Absolute joke! There are reasons I seldom go to fast food and this place absolutely reinforced those very reasons. Waited 15 min in drive through, get to the mic and was told it would be another 15 min before I can even order. There were three cars ahead of me two bailed because of the wait. I was told they had to “catch up on mobile orders”🤦‍♀️ There were 6 cars behind me, I let them all know what was happening 4 of 6 bailed and so did I. Never again.

Worst Taco Bell I've ever been to. I've been there twice and had issues both times. First time it took forever. Second time, I was asked to pull around and park. The guy at the window said he'd bring us our food. We waited 20 minutes. I went in. They asked if we left, they claimed another employee came out to give us our food. She says she asked every car looking for us. We were parked right outside the door, she never even came outside! Our food was cold and missing a taco.

There I was. Starving, famished. I hadn't eaten all day and foolishly thought I could spend my hard earned money on an overpriced taco to restore my strength. What awaited me in the wrapper is the atrocity that is in the picture. If you couldn't tell by looking, (I know I couldn't.) this is a cantina crispy chicken taco. In all its glory, it is inedible, room temperature, and wholly dissatisfying.

I staunchly discourage future customers from ordering this particular item until the establishment can figure out what mayhem and chaos caused this abysmal creation.

sometimes walking into this building feels like being a neglected child. you watch your “parents” (the staff) paper and play with your “siblings” (drive thru customers) while you wait with sadness in the lobby. they chant empty phrases like “just a moment” and “sorry for the wait”. you can’t speak up or argue, because that will only make your situation worse (your order take longer). and when you finally get service, it’s sarcastic crabby and passive aggressive. the coveted order finally enters your grasp, and you feel empty.

this building frequently lacks adequate staffing, and the staff that is present doesn’t have any sense of urgency or understanding of what the job really is. like they’re just moving at whatever pace necessary to get through the day. and i strongly believe they’re under compensated for the stress and demand of the area. but regardless of the issue, the disappointment and stress ends up in the brown and purple bag at the end of the day.

All I ordered was 2 steak grilled cheese burritos, one with extra steak and one with absolutely zero alterations and they STILL managed to mess it up BADLY. Whoever made the food mixed an absurd amount of beans into the rice which made it into inedible slop (beans don't even go into the grilled cheese burritos...), one of the burritos had no fiesta strips at all, there was none of the sauces in the burrito (cheese, sour cream, chipotle), and instead of just steak they for some reason threw in random pieces of pork and chicken into it as well which is incredibly irresponsible to just be randomly mixing in different meats that people didn't ask for. Unless the person making my order had literal Alzheimer's I see zero excuse or reason for this. I used to go here weekly and now I don't even want to order from this place again.

Over the last two weeks I have went to Taco Bell on Riverside Drive in Beloit, WI a couple times. This Taco Bell has they rudest and slowest employees I have ever seen. The final straw was on the 4th of July. I arrived at the store at 11:12 pm. The lobby was locked, however there was a group of people inside eating. The lobby is open until 12 am daily. While sitting in line I watched the employees and the people in the lobby running around, laughing, and talking. After waiting in line for 35 minutes, just to get to the speaker, the girl taking orders says: "Thank you for coming to Taco Bell. Happy 4th of July. You see all these cars? It's going to take forever, but you can order if you want." The only reason I rode out the 35-minute wait, was because I was picking up a delivery order. Anyway, I told the lady what order I was there to pick- up. She told me it wasn't ready, but I could drive around to the window. Once I finally get to the window, the same girl asks me if I stopped at the speaker first. She then proceeded to tell me that the order isn't ready, and I need to go around and wait in line again while they figure the order out. Long story short, the customer I was picking up food for ended up canceling her order because of the wait time. I lost 45 minutes' worth of pay. This location needs to hire people who want to work. They could use a manager to keep the employees focused too. I absolutely dread every order that has to be picked up at this location. I end up in line for 15 to 20 minutes every time I pick up from the Riverside location, but the 4th of July was just much.

When we spoke to a manager, the gal said she would replace them, but we would have to eat and try them in front of her to make sure they were fresh! 😆 I stated nicely but firm I am simply communicating to her about this so others do NOT experience the bad visit as we did AND of course communication helps a business to thrive with regular customers that care to take time to do so. We got to this Taco Bell after a long day outside. My daughter had dirt on her hands from being outside while a friend of mine changed my tire. She went into the bathroom while I started to order. She walked out of the bathroom almost in tears! The water in the woman’s bathroom was so HOT it burned her! I went over to a group of 5 people that the cashier called “big boss people” and complained that the water didn’t have ANY cold water, only hot. I asked if the water in men’s room would be not as hot and they said it worse… so I went into the woman’s bathroom with my daughter, stuck my hands in the burning hot water and let it run down onto my daughters hands so it was a bit cooler by the time it hit her hands. My hands were bright red. The water was so hot, I possibly have sued them. The cashiers name was Lee and she was wonderful. An older black lady, who was just the nicest! The “big boss people” were completely useless and barely apologized. I’m glad we don’t live in Beloit and are not stuck coming to this location again. Awhile ago!?!?!? She claimed she has an plumber coming… and as Im explaining to her that there should be a sign out saying hot water so that a toddler didn’t get burned, she seemed uninterested and walked away as soon as she could. We asked for a remake and the lady was nice about it but the person preparing the food was really loud and talking back to people. I work in hair service and I was taught to care for clients and have an understanding and respect. The way that gentleman was acting was unacceptable. If I ran that place I’d have fired him on the spot. He speaks to his coworker very badly and she is an older woman. Higher prices and lower customer service these days. I had the Mexican pizza. It was fresh-tasting and made just right. I also had a bean burrito. It too was fresh-tasting and made perfectly, even included the right amount of red-sauce that can often be non-existent on most visits to numerous locations. Also the added sour cream was even pretty evenly distributed throughout, and not just a blob in the last bite or two. The baja blast soda was available & good too.
The cantina chicken crispy taco was, well, I can't really say much about this item, because when I asked them to add one to my order at the window, I was given a rather absurd answer. Because my food order was already up I could add the cantina chicken crispy taco but I would have to drive around and get back in line in the drive thru to pick it up, while the rest of my order got cold in my car. She further explained that was their policy. I've been going to this Taco Bell for decades and now and then me or someone in the car asked to add one simple item, like a crispy taco, to their order and they always accommodated with no issues and they were always quick too. Nowadays, Taco Bell has raised their prices high enough that they really don't need to care about customers so much, even when they are wanting to try the 'new' food item they are promoting. Frankly, if the food menus weren't video screens, constantly changing I probably would've seen the new item I wanted to try and added it to the order before I started pulling away. Just disappointed with the new direction they seem to be going.
