I had not been to a Taco Bell for many years and my granddaughter requested we stop after dance class. I was pleasantly surprised with the exceptional service . The gentleman at the counter could have not been nicer . My granddaughter ordered her favorite, 1 cheese wrap and 2 soft shell tacos .
Having not been there for a while I had no idea what I should try . I chose the Nacho Grande . I
The Nachos were as good as any restaurant I had been to . It really hit the spot . Definitely a Great Value .

Went to Taco Bell off the freeway in DeForest and went to the drive thru. They told us that it would be a 15-20 minute wait so we said that we can’t wait that long and left the line. The boy in the window was pointing at us and laughing since we weren’t going to wait. I’ve never heard of a 15-20 minute wait at a drive through with 2 cars ahead of us and I didn’t know if we should have been laughed at when we left the line!!

Just spent $28.19 on Take Out food as I'm a Truck Driver on down time relaxing. The hard shelled Taco Supremes were as thin as the Regular Hard Shelled Tacos with hardly any Ingredients inside of them. The Mexican Taco was okay. The Soft Tacos sure could have had more Ingredients inside them too. So Disappointed in you Taco Bell!!! That's why I don't hardly ever eat here anymore, your Quality has diminished greatly.

It's just Taco Bell right? WRONG! The Taco Bell in DeForrest WI was freaking amazing. Walked in with 5 hangry kids and 2 fed up parents. Took to long to order, Had to pee. And sleep deprived to boot.

This place was fast, accurate, cleaner than I have ever seen a Taco Bell. And on top of it all, the manager came out like 3 times to make sure it was up to par for everyone in the place.

If that wasn't great enough, we didn't even gas each other out afterwards. So well done by the crew I even stopped to compliment them before I left. Something I never do because its too peopley trying to.

Corporate needs to give the whole staff a raise.

Food was fine but they dont lable or probably wrap anything if big orders so you have to unrawrap all of your burritos and open them up to find out which is which and it makes a huge mess. There is literally space on the packaging to lable them but they dont use them and even use the incorrect packaging on stuff. Its especially annoying when a member of your group has a dietary restriction so you have to carefully find out which one will make them sick. Then again its taco bell so itll probably make everyone sick anyway.
Best to go to a different taco bell if possible.

Everytime we come to this place they are "out" of something but if I sit in the lot and order on the app they magically have it. I ordered the grilled steak burrito combo that comes with the hard shell taco.

First, the hard shell taco. Normally I don't get hard shell tacos from Taco Bell because the hard shells are usually either stale, broken, or soggy. But this one was nice. The tortilla held together well under the ingredients, and while the taco want stuffed, it wasn't bare either. Good job, here.

The grilled cheese steak burrito was also very good, nice fat burrito folded nicely filled with flavor and ingredients that weren't dripping in grease. Also very nice. My only complaint being that the cheese on top was more like dried glue or varnish than anything. But, it's fast food, so.

Very good meal, I wish all of Taco Bells menu items were as good as this, and I wish that all the cooks making them made them this well.

I’ve came to this Taco Bell a A few times and every time we’ve been there, they have messed up our order where we have to come all the way back or come inside so they can fix our food. We either get the wrong stuff in our bag or our food is made. The place is absolutely disgusting inside, also one of the managers there is really rude. She got upset because she gave us the wrong food so we complained about it and then she got mad at us which isn’t right at all. Maybe their workers should pay attention to the food screen orders I will not be going to this Taco Bell after finding a piece of hair in my food that is gross .

I placed an order in the app for breakfast today (Sunday, 22Jan2024). I arrived at the restaurant at 10:45a CST and proceeded to the drive thru (note that there was a sign on the front of the restaurant stating that the drive thru was open) and waited for a response at the speaker.

After waiting 10 minutes, and saying good morning to see if maybe it was just a sensor issue, I drove around to see what was going on. This was when I saw that there was nobody visible in the restaurant. When I tried the front door, it was locked.

11a CST on a Sunday and the restaurant isn't open? No signs were put up saying it was closed, and as I mentioned, there was a sign in front staring that the drive thru was open. Also, the app allowed me to place an order and pay for it, even though the restaurant wasn't open. Why wasn't the app updated? By the time I had gotten back to my car, it was too late to go somewhere else for a quick breakfast.

A comedy of unforced errors on the part of Taco Bell. Absolutely ridiculous.

They always seem to have something wrong with their machines or out of an item some excuse so they don’t have to work. Let’s start by saying if you can process my payment online you should be able to process a refund when you mess things up the same way…
I order online so all of the instructions are clear and not up to the person at the window trying to do multiple things at once, sadly the orders are still wrong most of the time…
I ordered a chalupa and swapped the beef for black beans which is what is printed on the receipt. The packaging has beans circled and I still received beef.
When I called they advise I can take another 20 minutes to drive back in to potentially get the right item or I can advise at the window the next time I attempt to order that I spoke with Hannah and am owed a free chalupa. Excuse me if this he said she said system of we owe you doesn’t work for me when you can’t even give me the correct order as it’s typed out…. I say this does not work and I would like a refund, of course the response is you have to come in to get a refund.
All in all I have no lunch… I was given something I don’t eat and I’m out the gas money it took to drive there in the first place.
Be sure to check everything thoroughly right there at the drive thru window in order to confirm it’s right, it’s rare they hit that low benchmark.

This tbell is the best one around that I've ever had the experience of going to, they have only ever messed up an order a handful of times, and they have always made it right with me when I talk to them. I work in Deforest, I have tbell at least once a week, the staff is always friendly, the service is always fast, they are short staffed, like most places right now, but you guys are doing awesome! Right now you are temporarily closed and I'm very sad, I am tbell deprived, I hope you open back up soon. Everyone that works there deserves a bonus, keep up the great work :D
