Really yummy and filling! Pretty pricy though, I only go because I have a gift card.
It's a welcoming place and the staff is really kind / chill.

When you need to detox from all the fried food it’s a good shout. Love the old third ward buildings, as the decor and tiling is so nice. Made my own bowl with a bunch of veggies and the miso ginger sauce. Was very tasty!

Had a really great experience at Sweetgreen today, it was my first time here and I had to have a 21 bowl order in 40 mins. I asked the manager if it was possible and she didn’t hesitate and said they will get it done. 20 mins later I had 21 bowls ready to go with 20 minutes to spare. Everyone at the office I took them to loved them and I was all around impressed with the service and quality! Thank you to the manager and all the staff for helping me out of a bind today! A+ experience!

Ran out of wild rice and roasted chicken. Basil leaves served whole? Who eats a whole leaf on a salad. Should have been sliced or torn. Knives are not provided

Start off by saying I dont think these issues are the employees fault. Portion sizes are ridiculous and half my toppings were missing. I ordered a bunch of add-ons and the bowl was still half empty. I got tofu and was given 4 peices. Chicken for a few shopped up that fits in a small spoon. It was almost comical. If I hadnt doubled the base price it wouldve been a few scraps of lettuce and morsels of Brocoli and veggie. Also because I didnt order in store when I opened my to go it was too late to realize. I assume toppings ran out but it was paid for so. On a more positive note the blackened chicken, quinoa and tofu were delicious. It was crazy to be so stingy too with ingredients because the place was closing soon but I am sure this is being run by corporate. Shame because it is good but cant justify the experience and price. Pre-covid Sweetgreen was great.

This location needs help! I stood in line for quite some time without ever being acknowledged. Somehow a woman 2 places behind me got service, but I was never helped. I think it may be a blessing though - the place looked rather dirty, and I have now read several reviews where worms/caterpillars are mentioned as being in people’s food!! Take your money to the Milwaukee Public Market instead!

It was chilly inside even for me who enjoys the cold. It makes sense though because they're serving up salads. I love the decor, antique meets modern. Variety of salads, including vegetarian options and hot dishes. Macros are posted on their website in an easy to read format.

I’ve never dealt with such a cruel and unprofessional manager in my life. From the moment I walked in, Eli made me feel unwelcome — his tone was cold, dismissive, and downright rude. When I pointed out an issue with my food, instead of showing any care or concern, he brushed me off like it didn’t matter. The way he treated me was not only unhelpful, it was insulting. A manager should set the example for kindness and leadership, but Eli does the opposite. He lacks basic respect for customers, and it’s clear he should not be in a management role. His attitude alone is enough to drive people away from this place.

This place has completely gone downhill. I found a worm in my food, and when I tried to bring it up, the staff ignored me for 10 minutes. When Eli, the so-called manager, finally came over, he showed zero professionalism and offered no solution at all. Honestly, Eli should not be in a management position — he doesn’t even seem to know how to do his job. A real manager would know how to handle issues like this with care and respect for the customer, not brush them off. Between the rude staff and the lack of accountability from management, it’s clear this place doesn’t care about customers anymore

I'm not really sure what happened to this place. I found worms in my salad, and the manager, Eli, told me he was unable to accommodate anything. I was greeted with an attitude by the staff and ignored for about 10 minutes. I’m not really sure what the hiring process is for management positions, but they need to require more experience and hire kinder employees. This place used to be great; now it’s anything but. I know you guys will probably reply with an automated reply, but whatever.

After my recent visit, I don’t think I’ll ever return to this location. I found not one but two caterpillars in my salad which obviously means they did not wash the produce properly. This location seems to have issues with the quality of their ingredients & I’d rather avoid another unpleasant experience.

