Want to start off by saying the service by this young lady was amazing but the food, that was where the issue lies. We ordered 2 salads which you would assume would be quick. No they took over 35 minutes. They tasted fine no issues there but the restaurant was not busy at all. Maybe one other table. Just want to warn anyone if you’re in a rush maybe choose elsewhere.

The bartender was chatting with a couple when I arrived - when I asked for a wine list he dropped off the "by the glass" list without looking at me. When he came back after 5 minutes I asked for the bottle list. He didn't say a word - just went to get it, tossed it at me and went to the other side of the bar. I had a similar experience when asking for a food menu: it was like my presence was an interruption of his conversations with the other diners. I ordered a bottle of Sauvignon Blanc, which he brought over in a chiller (bonus points) but plopped down with a glass and then walked away (back to normal). I actually like serving myself, but it's a little unusual to not have the bartender at least OFFER to open the bottle (it was a screw top, thank goodness!). Although he didn't ask how I liked it, it was surprisingly good in case YOU'RE curious, and a good deal for $30. Speaking of curious, I now know much more about this bartender than I really needed to, like the fact that he likes spicy food and is a BIG fan of Carolina Reaper peppers. He mentioned that to a couple different people. He finally engaged in conversation with me when I asked about the menu, but his comments were strangely specific to whether I wanted to feel light or food-coma-ish after my meal, as if that were the only important thing to consider. On to the meal: the crabcakes were passable. Way too much tartar sauce underneath (I think they called it aioli - but it was tartar sauce). The cakes were fishy, but I'm pretty picky since I'm a Maine seafood dealer, so I others might like them. They are gluten free, which was a bonus. The bartender recommended the salmon (I know, I know, WHY would I listen to his recommendation??). I got the salmon over polenta, and the maple sauce on the salmon was very tasty but the salmon itself was extremely overcooked. Totally dried out. The polenta was abundant but relatively low in flavor - it could have been good with just a bit more seasoning. The glazed carrots were very good. I did have one normal interaction when a waitress who happened to be behind the bar asked me if everything tasted good. I told her it was fine. The atmosphere was nice and the chairs were comfortable. Also, the $30 bottle of Californian SB was a nice deal. All in all, I'd say go somewhere else. I really WANTED to like the place as I do like the hotel, but my goodness that bartender should NOT be in the service industry.

June 2nd 2025-
Had no idea this was an option for dinner before. So decided to try it out. Absolutely beautiful atmosphere. Everything here is made from scratch! Food was great. We both had steak. Both came out exactly as requested. It was very peppery but personally I thought it was excellent! Even though peppery, it was balanced with other flavors. The bar manager was our server, excellent service! Drinks stayed filled & offered us unusual options as well that are not on menus!
Absolutely would recommend.
We had garlic mashed potatoes, very creamy.
Cheese curds- excellent
Veggies- bacon Brussel sprouts. Yum!
& Grilled asparagus- so good!
Highly recommend!
Rib eye & sirloin both excellent.
Tried several drinks too
Drink pictured is the Lei'd Back at the top. Very flavorful and different than anything I've had before. Highly recommend. Ask each on what they are experimenting with too!

I had an amazing evening with my daughter at this comforting ,cozy restaurant with great service and food. The staff was amazing and made our evening special. They told us stories and we laughed. This will forever be our spot to enjoy a quiet evening talking about life in a beautiful atmosphere! Thank you to the staff!

The food was amazing, our bartender Bryton was so sweet and had such a great personality. The restaurant itself was so comforting we didn’t want to leave. 10/10

Such a fantastic experience. Our bartender, Bryton (and Markus?), had a genuine passion for crafting cocktails and was willing and able to make a wide range of classic beverages (even off the menu) without hesitation. Very personable, awesome service.

Great dinner; but the bartenders, Marcus and Bryton, were so much fun! We hung out at the bar for hours after our dinner and plan to be back just to hang out with them.

