Got a grub hub order. Called to check if it was made fresh or waiting a long time due to lengthy wait for a driver to be assigned. Rudest person I’ve ever spoken too. This is the worst taco bell i have ever been to. Me and my girlfriend go to get food. We order a meal deal with a Freeze. Not only was the person at the drive thru window rude and unprofessional, she didn’t take our order down the correct way. Which is fine, because at the window when she gave us our food and the freeze we noticed it was a reg, when we ordered a large. I was kind about it at the start and asked her if she could please change it to a large, and that we were willing to pay for the upcharge. Now she responded with “No you weee mumbling i couldn’t hear what you said, and that’s what your getting” and continued to slam the window in our faces. So we went back around to the microphone and asked for a large freeze (again willing to pay). At which point the lady started to cuss us out and told us to get out of the drive thru. She even called the cops on us. Again we were not rude, we were not being extra or out of place. This is the worst service i’ve ever seen and i cannot believe something like that is allowed to occur at an establishment so widely known.

Service was horrible. The people forgot my burrito and when I told them the person who gave me my food just stood there and stared at me. So I asked if she’d like to see my bag cause I didn’t know what else to do. So they “looked” through the bag more like destroyed it. They tour through my tacos and other food with their hands and then accused me of stealing it when they didn’t find it I literally had the bag for 2 seconds when would I have stole it?( and like why would I steal a 4 dollar burrito??!!?! ) then they gave me the food back and it was purely chilled to the bone and destroyed and then finally gave me my burrito. But they forget my sauce which was the one reason I went in the first place because my daughter had her heart set on trying it. So I went inside and asked for the sauce and the guy started screaming at me infront of all the customers about how I tried to steal. I go to this Taco Bell all the time after work because it’s super close so after this horrible experience I decided to try going on more time and again they forgot some of my food. I will not be returning. Also I’m 90% sure they were high.

I go there consistently, about once a week. there has not been a single time in the past 2 months where they haven't catastrophically messed up my order. from forgetting customizations (that I paid extra for!), giving me the wrong items, giving me ingredients I didn't ask for, and just overall horrible customer service. it sucks that I have to stop going here, cause this used to be my favorite taco bell, but at this point I've probably wasted upwards of $100 here that was inedible.

Well I ordered 3 tacos. First off the order of the tacos was wrong and also all three tacos were smashed. There is no way they made them like that. Put food in small bag not sure if food got smashed due to size of bag or how they handled it but if I could upload a picture of these tacos I would. This is the worst experience I ever had. I try we to call to explain the problem of my order but no one answers the phone. Called a different store and he said he would put the complaint to the DM. I wasn’t going to pay this money and have my order completely wrong and crushed up so I ended driving back to store. The employees were rude and at I point wasn’t going to survive me. I told them cause of me have to drive back to store I wanted refund and my food made right. They said they wouldn’t do that it was 1 or the other. I don’t think that should be what should have happen. Cause I had to drive back to store and they were rude to me. The receipt says Austin is the one that took my order but the girl said her name was Lillian. I asked her for the dm name and she’s like I don’t know then I asked her to ask the other 2 guys and she said no and that I can figure it out myself. Very disappointed. I feel that it wouldn’t get to the point it did if they would answer the store phone. Not sure if I would ever go back to this store if this is how they treat the customers

This Taco Bell is a hot mess. My mom, who happens to be a disabled vet and I stopped in on one of her very few days out of the house. We pull up to the drive thru and the young blonde girl working got a huge attitude towards my mom because my mom (on oxygen, trying to catch her breath while ordering) wasn't loud or fast enough. She was absolutely disrespectful and her and her "manager" tried making every excuse in the book when I came inside to confront her about her unprovoked behavior.

Refuses to accommodate with DoorDash.
I had an order that was sent to me from DoorDash with 3 orders. And when I came up there, I was told that they cannot give more than 2 orders to a dasher.

I CANNOT control what DoorDash gives me, deliveries depend on how many people are delivering in the area and where a dasher is located at and how many dashers are in the area. If I were to unassign a dash, it affects my performance with DoorDash. So you guys should NOT have any power against bringing more than 2 orders per dasher. That does not make me happy.

I’ve been a loyal customer to this location for over ten years probably but the night time crew is so wacked out on drugs that they can’t even serve the most basic of orders correctly.

This past Saturday night, we ordered 2 orders of Grilled Cheese Loaded Fries and both boxes were put into the bag empty.

The drugged out wannabe manager couldn’t put more than a sentence together when discussing how empty boxes got out into my bag.

We had to pay twice for some items. “The customer is always right” is definitely not practiced here, and no remedy was given except for simply paying twice items.

We went there today around 2, there were three girls and a boy. When we walked in, they just kept giving us looks like we weren’t supposed to be there and standing around laughing and talking. I looked around and saw none of the tables were cleaning and everything was just unsanitary. The girl that took our order, didn’t seem like she wanted to be there. She had blonde hair and a little older than the people that were there. I don’t know if this is a constant thing, it kinda ticked me off as I worked in the food industry before and to be honest, compare to wear I worked to the store, it was disgusting honestly.

Waited in the drive through and we were told about 4 minute wait on crispy chicken tacos. Well over 10 minutes go by and the entire time employees were yelling, screaming and messing around in the kitchen which we saw the entire time we waited. 6-12-23 update. Drove through for a quick snack. An order of nachos was $1.99. You can see in the picture there are bally any chips. The small diet pepsi was $2.29 (I justhad to measure how much soda I actually had in my cup when I got home). There was 8oz of soda. This would be the equivalence of paying $3.43 for a 12oz can of soda. A complete rip off. I will never go back to be cheated out of my money.

It's Taco Bell. We all know what the food tastes like. Expect missing sauces, napkins and broken shells. But we keep going back so don't act surprised because we all know that most of the employees are experiencing their first job and make mistakes.

Every trip, food we ordered was what we got. Food was made correctly all but once(guys, don't try taking shortcuts by skipping the grill of chili cheese burritos w/sour cream. When you do, the entire burrito is ice cold). Employees are always friendly and food comes out in a timely manner.

Just went to the drive through with my friend and ordered our usual order when going through. When we got the bag we double checked because it was lighter. We checked the bag and it was missing three chipotle melts. When we drove back around the lady at the counter cut us off saying we that she put it in the bag herself. And cut the line before we could order another 3. When we tried to just order 3 more at the window, the manager threatened to call the police for trespassing.

I get it, mistakes happen, or people have a bad day, but it’s $3 and we were going to pay the three new chipotle melts. I’m sorry you were upset, but we just wanted our food.

Nobody working here knows what a sauce packet is or has the ability to place one in a bag. I keep making the mistake of eating here or ordering though a delivery service and I've had them omit the sauce probably 10-15 times, despite it being on the receipt. Great when open. Am a regular there, and they dont often mess up my orders. My issue is that it says they are open until 1am sunday through thursday, but seem to close around 12:30am, cause i started my new shift and everytime i go there after work (typically by 12:45am or sooner) they are already closed. Kinda frustrating since nowhere else in my area is open that late and i dont always have the energy to cook after a 10+ hour day of work. Itd just be nice to be able to get it sometimes.
