There was a huge line, and our food was already ready, but no one was moving since everyone was waiting for their names to be called. I walked over to the mobile order pickup table to check if one of the bags was ours — I just turned it around to look for our name — and a worker suddenly yelled at me not to touch any food and said they’d call the cops. I was honestly really shocked and embarrassed since I didn’t mean any harm.

After that, we tried to ask for our food, but he completely ignored us, so we ended up waiting around 45 minutes even though our order was already ready. I totally understand that there are food safety policies, but the way the situation was handled felt unnecessarily aggressive and unprofessional.

ordered when it was fairly busy, but my “order” took over 2 hours to come out. By the time I left it the restaurant was all but empty, only DoorDash orders going out.I only ordered 2 bean and rice burritos and a cheese quesadilla. My friend who ordered right before me got theirs within 15 minutes. I asked about it every 15-30 minutes because I assumed I had been skipped but they kept confirming it would be right out. Staff admittedly did seem annoyed with me for checking but I was getting impatient after 2 whole hours for fast food. When my order did come out, it contained literally nothing I ordered other than a quesadilla. Had two random other things and it all had meat. After 2 hours of waiting I just gave up and gave the food to someone who needed it more because I couldn’t eat it. Not sure what happened here but am sure that it was unreasonable.

Saw the biggest rat of my life scurrying across the floor and along the walls. A bunch of girls screamed as it ran near them and only then did the workers try and do something about it. Someone chased it around for a bit with a broom and then lost site of it. I felt like I didn’t want to eat at this place anymore so I asked the guy at the counter if I could just cancel my order and be refunded, he gives me some sort of response that was not English but also not even Spanish, just completely unintelligible but gave an attitude that he didn’t understand what I was asking and was trying to just be like “no that’s not something you can do.” If this were a location staffed by competent people I don’t think I would have any issue cancelling an order because a gorilla sized rat was strutting around their restaurant like it lived there. Then I see the rat again running across every surface in the kitchen, just so gross, and a worker is chasing it around with a Broom again. It eventually comes back out of the kitchen and is perched on something kind of on the wall when the worker gives it a giant smack with the broom and it literally exploded everywhere. Like this was not a small rat, this was like if you exploded a dog. Just a giant mess. Rat parts ended up everywhere and got on some people and I saw the tail flip end over end through the air until it perfectly stuck the landing in someone’s straw. A worker came out with a washcloth and started on the exploded rat cleanup operation and then used the same washcloth right after to clean the nozzles on the soda machines.

So.....okay. I try to leave positive reviews for places, but I'm a little disappointed in Taco Bell Cantina. This is the third time that an order of mine from this location has been messed up, although the first time commenting. And the reason why I'm posting is because I ordered a Mexican pizza combo, and didn't get the Mexican pizza. Now, while the person that handled the call was very sincere and professional, it was just disappointing to be told that I would have to come in to get the pizza considering I ordered delivery.. And I say that to say that it can't be Door Dash's fault unless they are packaging the orders. A truly frustrating experience

Staff did not understand me when I tried to tell them their soda machine needs syrup refilled. I told them three different syrups were empty from my different attempts and he did not understand what I was saying. I asked to speak to manager and he went in back and did not return so I called amd asked to speak to manager and I was calling from lobby and she was also acting like she could not understand me either, granted I was speaking English and tried using a variation of words. Needless to say I was unable to have a drink I paid for nor a refund. Food was good though. Won't be back to this location.

This place is messy. The service was poor. I had to ask for the extra sour cream that I had paid for. The crunch wrap was poorly made. This store is advertising breakfast on their main board inside but when you ask for it they say they just stopped serving it so hasn't been taken down. They have two signs in different spots for where you’re supposed to pick up food, both say “Mobile & Delivery Pickup”. Neither spot works, you kinda just have to flag someone down. They’ve also got an Orders screen that at other Taco Bells would tell you your order’s progress, here it seems completely unused. Surprisingly top notch customer service and the best freshest taco bell I've ever been to. I came in the other day for lunch and the cashier was friendly and joked around and made small talk with me since it was slow. The lettuce could not have been more green, the tomatoes were fresh, best chalupa bread this side of the border, and my nacho cheese cup was billowing steam when i took the top off. It was like a stoner's wet dream. The perfect taco bell experience. Thank you all for your service. The staff here work ridiculously hard. Friday n Saturday nights here are like the goat pens at the zoo where you can feed them pellets in a waffle cone for $3. I don't blame them for shutting the doors at 1:45 on weekends. Good for them. The late night crowd is feral to put it eloquently.

The kitchen staff is rude and incompetent in terms of customer service. I stood in line for 5 minutes waiting for a staff member to take my order, while I watched two employees in the back prepare online orders. Both employees looked at me and continued making orders. So, after about 6 minutes, I walked to the back window and asked one of them, "is anyone taking orders?" He said, "No, " and proceeded to go back to making tacos. I then asked him, "Why would you just watch me stand in line and say nothing?" His response, looking at me and continuing to make tacos. Before I wrote this, I read in a review pertaining to this particular place that the kitchen staff seem prejudice, I'm not sure, but I do know that they are rude and dismissive. And I'm glad I didn't waste my money today contributing to their establishment or their paychecks. I won't be back and I'd give zero stars if Google didn't force me to provide one.

I tried to get dine-in but after standing at the register forever, an employee told me it's easier to just go through the drive through. 🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢 ⚠️ WARNING ⚠️ I have eaten here a few times before. The last two times I ordered on Uber Eats I had an issue with my order. The last time no biggie, they didn't put steak on my crunch wrap supreme, which I was refunded for. This time I received my order, ate some of the nacho cheese fries and gave some to my 13 month old. I took everything else out of the bag and there was a dead cockroach in the bottom of the bag! Gross 🤢🤢 I'm expecting a full refund from Uber Eats and I advise everyone to eat elsewhere. Place is super rare to actually open on time (workers inside just watch and wait for nobody to be around) and on weekends for breakfast there is typically 1 worker and during the week like 4....brilliant management....or lack there of. They also are notorious for saying food is ready on app just to arrive and wait an additional 10 to 15 mins. They also never turn the online ordering for breakfast on I'm sure on purpose to get less orders. Everytime I try to get breakfast on app it says "breakfast not available at this time" and its literally 930 and they open at 9 if you're lucky. Completely lazy crew.

My girlfriend and I had never been to the Cantina before and we thought that we would give it a try. We ordered our food on the self order kiosk and we sat down to wait for our food. The guy yelling out names was barely understandable and when I realized it was my name he was calling out I sprung up to get my food and thanked him. As he was walking away he made a passive aggressive remark to the tune of "self order means you wait for your food" that really rubbed me the wrong way. Went to Taco Bell with a hankering for tacos, was told by employee blowing cigarette smoke into my face out front that they were not "taking orders." I was confused by the fact that there were at least 15 other patrons in the restaurant. I met my friends who were already inside and proceeded to watch the employee lock the front door behind them when returning from their smoke break. Locking confused patrons both outside and inside the restaurant. The employee became visibly upset when asked by customer inside the restaurant if they could leave. Due to the off putting atmosphere we took the opportunity to make our escape as well, not looking forward to the prospect of being locked inside a Taco Bell should the worker decide they weren't going to unlock the door for future requests.
