Supposed to be open at 7am. Stopped in at 8:15am and unable to go in. No hours listed on door entering in from convenience store. No signs indicating anything at all. If you're going to operate our of a truck stop you should probably allow truckers access to your business. Our trucks don't fit through a drive thru.

Save yourself the time and energy and just got to the TB on Lawrence. If you attempt the Taco Bell on main at any point after 11 their “system” is down regardless of how your paying. It must be the system that tells them how to make the tacos not sure what other system it could possibly be.

We have tried going here 4 times in the last month. There has been no line, and we are still told "it will be 15 minutes before I can take your order" EVERY TIME. We waited another 32 minutes to get our food the one time we stayed in line. 47 minutes total.
The other three times we left after being told how long the wait would be. They need to have more than one person working at a time. I will never go to this location again, and if I experience this at another location I will be done with all taco bells for good.

This particular location is slightly off the beaten path so it's cleaner then others. My limited time only tacos were reality bendingly good. Service was fast and friendly.

I suggest patrons check your order before you leave as my order was missing some items and I sure ain't driving back to fix it. Disappointing but rare occurrence.

I was at the drive thru and I asked for a #1 (3 taco Supremes and a drink) she said will that complete the order? I looked at the screen and said "I order 3 taco Supremes and the screen says 3 tacos" she said that's what a #1 is. I paid and got back to work and found 3 tacos that the shells where so soggy they looked like they were made over an hour ago. It just confirmed why I hate taco bell!

1st on the weekend for breakfast I had to walk up to the drive thru because the lobby wasn't open and I drive a semi truck. 2nd today January 8th 2023, even tho there are two ladies in the store and the lobby WA open they make you use the kiosk where my modification could not be made there. When I asked for my extra jalapeño sause on the side they said it. Said no jalapeño sauce and made me. Pay for a side and never put the orginal amount on it. I know that I put in sour cream but some how between checking it on the kiosk and paying on the kiosk it wasn't there. So frustrating. This is why I hate kiosk because so much can go wrong. Lastly the lady who was in charge at the time had such attitude from the start when I arrived. No greeting just start your order on the kiosk.. And when I asked for the changes that the kiosk didn't allow she got more attitude. Can't find good custom service

I used to come here in the mornings for their breakfast, almost all summer and fall, however over the last 2 months, more often than not, there hours, website, and order screen show they’re open and there’s no one there… one day they had a sign that said open by 8, well 815 came around and no one was there still. Stop serving breakfast if you don’t have the employees to open, or the ability to put a sign up and actually hold to those hours. 10/10 don’t waste your time coming here.

Very annoying to show up at this location looking to have lunch inside in the dining area only to find the entrance door locked on a Tuesday at noon, which has also happened previously. There is no good reason for this. Even if the staff may have been short handed, it shouldn't hamper servicing the front counter which is 6 feet away from the drive through window. More than likely due to lazy employees that put their own comfort over customer service.

On Wednesday, November 6th I stopped for lunch at this Taco Bell. I went inside and ordered my food. I was given my drink cup and gave them my name. They called "Mark" Mark came up and got his food and went and sat down. A little while later they called "Mark" again. Mark came up and said that the food he was given didn't belong to him, the worker looked at the screen and said oh that must have been Kirk's Order. She handed Mark his food and I assumed that she put in my order again as she had handed it to Mark. I waited a while longer and I went and asked where my food was. She said that I should have been listening for my name, I told her that she called "Mark" not "Kirk" and Mark had taken my food by accident. At this point I had been waiting 40 minutes for my lunch. I asked if I could get my money back and I was told that only the manager could give me my money back, they called the manager. After waiting 10 minutes for the manager the manager came in and was very rude, gave me my money back and then turned to the employees and said "if he's getting his money back he should give us our drink back". I handed back the soda and left without any food after 50 minutes of waiting.

I have come here many times and the employees are just rude, miss items or constantly taking smoke breaks and no actually working. I recently ordered through the app this past saturday at 8pm thinking its not late and the app said it was ready for pickup. I arrive and they are closed for short staffing. So i go yesterday to ask just to get the food and show them the app and my order and they refuse and said to talk to the manager. So i call today and they said come in before 130 and ill take care of it. I arrive and am once again told no. I have made a corporate complaint about this location and not getting anywhere. Do not go to this location ever. Please shut it down if you cannot stay staffed or refuse to make things right and make excuses.