I had the potatoe leek soup. It was very overworked, very starchy - like eating paste. The perogies were unlike any I've had veggie but they weren't bad. The panko- crusted walleye was supposed to have garlic, panko, parsley and lemon. It was walleye with garlic and standard bread crumbs. No parsley. No lemon. The garlic mashed potatoes were fine. The bartender was nice. Cocktails were good.
Overall I was very disappointed. Would not recommend.

Amelia was great wait staff. The ribeye with blue cheese, broccolini and Brussels sprouts was great.
Bar was a little slow but no complaints as the bartender was giving special attention to his bar guests.

Great atmosphere and food. I've eaten here whenever staying at the hotel. The food is always excellent. The service is OK. It's always seemed like they were understaffed for as busy as it has been. The servers are incredibly busy and try very hard, but meals always take longer than they should. I should add that I typically eat here with a large group, which probzbly doesn't help.

Great atmosphere. The fifth or sixth time I've eaten here. The food has varied from fantastic to ok. The service the same. They to keep staffing to a minimum, but on a Friday night, we waited 2.5 hours for a complete meal. Our server was running and it was clear they were understaffed. We watched people walk out. So while they save money minimally staffing, they lose customers. It used to be fantastic with everything (four-five years ago) but now, it's hit and miss.

The restaurant is beautiful, and our server was prompt and attentive. Unfortunately, the food was terrible. The french onion soup had virtually no taste, except it was somewhat sweet. We couldn't eat it. The ceasar salad dressing was spicy and tasted so strongly of horseradish that it was barely edible. The chicken sandwich was extremely dry. I'm not sure what went wrong here, but this really bad.

First off: kudos to marcus the bartender for a great cocktail. He was great for being new there.
Thats where it ends. Our waitress was so rude and incompetent i had to get up feom my table to order my own wine. She never asked if we needed anything after bringing our food, looked directly at our table 5, yes 5 times to maybe check on us but decided to go to all the other tables. I wanted tonorder dessery but by the time she came around i just wanted to leave. I told my friend not to leave a tip.
Now for the food: i was ordered the spotted cow walleye. The outside was overcooked while the breading was mushy on the inside and the fish was so bland i had to stop eating it. The chips they make werent any better. And the coleslaw came out of a bag with way too much sugar in their dressing. When a guest at the hotel has to doordash arbys while sitting at the restaurant you knownits bad. Really super cool experience for my birthday weekend celebration. Would not recommend.
I was so upset i had to go back to my room to cry for a while. Never have i ever been treated that way by a waitress anywhere. You get better service at a truck stop diner. I will attach a pic of the martini bc it was delicious. That was the highlight of my "dining" experience

Unfortunate it gets 1 star. The bar is pretty good at making drinks but table one is by no means fine dining not even close. The food is absolutely terrible.

We found this restaurant a very pleasant place to dine. We were staying at the hotel this time but will certainly return at times when we are not. They had a modest size menu which had a great selection. Our two items were absolutely fantastic. Taste, presentation, and value were all there. We will definitely visit the next time we are in town

We took my parents out for a birthday dinner when they came from out of town to visit. The waitress was horrible! First, she spilled two glasses of wine on my 11 year old, soaking her. No apology. 🥴 She Mixed up our orders. It took an hour for the food to come out. Asked for water, she forgot about it. No drinks with dinner at all. Served salsa with pulled pork when we asked for BBQ, making the food taste terrible. Forgot about clearing plates when she said she would come back, and finally had a bizarre conversation with her about what the dessert was. My family had a discussion with her about the apple cobbler she said they had for the night. Then at the end she confirmed we all wanted the pumpkin pie and said she never stated they had apple cobbler. Recommend dining elsewhere! Contacted the management to discuss without response.

Waitress couldn't answer any question about menu, had to go back to kitchen every single time. Took forever to get drinks refilled. Ice cream duo with candied pecans was on point however!

I’m fairly shocked by the reviews, I stayed at the Retlaw overnight and decided to order food 20 minutes before they closed and it was phenomenal. I ordered the sirloin, mashed potatoes, broccolini, and the pie, everything was great. Cooked perfectly and all tasted amazing. I almost left to grab food because of the reviews, but definitely try it for yourself before looking elsewhere!

