I placed a mobile order for 10 piece a nugget combo. Regular Mountain Dew wasn't an option in the app despite being an option in the store. I intended to ask when I arrived at the speaker to check in and forgot until I was handed a Baja Blast at the pickup window. The employee at the window was extremely kind and replaced it with a regular Mountain Dew without hesitation.
Unfortunately, that's where positive experience ended. The Mountain Dew had a glob of something dark floating on the surface, likely mold from a poorly maintained soda fountain. The nacho fries tasted like they had been sitting for at least an hour (this was lunch time, not the middle of the afternoon or late at night). The nuggets were missing the included sauces. Without the sauce the nuggets were dry and unappetizing. Nothing in this meal was edible. I hate wasting food, but the entire meal went in the trash.
I was initially excited to place the order because the menu prices were substantially less expensive than the locations around me in Washington County. It's extremely disappointing that the cost of eating out has skyrocketed while the quality of the food has rapidly deteriorated.

We had to wait AN HOUR for our MOBILE ORDER, we went inside originally because the sign outside said to go inside for mobile orders, where ignored 3 times by the guy in the picture until someone else came out and said the lobby was closed (while dude in pic sat right behind us) so we went and waited in line for forever. (Best part is while we were waiting in like, the dude in the pic, locked himself out of the building) he deserves to be fired, his crew was doing all the work while he just sat and walked around, and how are you gonna lock yourself out when YOU locked the door 10 mins ago🤣 throw the incompetent man out before he gives someone good poisoning or something. I understand you're understaffed but he's bacially not even staff at that point.

If only we could give negative stars! I ordered 3 cheesy fiesta potatoes, chicken chalupas, and a chicken quesadilla. Right when I got the bag, I checked and the potatoes were all over the food. I thought ok, maybe it’s just that one but I removed a napkin and it was basically all 3 I ordered. I asked for replacements and they parked me. They took a while so I decided to look at the tacos and I kid you not! The chicken chalupa had maybe 4 small pieces of chicken and all lettuce. I went right in and got my refund. Stay away! This location should be shut down. 🥲

The GM does not care about serving or doing her job. We pulled in an hour before close and we were scolded at as she was our parent. We were told not to do this (going through the drive through an hour before close) and told us she would call our parents because “we shouldn’t be out this late”. Honestly, I'd rather drive out to Waukesha for Taco Bell that's at least edible. They do get your order out quick, but it's cold, barely has anything in it, and tastes like wet garbage. I had a mobile order and they asked me to pull around and park. I did so waiting for my food still… 20 MINUTES went by until I finally went in and asked where it was. Turns out it was just sitting on the counter so by the time I got it, everything was soggy and cold. The woman working the drive thru was the only positive thing I encountered. She was nice and attentive. They ran out of ground beef and offered me chicken or steak instead. I chose steak and it is more of a shredded beef and was very dry and salty, ruining my food. I asked for avocado salsa and I had to pay extra for it. They tied my bag shut and I asked the man if my sauces were in the bag, he checked and they claimed everything was there. I get home to find no sauces in my bag. It's not the point, just the principal. This Taco Bell is terrible and such a disappointment.

I only come to this location because it's close to my job. More than half the time when I pull up to the drive thru they say I have to come inside to place my order. Whenever I show up past 9pm they're usually closed despite their posted hours saying otherwise. Today I waited in the drive thru and watched as someone placed their order (you can see the menu items being added on the screen) but when I pulled up I was told I wait and a few minutes later the person working the drive thru got back to me they said I would have to come inside to order. What a bunch of clowns. I went to Jimmy John's.

I use to come to this taco bell every Friday night after work around 1230am but in the last few months the last 3 times I have gone they say they are only doing orders for delivery?? If u aren't open to the public then u should change the hours of operation on the store so that people don't drive out of their way to be turned away. I don't understand how this place is still able to be open with the poor service and the poor "quality" of food. I will not be returning to this place and will definitely not suggest this to anyone since it seems to be poorly ran.