“Open Late”, possibly but not with adequate service. Waiting in line at 11pm, number 4 in the drive thru for 15 minutes not moving even once while carloads of teens screamed back and forth. I don’t know how this place is still open. Pulled up to the drive through behind about 4 cars at 6 P.M. I ordered on the mobile app before going to the restaurant and paid before also. We got there and noticed it was taking a really long time for the cars in front of us to order their food. Then the other cars started driving away from the restaurant. We then pulled up to the window and told they lady I was there for a mobile order under my name. She then told me it would be a 10-15 minute wait (which is fine) but then I was told the items I ordered weren’t on the menu. Even though I ordered off their app and could see the items on the drive thru menu. Never received any food and haven’t been able to get a refund. Never coming here again!

They make us pull ahead by the parking area because they say a parking sensor is installed and they will get in trouble for taking to long. There was a long line outside, so my kid and I decided to go inside and order quick. It was quite busy inside as well. Felt awful for the employees as they had horrible, rude customers. A sweet guy came up and asked if we had ordered, I said no, not yet, and he quickly assisted us. Easily and by far the worst Tbell in the Green Bay area. It’s a miracle if they get your order right and a bigger miracle if they don’t throw a fit about having to make it correctly. The lady at the drive through was very nice, shout-out to her, my only complaint is she didn’t ask me if I wanted sauce, but now to the good, I am reviewing the cheesy Gordita crunch deluxe box, the chips and cheese was a solid, chips a little salty, that cheese got my tongue feeling a certain way, but the surpreme burrito was cold, very disappointing, must’ve been sitting out, felt disrespected by that, the dorito locos tacos hits me pretty hard, makes me let out a little sound iykyk, but now to the cheesy Gordita crunch, very bland, practically a normal taco wrapped in dough with chipotle sauce, not a mvp performance at all, chips and cheese-8.5, Doritos locos tacos, 8.2, surpreme burrito-6.8, cheesy chipotle Gordita crunch-7.3, baja zero- 8.8 overall score 7.9~BennyEats

Honestly the service was pretty garbage. After we had our order taken, the staff stood around talking for 10 minutes before starting to make our food. Won't lie had a mess up on my order but soon as I bit into it and went to counter the lady knew exactly what was going on. She thought I left so they fixed it and gave me the old one as well! Ty will be for lunch tomorrow!!!

This is the second time my order has been messed up. I just ordered the grilled Burrito Box and my taco was completely in pieces and no Taco holder and the burrito was completely cold the only thing that seemed up to kosher cuz the drink that came with the Box.

Why is the dining room closed when we're forced to use the self checkouts? How difficult is it to take five minutes to clean tables? We worked a lot harder for a lot less back in the better days of Taco Bell. This location used to be borderline okay, but worthy of NO stars in my book.

Friendly service next door at the A&W with a real cashier ready to take your order the way it should always be.

They never ever open on time. I was there at 7:10 and the drive through still said they were close and an employee was walking out to his vehicle. So much for serving breakfast there why not take it off of the menu. Also change your hours to 7:30 but then they’d probably open at 8. It’s 7:08 right now and of course they’re not open yet.

I drive truck and can't ever just order at this location. Dining room closed arbitrarily while multiple employees stand around outside smoking. I don't want to hear the excuse that they're understaffed when I've applied to several fast food places, including this one and haven't heard back. Corporations are using it as an excuse to make a profit.

The last time I was at the drive thru, despite there being lights on and no indication that they would be closed, no one ever came to take our order. I've been to other Taco Bells that closed early, they at least put up a sign or something. We sat there in silence for multiple minutes, with a line of cars behind us, before we gave up and went to a different Taco Bell. Car behind us had a lot less patience than us because they left the parking lot before we did!

Horrific customer service from a bunch of kids. I was looking for a grown up on the premises!! Short kid with VERY greasy long brown hair is not as cool as he thinks he is!!

I don't go to taco bell for the service but the service here is consistently horrible. Different people running the drive through and all have been rude every single time. The food is hit or miss and with the service being how it is, I'll gladly go to other places.
If you don't like your job get a new one. Good Customer Service is not hard to give to your customers.
