead of time and just eat it in the car to avoid this as they are still a great place to eat so far. Many places start out great, then go downhill steadily. I hope that isnt the case here as I really like the place!

Terribly disappointed. I ordered a Harvest Bowl and it was awful. It was as though I was chewing sand. There was a lot of gritty material in this salad. As though the lettuce wasn’t washed thoroughly. I’ve ordered this before and never had an experience like it in the past. I’m now rethinking returning at all. What a waste of money . This was my first time trying sweetgreen and I was so excited. I got the hot honey chicken protein bowl. For starters my order was not done on time, then I realized when I got back to work that they had not put either of the two sauces I had ordered with my food. It was missing both. The sweet potatoes were undercooked and hard. I am so disappointed. When your meal is $20 you expect for all of it to be edible. I will not be returning to sweetgreen.

Today, me and my friend went to Sweetgreen and were extremely disappointed with the service. The employee serving us was named Thadd or Thaad or something. The entire time, he seemed under the influence of something as he would take uncomfortably long pauses while making our food and would space out for periods of time when we talked to him. He spoke quietly and would make comments and faces that seemed very passive aggressive and fake. He got both of our orders wrong completely and when I corrected him about putting on something I didn’t ask for, he looked angry and paused for a good minute before continuing with our order. He never asked my friend or me how much dressing we wanted or if we wanted it on the side or not and proceeded to drench both of our salads with the wrong dressings to the point where there were puddles of liquid at the bottom of the bowls. He looked like he was forgetting what to put in the bowls or he was trying to remember but he ended up putting the wrong things anyway. My salad was wrong and I ate it because it was 14 dollars but it was overpowered by the amount of dressing and my friend didn’t eat hers at all because it was completely wrong and both were sloppily made. During the payment process, he seemed over it and shoved us our food passive aggressively. Right before we left, he asked my friend “I need to know what your name is” in a very unfriendly way and then when she told him her name he said rudely “it’s a pleasure to meet you.” We were extremely uncomfortable at that point and decided to leave instead of dining in and overall we were shocked at the whole situation.

Ordered on their website for pickup, it told me it would be ready in 20 minutes at 6:15. I arrived to pick it up at 6:15 but it was not ready for another 30 minutes at 6:45 due to sweet potatoes still being prepared for the dish. The food itself was pretty good but they need to work on the timing. The staff was apologetic for the delay.

I am a regular sweetgreen customer but today I had the worst experience and will not be going back to this location if Thaad is working. I asked for a chicken fajita bowl and a Italian chopped salad and he starts throwing things in the bowl that don't even go in it and then forgot almost all the ingredients in my salad that are supposed to go in. I had to ask him to put the things that go in it orginally and then when I tried asking for the rest of the things he ignored me so my salad is still missing most of the ingredients that it should have and he put the dressing on it without even asking me when I wanted it on the side but it was too late. He also put a giant squeeze of lemon on my salad which i did not ask for and doesnt go in the salad and it has made my salad super soggy and taste like a giant bowl of lemon. Not to mention he put the wrong dressing on it he put Caesar instead of the vinaigrette and when I told him it was wrong he got mad at me and I just said forget it because there was a long line. If I'm paying 15 dollars for a salad it should at least be made right.

Had issues with both bowls in my order from Sweetgreen today. My Guac bowl was missing a topping completely.
More egregiously. In my custom bowl, I ordered an egg. But instead of it being in my bowl. It was free floating in the bag!! Picture included of how the bag looked after I took out the Guac bowl.

It feels like it can be hit or miss. First time I was here it was a hit and we were offered bread. The second time we were not offered bread but we had an African American lady who was super nice and made our salad top notch with extra dressing to boot. The third time was a Sunday evening and they were out of chicken, scraping the bottom of bowls. The salad was not as fresh, not as full and just meh. Also no bread offered. It's hit or miss. Also not a lot of seating even tho there's space for it and tables need to cleaned more.

I have grown very disappointed with Sweet Greens. Today was yet another example of a bad experience. I walked in and waited for almost 5 minutes before someone acknowledged me, letting me know someone would be with me shortly. There was only one person already having her order processed in front of me.
The person behind me, who was apparently a regular was warmly greated and her order was rushed so that she received hers before me. She was warmly greeted.
I asked for my order to be applied to my rewards and was told because I did not have my phone with me this cannot be done. Every other restaurant I know of can do this by inputting your phone number.
I then asked for a gift card, at first intending to buy a few for my staff. The person helping me was very new and had to ask for help where at first, I was told they didn't have any more cards, but then ended up finding one I could purchase. I asked for my gift card receipt and was told it would be on the same receipt of my food. That is not the norm when receiving a gift card. I should be able to have a separate receipt for my recipient so that they are assured of its value. The gift card was put in a sleeve that was dirty from good as the person helping did not remove his gloves.
Now onto the food...I ordered the Hot Honey Chicken. When I finally got home to eat it, I found it was loaded with the quinoa but had only 3 chucks of chicken in it. Overall the taste was exceptionaly but for $14.45 I would expect more meat.
I've also been dissapointed to find there is no easy way to order gift cards. It would be nice to be able to order these online.
One last disspointment is that if you ever try to call the store directly you do not get to speak to a person. They put you through an automated system.
The food is great and I love that it's healthy but they need to improve their service and overall customer experience. At this point I can't honestly say I will be back.
I forgot to mention that the last big order I placed for a team meeting with my staff was packed very poorly. Sauce and food was leaking all over the very large bag. That and some of the sauces were not even placed in the individual orders making it very difficult to know what sauce went with what dish.