Arrived at the restaurant 10 minutes after placing a mobile order only to be presented with the sign that says I must go inside to pick up my mobile order regardless. Walked inside and all employees had their heads down and we're sleeping in the lobby. I think that's enough to give you an idea of what kind of quality Taco Bell this is. I highly recommend avoiding this one. This is definitely not the first bad experience that I have had at this location.

After I got my order I realized they missed an order of nachos but they gave me the missed item. I come home and find out they missed a high price item and all the tacos had literally no meat to them. Worst experience I've ever had at a taco bell. This only order online or come in and order is a horrible idea and because of that I will never eat here again. Some people work full time and don’t have time to be on their phone to order. I want to quickly go to a drive through order my food how I want it and leave. The app also does not let me order my sour cream on the side and is a waist of my time. This location has horrible customer service. I stopped by there drive thru yesterday and it was closed. They wanted me to drive around, park, and come inside. The inconveniences that I experience at this location is normal operating procedure. Almost never actually able to take orders. Either "we are not currently taking orders " OR the more common "hello, if you'd like to order please come inside and use the kiosk " -- NO, if I wanted to come inside, I wouldn't be in the drive-thru right now now would I?
The rare times they DO take orders, they're almost never correct. I'm only speaking to the evening and weekends. If you go for lunch and have a good experience, then good for you.

Nothing but amazing service from Maury / Jay Even with less than 30 minutes til close. So refreshing to get a pleasant experience when it’s close to closing time. Fresh food on top of all that made me want to do more to show my appreciation and gratitude.

Whoever owns this Taco Bell is paying workers to be lazy and do nothing. I don't care if you're the only one working or if only 2 of you are working. YOU. ARE. PAID. TO. WORK. You are being paid to provide a service! When you say, "We are not taking orders due to staffing," shut down, put a closed sign up, and go home.

Do not go anytime after 8pm, the staff gets wicked lazy and will tell you over the drive thru speaker that they "are not taking any orders currently. Thank you"
Went there at 9pm, most of the time I am there after 730pm, and 50% of the time I hear that statement or something very similar. I really hope the owner goes there one night, hears that and immediately terminates everyone there. I am recommending to Google that the house are changed to say they close at 830 pm to warn people

I’ll give my friends here a solid 4. They always get my order right. While a bit backed up at times, they are always gracious and offer free drinks to hopefully make up for the wait. So I gotta give them that.

Today the gentleman came in fast from his weed smoke break and lied saying he couldn't take my order at the front. Directing me to the ordering kiosk which I don't like. You can't order healthy choices and this doesn't teach good guest communication and services, also how to communicate nicely with people. They were out of diet mountain dew, no unsweet tea and his attitude was lazy yet anxious. He didn't wash his hands after running in from his break. It wasn't busy at that time either. ✔️

Apparently placing your order online means your order is last to be made. Drive thru filled and emptied multiple times while we were still waiting. Initially got to the window and they told us to go inside to get our order because they haven't started it yet. The whole point of drive thru and ordering online was we needed our order quick and didn't want to get out in the rain. Took over a half hour to get our food. This is not our first bad experience with this location.

I stopped today they don't even answer the drive thru most of the time and there is always an issue like they are too busy for a customer. Today I got home and my cheese on my quesadilla wasn't even melted, and they made me order my food at the drive thru through the taco bell app, because they obviously didn't want to deal with me.

If you order more than one thing make sure to check your order. I have a large family and the food was cold, the hard shell tacos were so soggy we had to use a fork to eat them. They forgot all the chips and cheese for my kids and I had to go back to get it. They claim they were out of boxes for their “big boxes” but then they should put the individual order into small bags so they can be given out. This is how they miss things. The soft tacos were supposed to have extra cheese and they had extra lettuce, not cheese. Terrible experience!!!
