Genuinely do not remember the last time i got what i actually ordered from this place, door dash, uber eats, drive through, doesn’t matter. It’s like they do it on purpose, i cannot fathom how they can consistently give me absolutely nothing i ordered. On top of that, the burritos are always so poorly jumbled together. It looks like whoever made them started tossing random things in and called it good when they couldn’t decipher what they’re actually looking at, then wrapped it with their hands balled into a fist while blindfolded. This place needs to be added to the wonders of the world’s list because it’s a miracle that they’re still open.

Lazy workers who put their needs before customers, for example, came in to place order and the manager walks out to smoke while other employees are twiddling their thumbs saying “we can’t take orders right now our manager is gone”. Why work there if you can’t even make the food? Along with taking 20 plus minutes to make one taco, many items missing from orders. Also employees literally locking a customer in the lobby with their hands full of food as they were walking out.. not impressed. Just overall horrible service and horrible food.

Sometimes they take your order here, sometimes they won’t. I was in the drive thru line with an online order for 15 minutes with only me and one other car. I went inside where maybe 5 customers were. The employees still wouldn’t take my order for another 15 minutes. I cancelled my order and I was one of three people to walk out.

Ok I understand that places has bad days but come on. the first time I went it was made wrong so I came back and they remade it. after checking for the second time they made it wrong again and on top of missing several items as the only things I received was a soft shell and my drink what a joke!!!!!!! As well as the food being iced cold it was like it’s been in the fridge before they gave it to me. I didn’t even bother going in for the third time as it whold more than likely be messed up again. this is NOT ACCEPTABLE you guys should really get some better staff or do something.

I ordered the Cantina Chicken Quesadilla in lobby. After I paid, she told us it will take 30 mins coz they have lot of orders. So we told them we be back. After we came back to get my food. Miranda told us their out. So She offered a regular chicken. The reason I ordered Cantina coz I want try it not the regular one. I love Taco Bell. It is pretty much the only place I eat out at when I do. But this has to be the worst one I have ever been to. I won't get the crunch wrap anymore because they put nothing in it. They never put silverware in the bag either. How am I supposed to to eat cheesy fiesta potatoes or loaded fries without silverware? They wait on one person at a time in the drive thru. The picture is of what I got for $5. Why is it in cardboard? Don't know if I will go back to this Taco Bell again and I live 5 minutes away.

Wow! This is a new building NEW!!! and is in horrible shape already. The bathrooms both were gross and the whole place was dirty from the entry to the filthy dining area, the kitchen had several piles of dirt and food, nothing was clean. There was no service, the food was pushed at us with no greeting or even a hello. The ladies were using unprofessional language in the back which we could clearly hear throughout the building but I could also see their point, they were severely short staffed and under supplied with the amount of people coming through. For the price we paid the quality of the food and the establishment was not there and we will not return. Hopefully this is not Taco Bell standards now. 6/10/25 2:20pm

I was wondering what took me 20 minutes to get to the window and found out it was that girl not doing her job. Also had to come into store to get the hot sauce I asked for in the drive through must be a difficult job for that girl. Idk who if managing that but there is a time and place to take personal calls not on the clock.

Been here twice in the past week. Both times at the drive thu and they ask me to hold on before ordering. There's one car in the drive thru ahead of me. Waiting for 7 minutes the first time and waited for 5 minutes the 2nd time before leaving. Never taking my order. Service is non existent and when you fo actually get your food (prior experiences) it is crap.

My son and I went here at 6pm Sunday and my total was $13 after I round it up to donate to them, I paid with $100 bill and they gave me $67 back. I didn't realize it until I was just a bit down the road and my son counted the change I had gotten back. Stating that I only got $67 back when it should have been 87 dollar's back it was at this time we turned around and went back to the store walked in and was immediately told to go wait in the lobby because they were busy. I then spoke up and said you shorted me $20 on the drive-thru and I'd like my money please. The lady that was working the drive-thru would not even look at me or my son the other two workers in back were whispering amongst themselves, all three employees especially the drive-thru worker looked extremely guilty. After almost 10 minutes of waiting for them at the service counter they came back with two $10 bills and said here sorry about that. Without even going in the till or looking into it. That tells me in my opinion that they had some shady agenda going on and I guarantee I'm not the only person that they tried to do this too or they have done this to. I will never go back to that Taco Bell again it's a shame they would do such a thing so if you eat their count your change

I am writing this review to express the frustration I have at this specific place. For some context I walked my way to taco Bell since I didn't have a car at the time. I came at around 9:00 pm. I arrived at the restaurant and noticed the lobby was closed for the night (unsure at the time if they were still open or not, which I do hold accountable for) . I was then told by an employee that I needed to use the drive-through to place my order, despite not having a car. Following their instructions, I proceeded to the drive-through, but I was completely ignored. After waiting for some time, another customer in a car pulled up behind me. They were kind enough to help us get the intercom or mic thing to go off. This kind customer was willing to let us order through this customer’s vehicle. I ordered then I was instructed to pull up to the window. However, when I got there, I was told that I couldn’t order through the drive-through without a car, which completely contradicted the instructions I had received earlier. This experience was incredibly frustrating, as I was given misleading information multiple times and treated inconsistently. It is disappointing to be told conflicting instructions and ultimately be left without the ability to order as expected.