OMG, we were sooo hungry after our dog training session and decided to give Sweetgreen a try. We ordered our meals online while on our way there, which was super convenient. When we got there, we had a short wait, but it was worth it because we knew our food was fresh. I went for the Crispy Rice bowl, and my hubby got the Southwest chicken fajitas protein plate. Let me tell you, we were not disappointed! The ingredients were so fresh and tasty, and the fact that they gave us the dressings on the side was a game-changer. I couldn't resist trying my hubby's Lime Cilantro Jalapeno Vinaigrette and Chipotle Crema, and they were the bomb! Seriously, the flavors were on point. We left Sweetgreen feeling satisfied and happy. Can't wait to go back for more!

Ordered a harvest salad and a hot chicken bowl for delivery through the app. The food showed up and I noticed there was no goat cheese on the salad, one of the main ingredients in the salad. No big deal, maybe they were busy… So a few hours later I open the hot chicken bowl and THERES NO CHICKEN on the hot chicken bowl. Like, zero. Come on! It’s even in the name, how does someone mess up?!?!! Not sure what’s going on at this location or why they can’t make a simple salad. Contacted costumer service through the app and they offered me a $7 credit for all the missing items. With the bill being well over $50 I hardly think that is fair.
Won’t be ordering from Seeetgreen Brookfield anymore. It’s too bad, I really enjoyed their food.

First time trying sweetgreen and incredibly disappointed in my son's kids meal. On the pics on the website they show the food all nearly separated and looking great. We got a container that was the chicken and cukes and tortilla chips all mixed up with chip parts instead of whole chips that you could dip in the hummus. Anyone with kids would know this is an unfortunate occurrence. The up side is customer service did credit my account. Not sure I will go back and spend money there though.

We brought my son here on a busy saturday night. My son has celiac and autism. the manager assisted us due to his allergy to ensure there was no cross contamination. She was so kind to him and made him feel so comfortable. She kept a smile on her face and you can tell she truly cares about her job and the customers who come through the door. The food was high quality and delicious. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone interested.

Absolutely horrible customer service. I was unable to speak to somebody live to make a simple change (chsnging the time) to my order immediately after i made it and got directed to an endless vortex of exchanging texts with a computer. Then finally a live person who said they couldn't help me because it was Doordash. Worst customer service ever and I'll never order from them again, or through doordash.

We went to Sweetgreen on Labor Day. The store was busy and we were able to place our order right away. I created my salad and it was good. I wasn't aware of the pricing because a friend paid for mine. She realized later that she was over charged. She reached out to the company and they gave her a refund through the app. Two salads and two drinks were over $30.

Was so excited to have a Sweetgreen nearby! Went on opening day and was treated with great customer service! I had the Elote Salad and it was awesome! I have also ordered delivery twice now since they opened and the delivery is fast and comes prepared as ordered. Their App is also super easy to use!

Went to the soft opening last week. Ordered a harvest bowl, which is supposed to come with chicken, according to the menu. Got home and discovered they left out the chicken.
The staffer did not appear familiar with the menu and had to keep checking the ingredients list but somehow still missed a key ingredient -- the chicken. Luckily on the soft opening day, I did not have to pay for this bowl.
Bowls aren't nearly as full as what you see in the photos. And the warm bowls aren't what I'd consider a warm dish -- they're mostly just salad fixings with a small scoop of slightly warm rice or quinoa. The dressing also isn't served on the side as pictured unless you ask for it that way. Wish the staffer had offered us this option.
That said, the bowls are fairly tasty and the bread was good. Not sure I'd go back because the prices are steep for the amount of food you get.

YUM! It was everything I hoped it would be. I can't express how pleased I was. The only detail I would change is how the beets are cut. They were difficult to eat because the the size, but they were fresh and delicious none the less. I made my own bowl and it was chalk-full of goodies. Often salads will be loaded up with crummy greens and just a few toppings, this was not the case. The kale was nice and chopped up, the quinoa was cooked perfectly. And it was a huge serving with tons of satiating ingredients.