Food tastes decent when you actually get what you ordered. I ordered uber eats and had my steak bowl arrive with no steak and no portobello mix that I paid extra for. You can’t speak directly to an employee when you call their number. I drove to the store and they explained they were out of the steak I ordered and it was a mess up on Uber eats part for not communicating the protein I was ordering wasn’t available. Ok that’s fine, these things happen and they took my order and went back to replace it with a different steak that was available. I drive home, super hangry at this point, and find there is still no steak in my bowl!! And also, they did add the mushroom mix and for an extra $2 it’s the saddest portion I’ve ever seen. It’s the tiny dark dots on the upper left side of the bowl. The miscommunication on uber eats part I can understand, but coming there with the issue and them replacing with a different protein only to still not put any protein in it is extremely frustrating. Won’t be back to this location.

i also really recommend taking your bowl to the little park on broadway and milwaukee street! very nice to eat a salad while sitting in a park(:

Such a surprisingly disappointing experience at the Third Ward Milwaukee location.
I primarily go to the Sweetgreen location at The Corners of Brookfield, and I’ve been to the Hillsdale location in Madison as well- so I had expectations that I regret to say were missed by a long shot.
When I arrived to pickup my order, a staff member explained that they had run out of avocado earlier in the day and seemed surprised that the app allowed me to order it (I added extra). They instructed me to request a refund in the app id used to place my order. Okay, I would take the time to do that.
When I stepped aside to grasp fork and knife, I was surprised that there weren’t any knives, the staff quickly told me that they don’t provide them, I thought that seemed strange since several ingredients like avocado and salmon are served in portions that require cutting them. Okay, I would improvise.
When I opened the dish and began to enjoy, I noticed it was not visually appealing due to some yellowed arugula leaves. I was really surprised, typically the quality is superb, so I wondered why staff would include ingredients that weren’t up to the high standards everyone knows Sweetgreen gives its customers.
The automated customer service chat feature offered $10 which I accepted because of the missing avocado portions in both entree items I ordered.
…but after a few more forkfuls, I saw more and more discolored arugula and got really confused because some of them were clearly gross, like the staff would have visually identify the leaves’ browning tips and slimey bits, there had to be a smell when they opened the container.
I decided I wouldn’t finish. It was so unappetizing to see expired produce in my bowl. I revisited the customer service chat and requested a refund. I’m glad that they were willing to make it right but incredibly disappointed to have that experience. I had a long day already, left work very hungry, and had to hurry back.
From my experience, Third Ward staff didn’t pay close enough attention to their own policies around quality and freshness. Going forward I will probably exclusively visit the Brookfield Corners location even if it means putting in the fridge until later, I’ll know for sure it’s safe to eat, has all the ingredients, and comes with utensils I’m accustomed to using.

Love sweetgreen, and this location. Shout out to all the hard-working employees that work here. Management does a great job keeping this place running and clean.
The salads are great with lots of premade options that you can modify or build your own from scratch. Price is great especially with the sweet pass membership which pays for itself. A quick and easy place you can grab food and feel good about it.

I am only reviewing the food because I had it delivered. The food was terrible. I don't know what the meat was, the vegetables were all wilted and everything was smooshed into one bowl. Very sad because I was hoping to find a place to go regularly for good, healthy, organic food.

I’ve been a loyal Sweetgreen customer for quite some time, always enjoying their fresh, healthy bowls—especially the salmon bowl. However, tonight’s experience has left me thoroughly disappointed with the service, and I’m honestly questioning whether I’ll return anytime soon.
When I sat down to eat, I realized my meal didn’t come with bread, which is a standard part of the dish. I went up to the salad bar to politely wait for the employee to finish helping another customer, so I could ask if she could give me a piece of bread. She completely ignored me and without any acknowledgment, just tossed the bread into my bag. I said “thank you” and sat back down, hoping to enjoy my meal, but that’s when things got worse.
As I opened my salad, I noticed that it was all mixed together in a messy, unappetizing way. I personally prefer my salad ingredients to be kept separate, so I asked my boyfriend to go up and kindly request a new one. The interaction that followed was appalling. The woman, who I’m assuming was the manager, grabbed the salad with a huff, looked at it, and asked in a rude tone, "So you want me to remake it?" My boyfriend, trying to stay polite, said yes. Then, as she made the new bowl, she was speaking loudly enough for us to hear, making passive-aggressive comments about whether I had ever told the staff I didn’t want my salad mixed.
I’ve been to Sweetgreen many times before and never had this issue. I’ve always gotten my salad in the way I like it, without having to explicitly request it. It’s honestly baffling that a simple, polite request for a remake turned into such a rude exchange. There’s clearly a lack of customer service training and respect here, and it’s incredibly disheartening.
Sweetgreen has always been a place I’ve turned to for fresh, healthy meals, but after this experience, I’m rethinking my loyalty. I truly hope they invest in better staff training to ensure that future customers are treated with respect and dignity—not made to feel like a nuisance for a simple request. The food is great, but if the service continues to be this poor, I might have to find a new spot for my meals.

