waited 20 minutes for my food, got home and found out 2 of my burritos were wrong, they took out the order counter completely from the dining room so its a lot slower and the kiosks they have arent actually compatible with the app. overall just relies to heavily on ai which is gross and unfortunate for anyone who wants to have at least a decent experience. at least the employees were nice i guess.

forgot our food. rushed us by kept asking if we was done. the burritos was very poorly wrapped unfortunately. burritos was also incorrectly wrapped wrong (unable to tell what was what with wraper) it was also sloppy, one wraper had beans all over it because the burrito was improperly wrapped. staff was seen going in and out of building smoking out back. doors was locked around 7pm-8ish. anyways door were locked but there was someone in the lobby eating. when we came back to get our missed item. they said come into the lobby during the call. as we pulled up they locked the doors, turned off the lobby lights and told us to go through the drive thur.

I ordered a crunch wrap supreme, and it came with no beef, I ordered a loaded nacho box and it came with no beef and only chips with sour cream. I ordered two extra sauces and a large sweet tea and didn’t get any of those items. About 15 bucks worth of food I ordered and did not receive. I ordered two softshell chicken tacos and got cold beef tacos with little to no beef on them. I ordered black beans to add on and didn’t receive those. When I called to see if they can make my order right they told me to tell DoorDash. doorDash was great and they delivered my food fast. Taco Bell on the other hand had terrible service

This is the only taco bell in this entire town that has legitimately the worst night staff ever most of them have legitimately the worst mindset I've seen for a restaurant they are also incredibly rude to delivery drivers and show the least amount of care for the customers plus the night staff is incredibly bi-polar on the closing time and will just refuse to make any more orders or close the store earlier than is posted. Do not come here during the night time or order around 1 am or you more than likely won't get food.

If I could give this location a 0, I would. This is a long one, but needs to be addressed. Today on 4/19 around 12:30pm, I visited with my family to order something as simple as rice for my 4-year-old son, and the level of disrespect from the staff was unacceptable.
Because rice wasn’t listed on the kiosk and a loud fan on the counter made it difficult to be heard, I had to raise my voice and call out “excuse me” for assistance. No one came at first, so I tried again. Eventually, a drive-thru employee walked over and responded with “what.” When I asked if they had rice, he said yes. I explained that the option wasn’t available on the kiosk, and instead of helping, he rolled his eyes, shrugged, said “I don’t know,” and walked away. A simple “I’ll be right with you” would have been fine, but instead I was ignored.
After waiting, another customer even called out “excuse me” on my behalf. That’s when another employee, Natasha, came over. She insisted I use the kiosk even though I explained the rice option was missing. When I pressed the issue, she said it “should be on there” and that I’d have to wait for her to take my order. I told her waiting was fine, but there was no need for disrespect from either of them. At that point, the first employee interrupted and accused me of “screaming,” even though I was only speaking loud enough to be heard over the fan.
Both employees continued to act dismissive and unprofessional—rolling their eyes, making faces, and even talking about me and my family within earshot. Another customer in the dining area later told me she overheard them making comments about us. I also witnessed the male employee treat another customer poorly, mocking them by shaking their food bag, rolling his eyes, and loudly saying, “OMG HERE IS YOUR FOOD.”
As my family and I left, the same employee walked toward the door, smirked at us, and acted as if he was trying to provoke something. Another customer confirmed he smiled and made a smart sound as we were pulling out of our spot. So I went back in, and I asked the customer that I spoke about previously if she heard him say anything, and she explained exactly what he did
“ he walked over to the door looked out at us, turned around, smirked and made a smart noise out loud” So I asked him if he needed me, he loudly said, “I was going to the bathroom.” I told him there was no reason to go up to the door and do that to us. It’s like he was trying to provoke something, and then he proceeded to wave me away like a fly and said, “BYEEE.”
This type of behavior should never be acceptable in customer service. It reflects a serious lack of professionalism and courtesy. I strongly encourage management to review the cameras from that day and address how customers are being treated. I understand how overwhelming customer service can be, especially when short-staffed, but mocking and disrespecting customers is unacceptable and disgusting.

i ALWAYS have issues with this specific taco bell. i just called to ask a question and they didn’t even answer. they ALWAYS mess up my order or forgot to add items. OR the other night they closed 5 whole minutes before there actual closing time with only 5 cars in drive thru. we sat in the drive thru for 30 minutes while they got out one order and then turned everyone else away. 0/10 go to any other taco bell in eau claire this one is very bad.

