Normally, this place has good quality compared to other Taco Bells in the area. The kids working there are pretty friendly. But today, I got some grumpy middle-aged man in a manager's uniform. Guy was a total jerk. I feel bad for the young people working there. Not first time I have seen this guy act this way. The last time I was there, he was screaming and cussing at some poor high school kid. Honestly, I would not allow my teens to work for this guy. Someone needs to send social services into this restaurant and find out about him verbally abusing his underage employees. From now on ill stick to the other Taco Bells in the area

14 year old boy pointed at the board and said, “Can I get that 10 piece chicken thing and the fries?” The picture and sign read “10 piece crispy chicken nugget combo” to include “2 sauce, large drink, regular fries for $8.99”. We were charged for each individual item to include a large fry and medium drink costing $4.07 more. The girl we initially spoke with said, “did you specifically say the word combo? Because if you didn’t, ‘he’ would charge you individually”. “He” being the general manger we were told. He gave us a hard time getting refunded because as the general manager kept saying, “he didn’t specify combo”. Come, on guy? Do you get a bonus based on sales? So you’re going to over charge people and not even smile while you monetarily rape your customers?? Have some couth. Be better.

Went to the drive up, not sure if the guy at the window was having a bad day, or what, but he wouldn't let me look through the menu, talked to me rudely, and my husband was on the phone and heard the exchange. Someone serving customers should treat us like he did. Like I said, maybe he was having a bad day, but if he treated everyone like he did me, maybe that's why it's never busy when I get there.

You guys have earned this review after many visits. I'm a regular and have worked for the company many time. It's pathetic and unprofessional to be mad and complain about a customers order and it's not even big. It don't matter that you have 2 people. Your job is to serve food and handle food safety. I can't express how wrong it is to complain to a customer. It give a horrible image for the company and I'm sure your area coach Brad will not be in support of this. I really hope I have a different experience next time or I'll take the complain further up the chain. Lean manners and customer service. Wining over food for 3 people is beyond pathetic.

Tried this place for the second time since it opened. One order was fine, they messed up on the other one. Hardly any meat in any of the orders, sour cream in one order that wasn't supposed to be there so out of 4 tacos/burritos, 1 was correct. Hoping it's because it's still fairly new in this area. One of the worst taco bells. I've been here multiple times and it costs a lot but the quality doesn't match. I've had two occasions where the nachos bell grande were so salty and tasted like cinnamon. Barely edible. In general with any dish here you get mostly beans and like a tablespoon of beef. Rationing or what? The nacho fries were the final straw when the carton was not even half full for both orders. Definitely going to avoid this place until they figure out what they're doing.

I have enjoyed chicken power bowl salads at Taco Bells all over Wisconsin, however the Chicken Power Bowls served at the Eagle River, WI Taco Bell do not contain an adequate quantity of ingredients when compared to other Taco Bells. The four Eagle River salads I've purchased were skimpy, and barely filled half the bowl. For approximately $7.00, a customer should get a more generous quantity of food. How about training the employees to fill the bowls with an adequate quantity of food?

The worst taco bell I've ever been to. Waited 30 minutes for a mobile order that was just a box. The beans were not cooked. They were literally flakes that fell out of tortilla. Not edible. My crunchwrap was a tortilla with a small side of beef. Hardly any toppings on any of my items. My expectations are not high, I mean I'm eating taco bell but come on guys. At least make it edible.

Ordered 3 crunchy tacos and 2 burritos w/drinks. That's it. Drove away after waiting 25 mins in line with three cars in front of us. At least McDonalds would come out and acknowledge a problem and give you a coupon for a free burger or coke. I was so disappointed.

I will never eat here again the worst place i have ever eaten and its only been open a couple months, I went through the drive thru and the guy didnt even let me finish ordering before cutting me off telling me i had to pay at the first window. And he crumpled the money in his hand when giving me my change. Then when i checked the bag of food he crushed my tacos i then came back in to have him remake them or i wanted a refund, he refused to make my taco and give me a refund then told me to “arrest him for giving me a broken taco” I honestly believe this was because of my race.

Supposed to be open until 1am.
Placed on order online/ mobile app and took my payment. Went thru drive thru at 12am and all lights were on, including drive thru..speaker came on and stated they were closed and couldn’t help us.
We told them we had a paid for - to go and the gentleman was not very nice to us. After ignoring us for a second time, said again we are closed. They did tell us my money would be refunded but it’s the principal AND how we were treated.
Very disappointed.

Have not eaten at Taco Bell really in over 2 years. Love some of their new menu options. But, I noticed their "regular" tacos and the sort, the meat portion has really shrunk. Ia sure it is part of managing prices with today's cost of supplies, utilities, staff costs, etc. But might want to look at the "extra meat" option when you buy. I think our regular tacos were lucky to have literally a teaspoon of meat per.

They got two out of three orders wrong and I’m pretty sure they were aware of it because the cook cussed. We were the only customers there and instead of asking me if we wanted to wait to have it corrected they just passed it off. We didn’t realize until we were down the road that we got the wrong stuff. It would have been so simple to correct the mistake before we left. I even asked if there was something I should be concerned about when the cashier told me that the cook had cussed. Very disappointing.

Always a problem of some kind. I’ve come here a LOT since it’s opened up too. Either food is incorrect or just straight up sloppy. You’ll easily be waiting 5-10 minutes just to move ONE car forward in the drive thru…. Which is pretty problematic when you’re parked in a space in the parking lot, because the line is backed up right where you need to get out. And I’m positive that I’m not the only one experiencing this. I get that this place just opened, but even all of this is well beyond “new guy” status….. Management simply isn’t running a tight ship and it really shows.

I normally love taco bell but the service and food at this new location left a LOT to be desired. Having been open a bit over a month by the time of my visit, this location had been almost consistently busy to the point I continued to skip visiting. On this day, the location wasn't so busy so I stopped in with my fiancé. We placed our dine in order using the kiosk got our drink cups, and sat down to wait for our food... there were three other customers eating already and a few that came in after us.
And we waited...
Those after us seemed to get their orders quite quickly.
And we waited...
Finally, just as I was getting ready to ask about our order, I saw a worker had placed an order in the "to go" pick up area. So I looked out of curiosity and it had my name on it.
Since it had just been placed there, I thought maybe it was a simple mistake and just went ahead and grabbed it.
The taco and chalupa in my fiance's box were broken and all the food was cold or barely warm at best. As if the food had been ready for quite some time and simply sat to the side and forgotten about before being packaged and placed in the to go area.
I am sure I will give this location another try in the future and may update my review if it improves, but for now, until the staff has a chance to improve, I will be giving this location a pass.

I've been here way too much since they opened and I can say for sure that the quality of food is pretty good. I did have one issue where I received the wrong item in the drive-thru and when I went back they corrected it(luckily I live close). Well, on a whim at the last minute, I decided to try the new Taco Bell in Eagle River. I use the app to place my order. The email I received said that the order would be ready two hours before I placed it and when I got there It wasn’t ready and when they handed me the bag it seemed very light and I double checked to ask if everything was in there and they said yes and it turned out two of the four items were missing and there’s no phone number available to call them.

So I’m not off to a good start sad that there’s no phone number
