Going through the night time drive thru is such a great part of my day. Always giving a full experiance and having a good time/attitude. They also fix mistakes without a fuss and dont try and jip you on the food. Always put full effort in. Could use some better decor for the outside though. I always have a good experience at this location. The staff is always friendly. The food is typical taco bell. The staff has been such a breath of fresh air, more than they will ever know and more than one would expect from a fast food drive thru. My puppy and I thank you greatly for your kindness in the drive thru today.

Me and my friend often go this Taco Bell late at night and out of all the places we visit from here to Janesville and Milwaukee this Taco Bell has some of the coolest and most chill employees that are amazing. Derick and Livingston are some of the best guys in the food space you could ask for. Get these two champs a pay raise!

This store has really went down hill since the prior management under Rob. We used to get greeted coming and going. Not anymore. Staff seems to be more interested in horseplay and having fun than taking care of customers. In the past the place was kept immaculate and the employees came around asking to pick up your tray or trash. Now it is almost impossible to see them sweep the floor. Waited over 20 minutes for in store order. Pitiful. Update 9/16/2025 rest room was a pig stye.

Moldy taco shell. This place sucks. It's so clear that some days there is a good supervisor and a bad one other days. Whoever was working Jun 24 during the day should be disciplined for letting moldy food go out. All of my food was wet and leaking from the wrapper, and the soft tacos were more like taquitos they were so pitiful. Before you go saying it's not mold, the soft shell was hard and definitely more gray than it looks in the pic.

They were out of many menu items. We were told 2 weeks ago there was no Baja blast and told the worker and said he had some ordered. No mild sauce, a couple other sauces. Today we came back and they were still out of Baja because "other stores were taking their stock". Crunchrap had no meat, nacho cheese was a semi solid, chicken nuggets were burnt and all just breading without chicken. I knew of bird flu but didn't know we were this desperate for chicken. Will not be coming back to this Taco Bell for a very long time.

Wanted a beef Grilled Cheese burrito and got a Black bean grilled cheese burrito instead, i called the same night and took my name down. Went back in and explained to the employee what happened and he grabbed the manager so I explained to the manager what happened and the employee that i talked to said he was working that night and never got any phone calls, i have to literally show them my call logs so the manager said he can get me the right burrito. He had it right on the sticker but the same employee that had a issue was making the burrito and went i got home after getting off work i opened it and the first bite i got was Black bean. Tried calling the store back but nobody wants to answer the phone. The manager was nice but the employee was rude.

Wow- just had a DoorDash delivery done and none of the food in the bag is mine. The slip on the bag is correct and has all of my order right but all of the food inside the delivery bag is wrong. Spoke to the manager and he said there was nothing they could do to get a new delivery to me for dinner. He did offer me a meal if I came into the store, but I ordered delivery for a reason. Sad because this is a new store in town.

I highly recommend avoiding this location. The lobby and around the store are constantly disgusting and dirty. The food is inconsistent. Either okay at best or cold and not enjoyable. Also, be prepared to wait 20 minutes at any given time of the day, busy or slow. If you want fast food, this is not the place.

I've had multiple disappointing experiences at this location. Whether it's the staff parking their cars in the drive-thru to prevent customers from coming late at night, minors working past midnight telling customers the kitchen is closed, or consistently missing items like cheese sauce, it seems there's always an issue. I love Taco Bell but honestly like every other fast food it's a hit or miss each day, but this day they did an amazing job!😊 The food was delicious 🤤 and they put a good amount like it should be. I don’t really like going to this location because there is usually no consistency (one day you get a two inch thick burrito the next time you could get a skinny tortilla with nothing on it) or there is like barely any chance you will get your order more than 50% right. However, we chose to come here tonight as we have been very busy and some of the food can be cheap (we don’t really have money right now. IT DID NOT DISAPPOINT. The night staff were super friendly, the food was fresh and to be honest it was the BEST quality we have ever gotten from this location. Originally pulling up we were told (very nicely) that there was no chicken but if we wanted it we would have to wait like 10 minutes. We were starving and didn’t really care so we said yes. It actually came out even faster than that and the nice staff made sure the drive thru experience was awesome. All of the things we ordered were correct, -it was the first time we didn’t have to call or go back- and it was so delicious.Though If I had extra money to spare right now, I WOULD go back but it would be to tip all of those wonderful people working there right now. They were so nice and you can tell they really do their best with their jobs. Good job taco bell night crew!

I recently bought a number 6 with two bean burritos and the burritos were completely unable due to the fact that who ever prepared either sprayed their hands with cologne or the actual food because it smelled liked cologne and tasted like it too causing my lips to have a slight burn to them. Quite frankly this completely unacceptable for a lot type of restaurant to have this kind of issue. I will not be returning here and I will be contacting the county health department.

I haven't stopped at this Taco Bell before since it isn't that close to me. I was on the road and needed something to eat. I'm glad this was my stop. I watched the person making food and he was very specific in making the orders. So much so that I would actually say the food looked like the menu pictures! I give one star because zero is not an option. Not only have I tried to be a customer and stopped but now I door dash in Delavan and have tried to deal with them that way and now refuse to go there for any reason. I do not think the core issue is the employees. But I have never had a good experience at this store. Not once. One time they said they couldn't make nachos because they were out of the box they came in.
One night I sat in the drive-through line for 20 minutes before getting 3 cars back from the order box. It's a train wreck and corporate needs to fix it. But they won't until people speak up. And no one does. I told Door Dash to take them off the list of restaurants. They are seriously that bad.
I recommend you go anywhere else. Especially at night. There are friends of employees in the parking lot flagging down potential customers saying you shouldn't go there because they are out of everything. Just to cut the line down. It's completely insane. I am not exaggerating these details in any way.

Visited on tuesday 9/20 around 12:33am I was hungry late at night, and decided to get some food. I Ordered my usual Dorito locos taco and when I got home my food was cold. I'm not sure if it got cold on the drive home or if it was already cold since it was a 10 minute drive. To say the least, I was a little disappointed as I always come here, get food and have never had any bad experiences with my orders. The service wasn't the best, as the employees seemed a little rude, but overall it wasn't terrible. I understand it was late at night and they were probably tired and ready to go home. I will continue to come here, however, I do hope I have a better experience next time

Avoid this place like the plague, seriously. I’d give zero stars if I could. Went last night before midnight and someone came out telling us they were closed. Came back tonight and had the worst experience ever. Waited in line for an HOUR before ordering, and couldn’t leave because this drive thru is only one lane, so you’re stuck once you get in line. Once we got close enough, we could see that they were only taking orders /after/ they completed each one before it. Sat at the speaker for at least 10 minutes before anyone answered, then the employee said they’re out of refried beans. Finally got to order and then waited ANOTHER 30 minutes for the food, for them to charge us extra for food we didn’t order. Employees were rude, both the employees AND the establishment didn’t look clean. Doesn’t look like anyone in upper management reads these reviews because this place is somehow STILL operating with negligence and incompetence, after countless similar reviews. Do better.