You knew I had DoorDash and yet did not provide utensils. Side of lime was hidden under the rice. Sauce cups were thrown lazily into the bowl. Steak was overcooked and dry. The food itself was sparse. Food was cold when the delivery was only 6 mins away. Sweet potato was two large clumps not clean small cuts. Did not finish and lost my appetite. The worst sweetgreen I’ve had and this my first day in Wisconsin. Delivery driver from DoorDash was nice.

Garbage. Your employees should learn standardized portions for each dish. Every time I eat there nobody knows the true portion size and therefore doesn’t know what to do when I ask for double portions. I’m more than happy to pay extra but one time it’s two scoops of chicken for hot honey chicken is standardized, the next time it’s one…get your employees together. I see why the reviews are what they are.

First time was cool second time i went in got a bowl and guy forgets to add steak and give me piece of bread. I have to walk back and guy says they don’t serve steak until. 5 pm i got there at 5:07😡. Well i paid for it so some steak needs to magically appear. He talks to manager and find some steak up front. I then have to ask for a piece of bread for a second time. Weird experience to say the least for a second time coming in. This place cost too much to making this kinds of mistakes.

Today was my first time ordering here. Unfortunately, it was a horrible experience. As soon as I opened my salad I noticed the tiny amount of salad dressing they gave me. It wasn’t even half way of the ranch container. I literally had to eat the majority of my salad dry which was not enjoyable at all.
Since I was rushing for a meeting, I planned on saving it for later so I can use ranch from home. But then, I found a tiny dead bug in my salad 🤢 I kid you not! I was so disturbed I closed it up and threw the rest of the salad at the nearest garbage I could find. It was a waste of money tbh. I spent $19 on the whole order as it included the lemonade. I won’t be back!!

cannot call the store to speak with anyone. they make you text a bot and make you wait for someone invisible to respond. we always add notes in our delivery for extra dressing because the cup size they use is more for a side salad vs their salad size. they also do not fill up the cup which at this point im eating just dry salad. it’s always when we do delivery , but in the store they asks how much dressing you would like so not sure why they don’t read the notes.

I would NOT recommend delivery. They took longer to prepare it so, the driver was waiting for at least 15 minutes to pick it up. The order was missing two items that are supposed to be included in the bowl, the cashew dressing and the nori. Additionally the food quality was very poor, the salmon was quite fishy tasting. For the price I had expected to get at least a decent amount of rice but as the picture shows it was very minimal. It seems they do not care much about the quality of the food, and I would really advise people to stay away.

I love sweetgreen as a chain, and I’ve had great experiences at other locations but this one misses the mark. Both of these were pick up orders so maybe it’s better in person when you can watch them make it. But one time I went I asked for extra crispy onions on something and they put none. After that I learned to check the food before you leave. So I made another pickup order a while later and checked it this time before leaving and they had forgotten to put any salmon on my salmon plate! They put some in when I asked but that shouldn’t have happened in the first place.
I also don’t think their employees understand the purpose of an in-advance pickup order. Both times I placed the order for about 1 hr ahead of time because that’s when I wanted to get it, but then they make it asap anyways. Which means that the food is just sitting on their shelves for a while before I get there which is outright dangerous with meats, especially fish which is usually what I get. If someone places an in-advance pickup for a certain time, that order should be completed only about 15 minutes ahead MAXIMUM so that it’s still fresh and safe to eat.
This location needs to get it together.