No matter which way I order food it always takes nearly 20-30 minutes before I actually receive it. Staff only talks to you at the speaker for drive thru. Otherwise it’s literally just a waiting game and then hoping that they have your order made correctly. Seriously need to do something about this. This store has been stuck at rock bottom since before Covid and it’s never gotten even an inch off the ground since. Picking up a DoorDash inside like policy says? Nope. They do not acknowledge you at all inside for any pickups. You only get told at the speaker to come inside just for them to hand it to you at the window without even talking to you again. Only conversation with customer of any sort is at the speaker. Very beyond disappointing!

They dare to call these few inch long things chicken strips. The longest one was 3”! You don’t have a chance of using all your sauce. My fries were cold to the touch and soggy. I haven’t had fries that cold in my life! I had to put them in the air fryer when I got home. Thank goodness I was taking them home!! So dissatisfied! The nuggets were amazing! You dropped the ball Taco Bell, so hard it deflated!

Every time I order taco bell I hope its better than the last time but its always somehow worse. Its always this store, I forget to change it. The food was literally wet, the hard tacos were soft, the drinks were FULLY warm (im not over exaggerating, we're talking not a hint of cold and we did NOT order no ice). There were 2 hairs in my taco aswell like, I'm so upset honestly. I didnt expect to eat invader zim quality food. I just don't understand how anyone, even teenagers, would let this kind of food leave their store. Its not acceptable even for fast food. My expectations were already low and somehow they did so much worse.
I also have to add that it wasn't always this bad. I've been watching the steady decline for a long time. If you work there, just quit and let the location close at this point.

For $30 for two meals, I shouldn't have to type my own order in. Get real. Ordered chips and green chilli queso, got nacho cheese sauce. They got the order completely wrong. Had to go up a total of 3 times to get everything fixed. (Missing items, they ignored the added or subtracted ingredients you can set on the terminal, and they gave me the wrong items at that.

They got the drinks wrong as well. Ordered a sugar free Baja freeze drink. Ended up with an empty cup for the soda fountain. Told the guy about it at the front, he just said "the baja soda is over there", turned around before I could correct him and rushed off. I also took note that the kitchen was.... disgusting. There was food all over the ground, and everything was a mess. Turned my stomach, had to put it out of my mind, else I would have thrown my order away and left.

Also, be ready to wait a long time here. The employees are constantly swearing loudly, arguing and fighting. Be careful here if you have children that you don't want to expose to cussing like that.

It didn't use to be like this, which is unfortunate. The current workers there now... If I was the manager there, they'd all be fired. Except the manager currently there is just as bad, so. Yeah.

As a delivery driver l was picking up an order for a disabled customer Taco Bell said they refused to make the order for the disabled customer first said another delivery driver took the customer’s order. After l called the customer to ask if they received their order the customer said no. Taco Bell employees refused to remake the order later claimed someone stolen the order while l was on the phone with the customer. Taco Bell employees yelled at the customer and me while l was on the phone with the disabled customer. This is the worst place to get food. ANYWHERE is better. This place is so dirty and run so unprofessional. They don't pay the employees. The staff eat where the prepare food they have no dress code. They have food made in the morning served at night and they throw nothing away that is why you food looks so disgusting. As someone who worked there for less than a week I can tell you that it's is not safe to eat anything here. Not to mention the lobby is falling apart there is a 🕳️ hole in the ceiling and they still serve you the dog food they say is food like it's no problem. Chris the GM needs to be fired. This Taco Bell is consistently bad with customer service, but today was a new low. I ordered take-out for pick up in the restaurant and waited over 30 minutes before I was even acknowledged. That’s when an employee told me through his ~8 brown teeth that he “thought I was just here to sit on my phone.” When I finally received my order, I had to remind another employee that we had two drinks with our order (which he forgot for another customer’s order shortly after), and when I tried to get a refund for our horrible service, they refused and tried gaslighting me into believing that I ordered incorrectly, which I proved false. This is the first time I’ve had issues with the method. When our party ate our food, we found missing straws, missing condiments, and missing ingredients in nearly all of our items. This is a nightmarish franchise for a corporation that consistently disappoints with customer satisfaction.

This could quite possibly be the worst establishment in the upper midwest. Every worker here acts like it isn’t there job to serve you, the drive through is always closed, and then they proceed to also lock the doors to the restaurant so you literally cannot get food. Never in my 20 years of life have I ever seen such a terrible food chain. Whatever you do, go to the other taco bell in eau claire, either way your food is taking 30 minutes minimum at Craig rd taco bell so you might as well go to the other one 10 minutes away.

Anytime i get something without lettuce, without fail, there is always like one peice of lettuce. One obvious strip of lettuce each time. Its happened like 3 times over multiple peices of food. Im starting to wonder is someone is doing it on purpose. Lol. Its at the point where i always check first, and its been consistently true. Not the end of the world, but annoying none the less.