We found Table One when we stayed at the hotel during our move to Fond du Lac. We have eaten here several times and love the food and staff. The whipped potatoes are amazing and my steak is always perfect. My husband loves the bar and the bartenders are knowledgeable and very friendly. This is our go to restaurant for date night!

I ordered a medium well steak. Waitress comes back about 25 minutes later with my husband's salmon minus his side brussel sprouts. She said it was a new chef and he missed the steak. Mind you there were only two other order tickets up. She said there was an error and she could offer us a free dessert. To which I asked, cannot I not have my steak. Yes, but it will take longer and I'll get you a free dessert for the mix up. I waited another 35 minutes to get my steak. The steak came well done and one side was completely cold. My husband's sprouts showed up on my plate. When we were done she somehow forgot the free dessert. Not likely to come back.

I enjoyed this restaurant when it was Jazzmine’s but I can’t say the same about Table One. Waited over an hour for food to arrive and, once received, it was mediocre. When I’m at a place offering an elevated experience like Table One advertises, I expect the food to be high quality. I could have made what I ordered at home for a fraction of the price.

Table ONE was meh. We were staying in the Hotel so we tried it. There were conflicting messages on the restaurant's availability. We asked the front desk if they were open and they said "the kitchen is really backed up but you can try to put an order in." There was no one there to seat us. The manager noticed us waiting and when the bartender came over he said "we're only accepting orders from the bar area right now." Then when we told them we had a reservation he sat us in the restaurant which had no one in it so it's not like we needed a reservation because they were full. The service from there was good. The smoked fish dip was really good. The fish tacos were pretty awful. I don't know how you mess up fish tacos but there was no flavor and they were dry. It was a really expensive meal for only enjoying the appetizer for two. I wouldn't go back, much better options in the area.

This was a terrible experience. Hour and a half for food. Another hour after food was delivered for our bills. Food was mediocre (one meal was sent back and not eaten, and another had hair in it). Embarrassing bringing a large group (18) from out of town. I want this place to succeed, but it will have to be by others because no one from our group will be back.

Great experience again just like our previous visits when it was Jazzmine's. Clean and elevated environment. Fantastic food that was cooked and seasoned perfectly. These dishes are unlike some other restaurants in Fond du Lac as they are thoughtfully planned out and meticulously prepared. The whole team worked their butts off as they are likely under staffed for how busy they were but they still delivered a memorable experience and all helped each other out. Great to still see Bryton at the bar as he is energetic and knowledgeable. Good selection of bourbon and whiskey. This is a hidden gem of Fond du Lac and I wish they did more to make their presence known to the public!

The food is excellent. French onion soup was very good. Normally I wouldn't even mention French onion soup but there's is n exception. Steak was seasoned perfectly. Crab cake was also good. I'd highly recommend if your in the area.

1st time I've gone to this restaurant and I will say its easily the best in town! I had there bourbon glazed duck and my fiance had the apple cider brined chicken with a smoked stuffed chicken leg both where amazing! Due to lack of advertising it had few customers but I would 100% call Table 1 a hidden gem. I'm excited to go back for more!

Same issues as when it was called Jazzmine's Brasserie: kitchen staff are disorganized, food is high quality but cooked and seasoned poorly, atmosphere is nice but the place is a ghost town; but the wait staff are nice.
For example: went there for dinner and we were the only people in the restaurant; we couldn't order a burger bc the cook forgot to thaw the hamburger patties; ordered fish fry and fried chicken sandwich and both were nearly burnt and rather flavorless.
You can get better food/service/atmosphere at every other restaurant in town.

Just had our one year anniversary here and the safe was amazing. The service was top notice and so was the food. Highly recommend! It may have a fancy feel to it but you don't need to be dressed up to the 9s to eat here. Definitely recommend for a nice anniversary or date night out.

High Class dining with food to match. The service is good but a little short staffed. Wait time for food was good bit drinks take a little longer. Bartender was great but was covering the bar and dinning room. Dinner was amazing. Look forward to going back.
