While I tend to usually not have issues here with the quality of food, I did experience an issue with service last night. I had just left the ER at 1:30 from helping a friend and wanted to get a bit to eat before heading to bed. I got to the drive thru at 1:48am. The store hours are listed as closing at 2:00am. I sat there at the intercom for at least 5 minutes before I rolled up to the window to see if I could see anyone inside. I saw two female employees who refused to acknowledge that I was there. I get wanting to close and leave right on time...I truly do....but that was just rude

This is my favorite Taco Bell location in the Madison area. They staff work so hard and are so friendly - the service is great. My wife is a vegetarian and we frequently order modified versions of things (no beef, sub beans) and they rarely get anything wrong. I like to yuck it up with some of the staff when I pull through, and can say they’re honestly really amazing folks. Whatever they’re being paid, I can tell you it ain’t enough.

Maria is terribly rude. Got order wrong (put no sour cream instead of light), regular instead of freeze, when I try to correct at window -- she insists I accept them with sour cream on side and becomes incredibly aggressive and hostile. I ask them to correct, and she makes rude statements and to pull aside, I decide I want a refund, and she ignores me knocking on window, then tells me the window thing is beeping (i.e. their metric counter for completed order, which mine wasn't yet completed). Go inside to get refund, person kept putting erroneous orders and telling me to just accept refund instead of refunding full order. Tried to explain $11 refund on $15 order was taxes.

Regular Taco Bell generally, not much better or worse tasting than others, and is also clean. However, I clearly ordered two vegetarian meals (even used the veggie button on Kiosk!) and they both had ground beef in them. As a vegetarian of 8 years, that was absolutely terrible. After informing the staff of mix up we received veggie versions, but they didn't include the original customizations (ie. added guac etc.). I asked and received them no-charge, but just felt like nobody gave a care and honestly should have asked for a refund but instead I'm just gonna leave this here as a warning... If you have specific allergens make sure to cut open your food first! But it's fast food and teenagers working so I don't blame ya'll, just try to do better for other people please.

Every time I go there around 7 45–8 a.m. no one is in there in the drive-thru to help you out. I've been to this location twice. The first time, I went in to order breakfast. After ordering I waited 20 minutes before I went up and asked how long it would be. The lady working checked and told me it would be just another minute as they were about to send it out. 10 minutes later, I asked again and she told me sorry, we can't make your breakfast because it was now after breakfast hours and I had to cancel it.
The second time, I ordered in the drive thru. When I pulled up to the window they informed me that the coffee machine was broken and that I'd need to get a different beverage. At least I got food that time.

I've been going here for years, and have always had pleasant experiences until today. After ordering, the cashier asked me to pull forward, and I asked if she had gotten my drink as it hadn't popped up on the order screen. She yelled at me that dhe was "working on it" and to pull forward. I was not offered my receipt and when I asked I got it crumpled up and flung at me while by the manager who said "merry christmas" sarcastically before shutting the window again. So I got yelled at and treated rudely for the horrible crime of ensuring my order was heard correctly, and asking for my receipt. Also, I ordered and large drink, I paid for a large drink, and they gave me a small, so that makes me think they purposely tried to keep my receipt from me so I wouldn't notice they were stealing my money.

The last time I was able to successfully obtain food from this taco bell was on 10/25/22 and I've been there 4 times since including today which is 2/24/2023.

All 4 of those times, I sat at the speaker for 10-15 minutes before anyone said anything to me. Then I was told it would be 45 minutes to an hour for them to make my food because they are short staffed. I honestly don't believe that at all because this happened on 4 different occasions spread over months. I also watched them turn away no less than 25 other cars while I was sitting in the parking lot trying to order something else for dinner.

I have never had a bad experience at this location. The one time I nearly did have a bad experience (waited in drive-thru line for like 10 min) they acknowledged their error and made attempts to rectify it. I gladly accepted an apology and a few free taco vouchers.

We have loved Taco Bell in the past but after moving here to Wisconsin have yet to have a good experience. We have never gotten an order that was correct, always something missing or incorrect. When we’ve tried to go back a missing item they refused to give it and instead gave us “free taco” coupons (even with a receipt)

Tonight we waited in line to even get to the speaker for ordering for 20 minutes, only to be told there is a 20 minute wait for EACH ORDER being placed (there was 3 cars in front of us), so we would need to wait over an hour to get our order. We were trapped in the line, and could not exit due to people being in front and behind of us. Mind you this is dinner time with a 2 year old and 5 year old in the car slowly losing it because they are so hungry!

We were able to get out of the car and ask the people in front of us if they could move so we could leave. We asked the employees if they could send someone outside to let others waiting in line know that the wait is so long and they said no they could not do that.

Just disappointing customer service, disregard for the way customers are treated. Waited a total of 60 minutes before we were able to leave with no food. If you don’t have enough employees to meet the needs of your restaurant, close the drive through and do dine in only. Or close the dine in and do drive through only.