I frequently order sweetgreen to my workplace. First time, packaging was thoughtful and everything in the order was correct. Second two times (in the same week), order was missing the same ingredients and side of bread.
It clearly lists all items on the receipt. The first time I was satisfied with a credit for my next order. This time? I’m considering not ordering again. I don’t want to keep expecting something and getting disappointed over and over again.
Perhaps during peak hours, additional staff should be on to assist to prevent situations like this from occurring.

Wowww. I was actually blown away by this new 3rd ward spot for quick and healthy bowls, salads, and protein plates in MKE.
Food: It meets the hype…I got a crunchy rice bowl and wowww. That flavor hit just right. They go crazy with the spice here and I love it. My buddy got the spicy pesto bowl and DAMN that was even better. Never had pesto like that… not to mention the amount of healthy and well sourced food we got was pretty reasonable for quick serve.
Service: friendly and helpful folk who helped a newbie get the hang of ordering here. They’re super flexible with substituting ingredients which I appreciate. But damn the lady in front of us was going wild and hella needy.
Atmosphere: it’s cute enough to make you feel comfortable staying to refuel. Plus you can people watch folks walking down broadway st.

Their salads/bowls are creative, and everything Ive tried has been tasty. My only issue is the VARIABILITY IN PORTIONS. If they can be more consistent, they’ll get 5 stars. Like some other reviews have already said I’d recommend not supporting this specific sweetgreen location until they get their stuff together. The service is lackluster at best. Had to wait 20 minutes to order when there was only 1 person in front of me in line. Puts other sweetgreens to shame.

I get this place is new but it' also a chain so that's where it's hard for me to give grace. They own enough of these to have the proper tools and training to not have these types of mistakes happen.
First time I did an online order to be picked up at 1:45 waited over an hour still not done. People around me had been waiting for over an hour and a half so I decided to go grab food for lunch from the public market and figured I would come back to pick up by food and just save it for dinner.
Came back at 3:50 and my food still wasn't up. Some guy also came in at the same time as me and said he had been waiting since 12:30 and his still wasn't ready. He went up to the workers and asked for his food and the workers just yelled back at him and said bro what do you want me to do I'm hundreds of tickets behind. I don't get why they would keep there online ordering system open if they were that far behind. Restaurants have had the capability for years to monitor food volume coming in via online orders and have the ability to either move wait time back accordingly or shut off online ordering entirely if the kitchen is that backed up.
Found it odd the employees never apologized, were talking back to customers and the place didn't think to try to correct the situation for everyone waiting hours in any way.
I decided to give them a second try a week later for delivery (at least wait at home) and that was just as bad. Took over an hour for delivery, they forgot half my items and they somehow messed my salad up so bad it was literally just spinach and cucumbers ...I was missing literally my entire salad.
To fix it they credited me $3 which didn't cover the items in my build your own salad let alone cover the cost of all my other missing items from the order.
Like I said, it's a huge chain with tons of locations so issues like this should not be happening they literally have a successful blueprint to follow.
Update: It's been two months since this review and they still are delivering my order wrong EVERY SINGLE TIME. I have yet to get the humus with the hummus and bread (I feel like at this point it's on purpose) they give me sparkling water instead of still every single time (literally the sticker that says still water goes over the sparkling water label) and my salad is always missing over half of its ingredients. Why do I keep ordering then? Because my husband loves there buffalo salad and I'm seriously just curious how long it will take at this point for them to actually send a accurate delivery.

