This might have been the best Taco Bell I've been at. I have like Taco Bell since I was a kid but every time I visit one I go there knowing I don't know what I'm going to get. I got there late in my semi and the lobby was closed but the manager was really nice and let me order online anyway. Not only did they go out of their way to help but the food was really fresh and I got my order right. I would definitely go back to this Taco Bell!

sat in drive through for almost a hour. typically what happens is you give them your card and they run it as the food is being made and give it back to you before you get your food. well that didnt happen. gave us the bag, took my card, 5 minutes later, gave us drinks, in that order. being accustomed to the usual way i had just described i thought i had my card because for some reason it took 5 minutes to run my card. so much time had passed i assumed i was good to go so i drove off without my card by mistake. after i got home and ate my meal, i noticed on my bank app i was charged $37 for my order and then i noticed a additional charge for $19.06. i only ordered $37 worth of food. upon checking my wallet and seeing my card is not there i realize what happened. the person at the window stole my card, and charged it for a meal for themself. upon confronting the kitchen i was told it was a double charge and no further action was taken. it was 1:00AM so i tried calling this morning to talk to a manager and the number does not work. so now i have to order a new debit card and not be able to make any purchases for the next week. DO NOT EAT HERE!!!!!!

Today went good. Everything I ordered came out correctly! I changed quite a bit too. So happy for that. Line took a long time to go through though unfortunately. But at the same time I shouldn't complain cause everything was hot.

Past experience-- So... Mixed feelings...

First... Hopefully was just a fluke. My kid Found a fly in her taco... Just YUCK. Thank goodness she checks her food religiously before she eats it. Pointing to fly in picture. Too far away to turn back to replace it.

On a different note. Prices went up a TON. What used to cost us about $12 now cost us almost $20... Two people eating at Taco Bell should not cost that much... Was our go to for going out, but if it's going to cost $40 for 4 of us next time, we might have to pass, especially after that fly. My kid decided the rest of her food was not edible. Not sure she'll be willing to eat here again any time soon.

On a good note... The amount of ingredients went up. What sometimes we would get was a third full taco was actually full this time, mostly with lettuce, but at least they weren't empty. So that's positive, most of the places out there are going down in portions even when raising prices. Rest of the food was fine. But the chips and cinnamon twists were dumped out on the bottom of the bag, interesting flavor having chips with cinnamon sugar and then cheese dip...

11/9/24- tacos were over filled with meat and almost no cheese. Very difficult to eat tonight on the drive home. Service was good and fast, but no napkins and a VERY messy meal that didn't taste great. I like the meat but there's was enough for probably 6-8 tacos on the 3 I had and almost no lettuce or cheese.

Went through the drive thru on 12/21/24. Ordered a regular Crunchwrap, a beef soft taco and asked for hot sauce. Received some kind of black bean Crunchwrap, and what I believe is a chalupa. Started to drive away and noticed they didn’t even put the sauce packets in the bag so I backed up and asked for them. The woman at the window looked very inconvenienced. Took an online survey and have received nothing from corporate. I’ll go elsewhere in Beaver Dam from now on.

Worst lunch experience I've ever had 22 minutes in the Drive-Thru my tacos and chalupas were nothing but lettuce and tomato if you don't mind spending your lunch hour in the Drive-Thru line and get very mediocre food I highly recommend this Taco Bell

Decided I wanted tacos again today and tried this Taco Bell in Beaver dam again another big mistake I ordered a $7 lunch box and they tried to hand me an $18 order after sitting in the Drive-Thru for 20 minutes I didn't want to hold up the rest of the people's lunch hours was about 10 cars deep so with the 10 minutes left I pulled away from the drive-thru with no food and very unsatisfied

Since my last review, this place has declined in service. Every time I've ordered in the last 2 months something or everything was wrong. When I've asked them to fix it I've received attitude more often than not. Idk if the new batch of employees are just high all the time or don't listen but between that and employees not switching gloves regularly I've been getting lettuce in everything even things that normally don't have it or I've ordered it without. This taco bell location sucks. Your food is either made so poorly you don't want to eat it or you don't get something you ordered. I just went through to pick up a mobile order. I asked for no ice in my drink it had ice. I got a soft taco that had so little ingredients especially meat in it all I could taste was the cold sort of dried out tortilla. Whose managing this place. Why are ingredients not checked for freshness. Why was my tortilla cold like it came out the fridge. Why is the portion of meat on my taco half of what it is when I go to other taco bells. Forgot the cheese for the nachos and put tomatoes on when I specifically asked do they have tomatoes on this and he said no. What is wrong with these people? Latterly every time I go to this location. The drive-thru order is missing at least one item. Who ever is bagging the order should be checking. And who ever is working the window should be double checking. To make sure the order is correct. This place was absolutely ridiculous. We waited 40 minutes from ordering at the drive thru to getting our food. The man taking payment claimed they were super short staff, then proceeded to stand there and do nothing after giving our card back. We got up to the front window, where the lady told us someone paid for our meal, yet we paid at the first window??? Made zero sense. Then, we got our bag of food after sitting there for 5 minutes. And the cheese roll ups were just my favorite thing from day one. Simply melted cheese in a tortilla. Wish they'd bring back beef quesadillas, but they still make them at a higher cost. Whether they're good or not can be a hit or miss. Sometimes they just plop the beef in the same spot rather than spreading it out. I've had a few times where they overcooked it or didn't cut the quesadillas, but overall they are generally fairly consistent.

Prices have certainly gone up over time. I remember when they used to have $0.89 tacos. The drive thru is quick. Staff doesn't really talk much, but this is pretty much the norm in drive thrus lately.

On average the taco bell service I've received is average, not exceptional by any means but not terrible in most cases. With that.. i have found when ordering things like fiesta potatoes and ordering for them to have extra cheese, have the time you can see the workers really slacked on what they gave you with barely any actual extra cheese.
I've also noticed the environment in tacos bells to be rather tense between workers, even having heard openly hostile words being brought up about customers and the place itself which made my time at the place less enjoyable cause of a more hostile environment being present. I am a very frequent customer to taco bell because of my autism and being on food jags for specific types of food. So I've seen how employees are towards their customers. With putting up a real facade of seeming like they appreciate you but then you being able to overhear the harsh things they say about the customers or etc.