PATHETIC!!!!!! These women working are an absolute joke. We came and spent $30. Not only was one of the taco's wrong, but they also didn't give us two of our items. We went back to get our food. Which, no big deal? Right? Nope. The girl didn't even look at our receipt or anything! In fact the girl looked at us and slammed the drive through window. A "manager" came up to the window while the original girl stood behind her screaming. The manager was SO rude. She wouldn't help, no refund and no food that I already paid for. So we went inside. Seriously? I have given them multiple tries multiple different days. Between missing food items in my orders and their machines breaking down i figured it was just the luck of the draw. But today was the last straw. My boyfriend has anxiety and low blood sugar. He went through the taco bell drive through line at 9pm today hoping to get something to quell his shakes. It started out normal and he had asked for a minute to gather his order (he was going to bring food home for me) and the female had granted him the time. After a minute or so he was ready and asked for a number one combo and a deep mans voice came over the speaker stating a loud "no" before the girl came back giggling asking him to proceed. For someone with crippling anxiety that's terrifying. At this point this place just needs to shut down.

If I could give this location 0 stars I would. While waiting for our food there were 2 other customers in front of us who needed drink cups because they didn’t put them out and the old guy who works there like slammed them on the counter and then threw their food box on the counter too. I’ve been there before and he always has an attitude of some sort. I got my food and there was a bag of chips missing (which isn’t a big deal) so I went to the counter to ask for it since I paid for it, i did end up getting it but everyone seemed to have an attitude.

Their lobby closes at 9. We tried to get in, and before it was even 9 someone was locking the door and we were told we had to go through the drive-thru. We ordered through the app (5 orders total) and were told there was a limit of 2 orders per vehicle and had to go through the drive-thru 3 times to get all our food. There was an excessive wait, and there were 4 employees simply standing at the window - most of them not doing any work. Despite the lobby being closed, we saw a total of 4 people walk into the lobby (excluding food delivery drivers). They forgot to give us one of our friend's food. Overall, we got to Taco Bell at 8:58 pm and left at 9:51 pm. Awful experience. As someone who has worked fast food before, their service, timeliness, and treatment towards customers (talking badly about us in front of us), and cleanliness (no beard covers being worn) were absolutely atrocious. I would rate this establishment 0 stars if possible.

I walked into the lobby, only going to use the order kiosk. I have an audio processing issue when using drive thrus, so normally I go into a restaurant to use the kiosk. This location used to be great but wow did it go downhill. Today I did a mobile order. I came in and saw my bag and no drinks (I ordered 2 drinks, a soda and a specialty). Nobody would give me the time of day. People in the back looked up at me then quickly looked down to ignore me. Finally I got the attention of one of the slackers there and asked if my order was ready. He said yes. I asked where the drinks were. He tossed two cups my way and said we don't have the specialty drink. Not at all offering me a solution or refund. I was in a great mood and didn't want to deal with drama of a lazy coworker so I just filled up 2 fountain drinks. Peeked in the bag and looked like everything. I got home, and our dessert wasn't in the bag (my bad for not checking every single thing in the bag). At my nachos Belgrade which I upgraded so it was about 8 bucks for just the nachos. Stale. Very very very stale. I could tell they were sitting under a heat lamp for over an hour. The other 3 tacos I got were very plain tasting and I could tell they were thrown together in a hurry (FYI, when I was there, there was me and another customer waiting and no cars in the drive through so they were not busy). Not only will I personally ban this location, I will tell my friends and family of this experience and tell whoever listens to stay away until they hire people who actually want to make customers happy. (For what it's worth, about a year ago I went there often. The service and food was great, so great that I gave the team a 20 dollar tip. But it's went downhill since). Taco Bell, either close this location or get some workers who have some pride in their jobs. Until then, I highly recommend not going to this location. There are plenty of local places to eat around the area, support them (I wish I did today but was in a taco bell mood.....). Usually the owner is working at local places so the workers have more pride and are eager to put out good food and service.

This five stars is ONLY for Nicole at the Craig Rd location. (Forgive me if I'm spelling your name wrong). I had ordered a delivery order from this location. Initially when I got my order, the only thing I noticed was that half of my drink was missing. After first just calling to ask about a refund (DoorDash had told me to call the store, I think they meant corporate though), Nicole was very kind and told me I could come by for a free drink in the next few weeks. After the phone call, I started eating and noticed the food was off as well, so I decided to go to the store just to see if possibly it could be remade. Nicole was INCREDIBLY polite and helpful, and went above and beyond to make everything right. I no longer need a refund and I also got the right food - Nicole made sure everybody won! I seriously cannot thank her enough for making the whole situation a lot less frustrating.