I had an issue getting the discount code on 9/15 as I ordered in-store as the email had directed. I was speaking with the guy at checkout trying to get the discount (buy one get one 50% off). The issue is the principle because if you offer something it should be available to be received and I shouldn’t receive different levels of service based on which sweetgreen location I go to.
After asking about the discount being applied. I was told I had to download the app to get the discount, I said I had the app but the promotion/discount was sent in an email. He scanned my account qc code from the app and still did not give me the discount. At this point, I had a long day at work so I just said I’ll resolve this issue with customer support as the young man handed me my TWO salads, no bag, no utensils and he didn’t even mix the salads. I was rushed out of the store for whatever reason. Mind you I order from a different sweetgreen location outside the city and I have never experienced such disrespectful service. I emailed customer support and the first reply informed me that I ordered on the wrong day, which I had not (this is indicated by my receipt) and the second reply today told me that I in fact ordered online and did not wait in the line and order in the store like I did (because I have the capability to read directions on a promotion/discount very well) which would void me from getting the discount. And they still have not resolved this issue. Why have a discount going on if people cannot use it? I ordered two salads of equal value and I did so in-store. This is completely unacceptable.

First time going and it’s was terrible experience. A co worker recommended this place. I ordered the Warm Harvest Salad on line for Pick up and when I arrived they kept telling me it was on the pick up shelf when it was on the counter behind the salad bar. Then the young gentleman says, hear your salas but we there is no sweet potato or apples, we ran out. Like wow that’s like the main parts of this salad that I was looking forward to. He’s says you can substitute, so I did. Well when I got back to work already disappointed I opened my salad and the goat cheese was missing also! 😩 I paid $15 for a that salad! I wish they would’ve called me with and let me know before I left work to pick it up. Very very disappointed.I should’ve read the reviews first as you can see this is common.

Disappointed- got a salad to go and had ordered dressing on the side and spicy broccoli. No spicy broccoli and the dressing was not on the side as I was planning to eat the salad later so when I got home an hour later to eat salad noticed dressing was on the salad and not in the side. Soggy salad to say the least I was very disappointed especially when paying this price for a salad.

I've ordered from sweetgreen three times--twice online (for both delivery and takeout) and once in person with family. Every experience has been really terrific, great service and knowledgeable staff (I asked about allergens & had a quick response that the worker then verified for me to be completely sure). I like their patio but probably won't eat there during the winter because the interior feels very much like a grab&go type of place, acoustics aren't amazing.
Sounds like they struggled a bit with the opening weeks but it's kinda par for the course in a post-pandemic world from my experience.
Food has been amazing & fresh. Just be careful with substitutions on the premades because you can end up paying more than you would on a build your own with the same ingredients.
I've only ever been missing one thing from an order & it was the free bread in my delivery order which is nbd.
A quick note about the portion size, I've never eaten at another sweet green but was surprised to see folks complaining about this in their reviews--perhaps it's an issue the store has corrected already because I've never finished a salad hungry and I am a 6', highly physically active guy who eats quite a lot and often skips breakfast 😅 And to boot, I've only ordered vegan salads. They have fantastic plant-based protein & healthy fat options like quinoa, mushrooms, sweet potatoes, chickpeas, lentils, seeds & nuts, hummus, tofu & avocado and you hardly even notice you're eating healthy because their bowls are so flavorful and rich. I'd love to see the introduction of fresh peas! 😁

So excited to grab our 2 salads. Tried to just communicate internally with the corporate website but there is no good way to communicate your experience except this public forum.
I am still hopeful that this location is just new and figuring out their process.
Saturday around 5:30, we entered and the restaurant was a mess. Crumbs all over the counters, the glass counters were absolutely gross with dried stains of food as we checked out.
We ordeeed two peach and goat cheese salads. The biggest complaint is the peaches were literally the consistency of a dried hard apple! The salad portion was so small compared to the take out bowl. We literally took a few bites and could not force it down. Threw both salads out!! So unappetizing!!
Just beware!! Hopefully this gets fixed!! Love the idea of a healthy option in Milwaukee,

I have been craving a great Italian chop salad for a while now, and was super excited when I heard Sweet Green was coming to Milwaukee! I placed my order for Italian chop salad and for a plain sparkling water. There was no salami on my salad, and they gave me an Ollie pop flavored water. The order could really not have been more wrong. It’s almost funny except for the fact of how bad I was wanting my Italian chop salad. So all I got was a bowl of vegetables and a flavored water for $15.

