Went through the drive-through to order, the kid was swearing at any minor inconvenience, gave me the wrong food. So I went in and they made it again... Also wrong. 40 minutes later I finally walk out with the correct order, but they forgot the salsa that I had to pay extra for. Good food, but these kids need better training.

It is taco bell after all, but if you want to improve Quality and customer satisfaction please close the drive-thru. After placing our order, Paid the $67.05 for our food which ended up being incorrect (again). Something about the drive thru process is broken.

I ordered a black bean Crunchwrap supreme and received beef, I did not notice it was beef until I had eaten most of it because with the hot sauce it tasted like my normal order and I was talking to a friend. Normally this would not be a big deal, but I am a strict vegan and the revelation was very upsetting. If you have dietary restrictions, be wary of this location.

Four small burritos cost me over $25 and I waited in the drive thru line for over 20 minutes! Not fast food and not good food and it was cold when I finally got it. What happened to good food at a reasonable price at Taco Bell?? They will never get another dime from me - I can get better, fresher and more food at Qdoba that isn't cold for the same or less price. Normally never have issues with this location however me and the girlfriend got dinner from here last night consisting of the build your own box from the app with beefy 5 layer burritos, a Crunchwrap and a chalupa. Not even 24 hours later and we are both terribly sick coming out both ends. Hopefully this isn’t another stint of E.Coli like other places are dealing with.

Went thru drive thru, placed order for 1 burrito, pulled up and had to wait 5 minutes for the car in front of me to get their order. When they finally got to me, I asked them about the hold up and they said they were training people and that's why. A couple minutes later I finally got my order and drove off. You might want to train them to put napkins in the bag, there's weren't any. And there is something called a pull up (to prevent the whole line from having to wait) where you have customers pull up and their order will be brought out when done.

If I wanted vegetarian food I would of gone to vegetarian restaurant. Our food was almost all lettuce and you were lucky if you found any meat in the stuff we bought. My husband got the quesadilla which got smaller in size and acouple of pieces of meat and more expensive. I won't recommend taco bell to anyone any more.Very disappointed.

I have been to this Taco Bell location several times, and it’s been quite a disappointment. The amount of times I’ve had incorrect items or items that are just thrown together is unbelievable. It’s also so ridiculously slow. By all means, Taco Bell’s usually aren’t super speedy, but waiting 35 minutes with two cars ahead of me in insane. Making McDonald’s look real good.

Although I’ve had some pleasant workers, I’ve also been unimpressed with quite a few of them. I know it’s fast food and spot on professionalism is not expected, but there’s no mannerism and some of them are downright rude. It might not be the greatest job ever, but there should be some standards.

They were busy with the car line outside and we were one of those car's. We got our food, but either we or they forgot our drink, not a problem, but when I got my food, simple things like soft tacos with only meat/cheese/sour cream, right? My original review was average food with terrible service. Now I want to expand that by saying, the Burlington location is by far the worst location to order food at in spring of 2022. Check your food and item's before leaving the drive through. Every order since later 2021/2022 that I've had was made incorrectly or there was missing item's. We visited the drive through at 5:57pm and there were 9 cars ahead of us. It took 22 minutes to arrive at the order kiosk. We placed our order efficiently and the person taking the order was pleasant and thorough. When we placed our order there were 5 cars ahead of us with orders already placed. We received our full order and correctly prepared (we did get an extra taco but I am not complaining 😉) at 6:48pm almost an hour later. I was hoping that the wait would at least warrant the idea that everything would be hot and fresh but we began to eat the fries before driving away and unfortunately they were cold but the cheese sauce was screaming hot so I guess it balanced it out 🤷‍♀️. I did still worry about time/temperature abuse but I was super hungry. I also requested a receipt because one was not given with the return of my card nor was I asked if I wanted it and when I looked at the receipt that was given to me it actually wasn’t even the receipt of my order but possibly another car in line. The receipt is not a huge deal but I like to have it in case I have to dispute a charge or prove I didn’t receive the product I paid for. In this case, I really wanted to fill out the survey so your company can be informed of the 49 minute experience we had in this drive through. I chose not to express my feelings to the workers because I feel they are trying their best and actually had great attitudes. My hope is your company will take this information and consider operating adjustments to create more efficiency for your loyal customers and some sort of relief to your loyal team members. Best of luck to your location, we love those cravings boxes for a quick pick up but we will be choosing better quality family owned options now that your location gave me the realization that food that is bad for me is going to take as long to receive as food from a mom/pop that is good for my body and beneficial to my community.
