Whenever I have a poor experience at a restaurant, I always first and foremost go to the reviews. Glad I’m not the only one that I experienced what I experienced at this particular sweetgreen, in which they UNDERSERVE your meals. Even when you call them out on it, it won’t matter. Shrink-flation is a real thing and it is such a slap in the face to the consumer. Paying almost $20 while being served baby portions of certain food items is just incomprehensible and repulsive. DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION.

Seriously underwhelming. We watched a You Tube video from Bobby Parrish who highly recommended it so went. The fries were not crispy and just tasted off, although the aoili and sweet potato were delicious As others mentioned our bowls felt like we were eating grain and little else. A few pieces broccoli and chicken. WAY to expensive for that. For 2 bowls, 2 fries and one other thing, was a total wastes. If it was a total of $15, maybe justifiable. It was way more than that. Service was not very welcoming or friendly. We almost felt a bother so we said nothing.
The actual building and location were very nice. Super disappointing.

I’ve never had sweet green before but the girl helping me told me they have a new manager Jerred and he came out and say hi to me. Loved the vibe and the food was amazing. I topically never get a salad but he convinced me to get the chicken pesto salad and man!!!! It was AMAZING! 10/10. Will come back tomorrow for lunch ❤️

The food is incredibly underwhelming. My wife had already taken a couple of bites (and I mean just a couple…). Look through the photos already posted. Charging $18 for 5 florets of broccoli and a tablespoon of overcooked fish is just not up to the standard we expect from Hildale. There are tons of better options close by, Forage included. Forage is faster, more food, higher quality, more friendly, and consistently good for a better price. Very very disappointed in Sweet Green. I hope the rest of the Hildale expansion draws better restaurants….

Every time I order food from sweet green, they are ALWAYS out of bread, no matter the time or day I order. On my last order, I checked with the worker to make sure it had bread, and she was super rude about it. And of course my order didn’t have bread, they were apparently out already at 1pm.

One of the most underwhelming meals of my life. If you try it, DON'T order delivery. It came to over $60 for two little salad bowls, two sparkling waters, and a rice krispie treat once they added tax, delivery fee, tip, etc. One of the meals was a crispy rice salad bowl and the rice was just brown grain, soft, unseasoned rice in sad clumps under wilted lettuce with a tablespoon of thin, dry, meat with some grocery story equivalent dressing. I would honestly have enjoyed a week old Kwik Trip salad much better, and at least it wouldn't have cost the price of a decent meal. OH also, they advertise the "side bread" is home baked focaccia, it was definitely a moist, limp piece of white bread.

My family used to love this place. We order through delivery services bc it's pretty inconveniently located unless you're a student or on state street a lot. The last time we ordered, they missed adding the protein to every dish in our order. So we had to pay full price for half the food (because they were also out of a lot of the food). If you are out of the food and/or not going to add it to my order, cancel it. Don't send me half the food for the full price. We won't be ordering from here again after a mess up like this. It's just thoughtless. Your customers deserve better service than that. Especially for how high your prices are.

Twice in a row I've ordered from this place, on two different platforms, and they've cancelled my order with no warning after making me wait over an hour, claiming they were "out of something." If you're out of something, you should know it sooner than an hour after an order is placed. The food is also extremely overpriced, on top of their incredibly poor customer service. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. It deserves to go out of business.

While I completely understand the stresses of customer service jobs and the fact that rules have to be upheld, it is frankly extremely disrespectful to yell at a customer instead of simply informing them that they are breaking a rule. My absolute FAVORITE place! With dietary restrictions, I really don't have many option to choose from on Doordash. Sweetgreen has many options that I can choose from. I order the Hummus Crunch every time, so freaking GOOOD! The hummus, superb and the pesto vinaigrette is divine!

Everything was delicious. We got the Harvest Bowl and Caramelized Steak Plate, plus a Ranchy Chicken Rice for our little one. Service was friendly too. I love that they let you substitute ingredients if there is something in it that you don’t fancy. Can’t wait to come back and try something new!

I ordered delivery having never eaten here in hopes a healthy lunch option. What I received was disgusting. A small piece of overcooked, fishy salmon that looks like it was microwaved. The presentation is horrible. I’m letting the fact that it’s cold go considering it was delivered from 6 miles away. This is not what I would expect from a $29 lunch that will go directly into the trash.

First time ordering fastest delivery via DoorDash. The bowl was very large enough for two people and very fresh and tasty. Feeling lucky to have Sweetgreen in Madison downtown. There are not many healthy options out there. This is perfect!

Poor service aside (I wouldn't expect college students to be enthusiastic about their part time job) the food I had today was horrible. The rice was so hard I almost chipped a tooth and it left with me with a toothache for hours. It's a lawsuit just waiting to happen for someone who wasn't as lucky and ends up actually chipping their tooth. Never going back again.

This was a really, truly amazing experience! I didn't dine at the restaurant in person, but I had food from this restaurant DoorDashed to my house, and it was delicious. Our little group of 3 consisted of 2 adults and one child. For the kid's meal, we ordered Ranchy Chicken and Rice. I tasted it and it was delicious: The chicken had not a single bit of bone or fat in it; the cucumbers on the side tasted really fresh, the rice had such a satisfying rich taste to it, and the parmesan crisps on the side were so crunchy and I could feel the flavors dancing in my mouth! Everyone else was met with the very same reaction with their food: It was fresh-tasting and healthy. Everything was very reasonably priced; inexpensive and great tasting! My mother (who'd joined me for dinner) said that usually when she ordered DoorDash, she felt guilty because the food was greasy and unhealthy, but that she didn't feel that at all with the food from Sweetgreen! And I have to agree; everything tasted so fresh and healthy that it was impossible to think of it being anything other than that. Overall an excellent experience! Five stars!

I heard about sweet green opening, and was excited to try it. Today I ordered it for lunch via door dash. My food arrived on time, and the order was correct. All veggies were fresh and tasted good, but unfortunately the chicken in my pesto bowl had a very similar texture to canned chicken (I know it's advertised as roasted, and not much flavor. I was unable to continue to eat the chicken. The hot sauce also had a very funky aftertaste, and is genuinely very mild. The foccacia was honestly most disappointing to me. I'm used to foccacia having a nice crust and a very airy structure and chew on the inside. This bread is dense and, flat, and lacks both crisp and rosemary (which is advertised as the flavor.) We all have different tastes, and this may be a very convenient (expensive) healthy option for some, but unfortunately for me the price and quality don't quite match up.