Well - it’s a new location and hopefully they’re working the kinks out, but worst SweetGreen experience ever. I counted 18 people in line with me (3 walked out without getting anything) and 10 employees - NONE of them waiting on anyone for over 10 minutes. Standing around, 1 guy consumed with topping off the bins and never acknowledging the line, another server just wiping the counter and not trying to make anyone’s order. The T was weird- all of them moving super slow. It took forever, don’t go if you’re on a lunch-break until they get it figured out.

My fiancé and I were so excited when sweetgreen opened up in Milwaukee! We DoorDashed an order, and are extremely disappointed. Bummer for all the negative reviews regarding their growing pains these last few weeks after opening. They almost stopped me from finally checking sweetgreen out, but glad I did. I went around 11:30am on a Monday and I was in and out within a few minutes. The employees seemed to have the rotation of helping people in line out with their orders pretty well down. I could see an assembly line of online orders with quite a number of salads being made in the back. sweetgreen definitely has a nice variety of salad options in general. Sure, you could pay anywhere from $10-$15 for a salad, but what does someone expect in this day and age? The prices are comparable to the public market and other restaurants in the Third Ward and downtown. If you want a $5-$8 salad, go to the grocery store for a tiny container with a few ingredients sprinkled over top, of which was probably sitting on the shelf for quite a while. I thought the BBQ chicken salad was quite flavorful and I could see myself trying some of the others. I'm not one to go out for lunch often, but I'd definitely throw this spot into the rotation on the occasion I do.

Fast, fresh, and affordable! Sure, it is relatively expensive, but compared to what? Still cheaper than any full service restaurant in the area, and there aren’t any comparable options nearby, with the exception of poke. For that reason, I think the price is well worth it for a nourishing lunch!

Tried Sweetgreen for the first time and ordered a kale salad with lots of toppings and the Green Goddess Ranch dressing. I think the main problem was the ranch which was EXTREMELY salty and took over every flavor in the salad. Because of the overwhelming salt, the entire salad neither tasted fresh nor healthy. In addition, unreasonable price for amount of food you actually get. Wont be ordering again

i've been a sweetgreen superfan since i lived in chicago for a few years, but this location definitely has some kinks to work out. seems like there's someone there that can't tell the difference between some ingredients cus i just got mint in my salad instead of basil, and a lime instead of a lemon 🥴🥴 they're very fast at fulfilling orders despite the rush i'm sure they're getting though. i will definitely keep coming back and hope to see things get better!!

We decided to try a new place and it was mostly a good experience. It was a little hard to hear, there seemed to be a lot of ambient noise from the kitchen , but staff were friendly and fast. The only downside was we weren't asked what we wanted to drink and we were hustled along the salad line so didn't realize we'd paid but never got a beverage. We did ask for water and *extra points* the employee asked another worker to get us cups because she had gloves on for salad making!
The salad was enormous, neither of us could finish ours, and we were still full after a long post-lunch (no Purple Door today...). It was tasty, we certainly got our money's worth. I should say we both ordered menu salads, not make your own. The seasonal peach was tasty and the guacamole greens was very yummy.
Ambiance is slightly upgraded fast food feeling.

Don’t come here. Workers are not trained and give you the tinest portions for a $15 salad. My bowl was so light, the employees have horrible training and no idea what’s going on. Was told they were out of rice and the person next to me was told they were out of lettuce. 15 employees standing around and yet nothing in order. I’ve been to several other sweetgreen locations and frequented many over the years and yet this one was been the worst one ever. No longer excited - be better management. Had such high expectations

Went in for the first time super excited to try as we don’t have many healthy salad options anywhere. Sadly wasn’t impressed because of the lack of professionalism.
There was no one in line as my friend and I came in so we figured this would be easy since they weren’t busy at all. There were 3 people up front working, and not one person said anything to us. We couldn’t figure out where to even go as we’ve never been there. We walked over to the two girls. They didn’t say one word to us. Didn’t look at us, nothing. We finally asked one of them “is this where we start?” and the worker didn’t even look at us. I looked around like this can’t be real lol. Then another employee came out and looked at us but didn’t say anything. She looked confused by what was happening but didn’t say anything. So we just left, then she looked even more confused but still didn’t say anything.
I can’t imagine this place will last if they have these types of employees working there.

