Never going back to this location again, I went there around 10:30 this morning today For breakfast well This talked about a business offer for breakfast so i decided to get retro 2000s $9 box for me and the girlfriend well let’s just say they put clumps of hair in mine and hers food, they made the food spicy as can be the chips tasted really stale and our taco didn’t have meat on them just lettuce and cheese, and they had the audacity to smash and break the tacos mind you those were also stale to, so with that being said we will NEVER go back to that location oh and for the record I got sick after eating there, absolutely horrible

Was charged $21 for 3 burritos that was supposed to be $3 each. My crunchwrap was disgusting with no crunch... Missing the tostada in it. Went here after taking kids to Disney on Ice. I thought they initially forgot something on my order, but after they gave me another item, I figured out that I wasn't missing an item. They laughed and said it's all good. They came around while we were eating inside and asked how everything was and he was joking around with us. Absolutely the WORST Taco Bell I’ve been to. My order was a chicken quesadilla- with extra sauce, two bean burritos- with no onions and extra red sauce. First of all, my quesadilla didn’t have CHICKEN or extra sauce, and it wasn’t even cut. Second, my burritos were disgusting. I never leave reviews for places but felt compelled to recognize the individual working tonight. In my 35 years on earth I've never had as pleasant an interaction with any food service worker (much less fast food) as I did with the gentleman working at 1am. I didn't catch his name but I believe he was the only person working tonight - has lots of tattoos. Owning and managing a couple different businesses myself, I recognize great customer service and he has it in aces. Hope Taco Bell gives him a raise and does everything they can to keep him around as his experience in customer service made the ending of a long day really pleasant.

Ordered food, worker seemed in a bad mood over the speaker..ok I get it. Car ahead of me seems to be talking to the person at the window. I pull up to the window to hear the apparent manager yelling at an employee in the back calling her a "crazy btch this is why you went to prison" and saying you can't talk to customers like that. Employee yells I'm leaving. Manager gave no apology to me for the situation. When I got my food and left,
I already felt uncomfortable eating it and then I saw that the order was wrong. Two nacho fries and one burrito when it was supposed to be opposite haha.

Edit: Tried eating here another day and I wasn't given my change back. Food was good but this has happened before at the location off of Military also.

The crew working today 8/9/2024 at 7pm were outstanding! I stopped in for a bite with my boyfriend and we received nothing but respect. They even offered to bring our sauces over, brought our drinks to us,the food was great and came out very fast! We also got a “thank you guys” on our way out.Nowadays not a lot of fast food places have employees who are kind and don’t make you feel rushed or like you’re bothering them. I unfortunately couldn’t get a specific young man’s name to let them know they did a great job, it is rare nowadays for his kind of service to be received, to stick with you and I usually don’t write reviews ever but this was review worthy! These are the kind of employees that make a restaurant thrive and make you want to come back! Good job guys!

Stopped here for a late night dinner around 1 am. I got the Nacho Bellgrande and it was really good and the order was on point with no issues. They made it exactly how I had it customized in the app. I tried another Taco Bell on Main Street a couple nights ago and my order was messed up and the girl working the drive through wasn’t very nice. The people that work at this Taco Belle were in a better mood. Taco Bell’s are always a hit or miss anywhere in the country but I’m glad this one got it right. I was staying in Green Bay for the week on vacation so it’s difficult to know where the better Taco Bell’s are at. The ones back home around me are absolutely terrible with Google rating of 2 stars. The pricing at this location is better than ones I have around me at home too. If I can find one with a 3.5 star or better the chances of the food and service goes up drastically from what I’ve experienced. I appreciate the people who work at this one doing a good job. Made my night after a long day.

Both times I’ve been through the drive thru at this specific Taco Bell, the girl that is at the window, has long black hair, usually in a ponytail, is just very rude to me for no apparent reason, she has given me unnecessary attitude BOTH times, and this last time she forgot to give me my drink, she just hurriedly handed me my food and closed the window right away, so I had to yell to get her attention, so she could give me my drink.

Normally this is my favorite taco bell in town. They usually never mess things up. But lately that has gone down hill fast. I've recently gotten crunchwraps without the tostada, I've paid for steak and gotten beef so much that I don't want to even order steak and pay anymore, and gotten sauce cups that I paid extra for that are basically empty and would be usable for maybe 4 chips. It just sucks watching the quality of a store you like decline for whatever reason.

When i first pulled into the parking lot, I thought they were closed. There were no drive-through lights at 1:18 AM. I gave my order to a late night drive-thru worker at 1:19 AM.. I was a little worried about this location, reading the other reviews on here. But I was most happily surprised. Thru the drive thru, order was to me quick. Back home I found my tacos overflowing with meat, lettuce and cheese, not something I see a lot at other Taco Bells. Plenty of Fire spice to kick them up and I'm a happy customer. My own hometown Taco Bell could take a lesson from this visit. Quick with higher than usual quality so many others don't seem to deliver. My only complaint, and this is every Taco Bell, not just this one, find a new crispy taco shell provider. I don't know who they use, but they just do not hold up to the taco meat in the bottom. By the time you get to the last couple they're soggy and falling apart. But that's a corporate thing, I see it everywhere.

I can’t even give a rating to the food and atmosphere. I work overnights and have to go pretty early in the day before they close. Well I was there a little after 3am and they closed at 4am. Where do I start.!... Well I ordered 2 SUPREME Doritos loco tacos, which btw failed to be supreme. Paying more only to get NO SOUR CREAM was upsetting. As always lots of fun at Taco Bell. So much less money then McDonalds. At least you can get way more items & not spend the same as other places. As always I forgot to take photos of the food before we ate it all. Next time

Tried to order 2 Enchiritos in drive thur and was told I couldn't and that they are only available on mobile orders so we went to Eastside and got them from drive thur.

As a connoisseur of Taco Bell’s I can say this is one of the best taco Bell’s I have ever been to. The food is always hot, delivered to you promptly, and they rarely make a mistake on your order. 10/10 🌮

Props to the young black gentlemen working tonight at 11:00 pm.. super professional and took care of me when my order was incorrect even though they were super busy and the drive thru was full.. give that man a raise.. from the chic in the charger..