I hate to leave a bad review but I didn't receive a receipt or anything to properly give feedback. Usually I order ahead but today I didn't. At the drive thru I was not asked for a code to check in with the rewards app. I figured I'd just enter them in later from my reciept. All I ordered was a grilled cheese burrito and a medium drink. When they handed me my food I was not asked if I wanted my reciept so I assumed it was in the bag. I was lucky i opened my burrito the way I did, because it was conpletley mangled and torn on two of four sides. I took one bite and realized the wasnt even any tortilla where i bit, and had half the contents fall on me in the car. No napkins in the bag. It was impossible to eat. No clue how someone could make a burrito and have it rip open that badly and just think thats fine to wrap up and give to the customer.

Food and service were great.

Restaurant was literally 45 degrees fahrenheit. The staff were wearing winter coats in the kitchen and I couldn't sit down because the seats were too cold. Unacceptable. I'll be calling corporate and the state dept of labor Monday morning. If they can't help, I'll find the right regulator who can.

Sat at the drive through for 45 minutes and watched other cars drive out. Drove out myself and went inside instead, two people inside an older man greets us by saying “if you want food use the kiosk there’s two of us.” Back area completely destroyed. Kiosk cancelled my food order and I had to make them take my order. Older man was rude and not at all should be working in customer service. Get better employees or at least more than 2.

Stopped for the first time in many years. I tried the new chicken Cantina Taco and it was fabulous! It came with an avocado hot sauce that was so good and had great heat.
The young men working that day were super courteous and friendly. They really seemed to be enjoying their jobs.

So I drove off with my car of kids and they lost out on a $40 order. With my kids being upset I called to get the corporate number from the store. Used to be a pretty decent Taco Bell but has seriously gone downhill. Several times order has been wrong, sometimes missing food and not giving chicken when its an upcharge to change and often doesn't put the sauces that are supposed to come on the food. First off went inside and tried to order food but no on came. Saw they had the touch screen thing to order food and someone said the lobby is closed so I asked if I can order for take out and he said yes and left. So then I’m ready to order and the screen shuts off so I go to the drive throw and waited for 15 minutes til someone picked up. I got to the window and got my food. We always order the chicken power bowl salad. When they get it right, it's delicious but getting it right is more the exception than the rule. Some key ingredient, essential to the salad, is always missing. My dining companion is overly concerned that she won't get a fork 😄 because that too has happened. But we just keep going back. This is the third and last time here. Gave them a chance and they (owners) blew it. I've had shouting from the kitchen, messed up orders (that is bad when you have food allergies and staff argues with you about the order), ran out so that they can have a crew meeting, and now they are so very, very lazy we're shouted at from the kitchen to use the kiosk to place an order. Why? There was nobody inside and no one in the drive thru. It's the last straw for us. We will never, ever be back. Advice: Spend your money across the street at Culver's or next door at Ayby's. The workers are extremely rude. The lady on the intercom was old enough (50+) to know how to interact with customers correctly yet still was incredibly rude. Told us to make up our minds, belittled us when we just wanted the tacos and nothing to drink, and then the lady at the window threw the bag out of the window. The contents of the bag spilled all over the car when she threw it at us. Yet she shut the window and ignored us when we tried asking for napkins. Our order was also wrong (asked for no sour cream and there was sour cream on everything). It was the worst drive thru experience we have ever had and this was grown adults acting like children. Embarrassing for that establishment.

Update: tried to eat the food besides the sour cream problem. The shells were incredibly stale. It was sad to spend $20+ on inedible food.

Myself and my husband went there at like 10:30pm. The worker was sitting out in his car with someone. When I went to go to the front door he told me the lobby was closed. I said thanks and told my husband we'd just have to do it the old fashion way and go through the driveway. I heard the employee get up slam his car door, stomp his way to the door and slam that door as he was walking back into the restaurant. His response was so aggressive there was no way we wanted to get food made by him out of concern he would do something to it.

The staff here is awful! They are constantly yelling and screaming at each other in front of costumers. The kitchen is a mess. There was no clean table available when dining in, so be expected to clear off your table before enjoying your food. Our food order was messed up also and overall a bad experience.

I wanted a meal for 2 pack and was told that it was only available online. I ordered something else and was told to wait at the speaker. I sat there for 5 min and in that time placed the online order for what I wanted. I told the speaker to cancel my order. I went inside to pick up my online order and heard the person running the drive through talking about me. Then when I got home we noticed that we were missing the tacos that were part of the meal for two. All in all a horrible experience

I just moveed up here from Iowa, and this store SKIMPS! we got crunch wraps (truly a work of God) but here in eau Claire these things are paper thin, they have maybe (at most) a 1/4 of the contents they serve in Iowa. There is no crunch, the crunchy hard shell layer is completely soft and soggy. I might move back to Iowa so I can get real crunch wraps again

Just left there 30 seconds ago I started writing this review in the drive-through because it was so amazing! Service was wonderful the way they talk to me was wonderful their smiles were real. They were all working as a team or like a family it was so awesome. Oh my gosh! I am totally going to come back to this location, even though I live on the opposite side of town!

This place is disgusting, went in,the door handle and windows were so disgusting!!! Then there is cigarette butts everywhere, a pair of food handling gloves on the ground right outside the front door!!!