Went here with anticipated excitement for a new healthy spot. I know it was the first opening week but wow was I discouraged by how slow the people behind the counter were and they were quite rude. I kept having to ask for more ingredients since they were trying to make my salad half the size of the bowl. Overall tasted great but it was like pulling an arm and a leg for service and when I went to checkout they were all out of drinks, when they offered me one they were all warm. Not sure I would come back until they have a crew with a better attitude.

I was so excited to try sweet green when this location opened ! However it is so expensive for what you get. I ordered a salad bowl and asked for quinoa and spinach. They told me I could get one or the other… even though the menu says choose greens, grains OR both …. And then double charged me for potato’s and I barely got any. Not worth the price ! And the employees should read the menu. I left very upset

Came here to try it out on my lunch break and I was so excited because I heard great things. I even paid money on the meter. I was in the line so long that I was late coming back from lunch and I had to add money to the meter that I parked my car at. My harvest bowl was good, I just wish I had gotten to enjoy it more, but I had to rush back to work and scarf it down. I think they just opened up so they don't quite have the hang out it yet but I didn't expect a salad place to take that long its just putting the bowl together like chipotle or Qdoba right? The staff seemed really nice and friendly even though it was slow. I think they just need help figuring out the groove of the restaurant. I don't think I will visit until I they have had more time to improve the line wait times and productivity.

So badly wanted to love this place. Have tried it 3 times and every time the wait has been ridiculous and there are always ingredients missing. We ordered 40 minutes ahead of time and got our salads 45 minutes past the scheduled time- that’s makes 85 minutes to make 2 salads and 5 of my Ingredients are missing from it. I’m super disappointed.

Management I hope you’re reading these because this place needs your help! The room full of people I’m standing here waiting with to pickup orders have been waiting for 45 minutes and now they’re running out of items. The in person order is moving just as slowly. Need more staff and need more ingredients. People are walking out pissed. I’ve been here twice and both times the wait was significant, while staff were so overworked they couldn’t get to people at all. I’ve never seen anything like it, it’s as if they opened up without any plan in mind to handle the demand. Sadly I’m not waiting 45 minutes for an overpriced salad missing half the ingredients I paid for and the dozen or so people standing here grumbling with me agree. I understand you haven’t gotten the groove yet but this is beyond all levels of ridiculous. Every person in this room will not be coming back, I can hear them saying the same things I am.

Went on Saturday after opening week- The crispy rice bowl (especially the cashew dressing) and kale caesar were pretty good. They were out of ingredients for both which was unfortunate. Serving size seemed smaller than I've had at another location. Service was bad. Long line with one person helping in person customers and they were not happy, helpful, or quick. They didn't have drinks put in the cooler. I asked if they had tea and they grabbed me one from the back and said it's warm. No apology or anything. All the tables were dirty and they don't have water/cups set out for dine in customers. They did not seem prepared to open the restaurant and especially not for the volume of customers. Not sure I'll go back to this location until they get up to speed.

I’m writing a review to hopefully offset some of the negative reviews I can foresee coming.
I made an order on Friday afternoon during lunch rush for pickup. I ended up not being able to get my salad because the orders were so behind (like thirty minutes), and I had to get back to work.
This is NOT the fault of the staff. In fact, I saw staff trying their best and doing their damndest to keep up with orders.
To me, it seemed like fantastic staff with a quality work ethic, who were able to problem solve and persevere through people being rude to them for something completely out of their control.
If anything, they deserve a raise. I will be trying to get a salad again a few months down the road when some kinks are worked out. Great job guys, keep it up.
