The last 4 time I have gone to this location I have not gotten exactly what I have ordered. Order a Baha Freeze and was given a Baha Blast drink twice. Ordered soft shell taco supreme and was given hard shell tacos. Also ordered Cheesy Nachos Gorgita Crunches and got Doritos Locos Tacos instead.

I went by for a couple if food items and drinks. The guy was so freaking rude to me at the speaker while taking my order! This is the 2nd time that thus has happened! The area coach needs to talk to the employees at night and to the managers! I ordered a #2 reg with a mango refresca, and then 2 reg soft tacos with another mango drink. Then he yelled and said that to wait! I pulled up and he tried giving me someone else's 3 large drinks ! I was like those ain't mine!? I don't know what there problem is! I asked for the managers name and for brian too since I know that he was the gm there. He said who!" I dont kniw who that is! Then he said that he doesn't work there anymore. But I do know the area coach Briggett and I will be calling her tomorrow! This is unexpected for the employee to be behaving like this!

I went there, VERY hungry, ordered 3 hardshell tacos with only meat and cheese. I am not even trying to be funny, they gave me 3 hardshell tacos with 1 tablespoon of meat and no cheese. So I went back in and asked if they could put some more meat and cheese on, they then proceeded to sprinkle 4 single shreds of shredded cheese. So again, I went back in and then and only then did they tell me I had to pay more if I wanted extra. I have been to numerous other Taco Bell’s and this has never been the case. But whatever. Don’t ever go here. Go to the Oshkosh Taco Bell on Jackson st. They will get you right.

Never before had i been so upset by a fast food establishment. As a former employee of a fast food place I can understand a dinner rush, however the service was abysmal. I didnt wait an hour and a half for a half hour like last time which I will say is better than I expected from the sheer amount of customers in the drive thru and lobby. However I would've rather waited longer for food that was not crushed and leaking food all over my wrappers as they appeared thrown together so carelessly jist to get an order out. My taco shell looked like broken glass when I unwrapped it, and my crunch wrap was missing half its ingredients inside the wrapper instead of the shell. And the last thing that truly solidified how disappointing it was to see this was just how bored some of these workers looked outside of maybe 2 employees trying to handle the drive through and counter together. There was a girl simply unstacking and restocking the cups while those 2 were rushing tirelessly and admittedly rushed and careless to get food out, I dont think I will ever visit here again.

I had a really disappointing experience at this establishment. They handed me my order, but forgot to give me my drink cup. I ended up waiting for about 10 minutes for someone to help me. During that time, I made eye contact with at least 5 employees, but they all pretended not to see me. There was a line of about 6-7 people waiting, and despite that, the staff continued to ignore everyone. One worker helped just one customer, and when another customer tried to get her attention back to everyone, she rolled her eyes and walked away. Very unprofessional service, I have never felt the need to leave anywhere a bad review while eating inside their establishment.

Came to dine in, ordered off one of the electronic screens. After waiting for some decent time my food that I ordered was put on the hand out table which is fine. What wasn’t fine was that my drink wasn’t handed out. Stood and waited at the front for about 10 minutes before a worker actually came up and asked what I needed. Horrible experience got supreme crunch wrap and it had no meat in it asked for more meat and my husband was told next time ask for extra meat. Well I shouldn't have to ask and pay for extra meat in a dish that is supposed to be 1 scoop full of meat and had none. I should pay regular price for a regular helping of meat not zero meat. The service was terrible today. 11/14/24. My boyfriend n I waited almost 20 mins to be served at the counter. I went to order like any other normal person would, and the guy working was so sarcastic and rude, FOR NO REASON. It's Taco Bell - you know what you're going to get and I've never had a bad experience here.
My only complaint is that far too often it's as if the crew forgets that customers can hear everything they are saying or what music they are listening to, and on occasion it has been loud or even inappropriate.

Just went through the drive through. First of all, they forgot my chips w/cheese. Second of all, my husband had ordered 2 beefy 5 layers, he took a bit of both and they both felt very grainy, like sand in his mouth. He ended up puking it up not even a minute later. HORRIBLE. I was shocked by this Taco Bell! A lot of locations give half portions of potatoes when you order them, making you pay the extra $3 for a full serving instead of a double, (I used to work at one), but this location actually dished out full servings. Great for anyone that eats the spicy potato soft taco, or the fiesta potatoes! But what shocked me the most, is the friendly staff. I have seen a lot of places have great food and mediocre staff. Mostly not caring about their job and being very sloppy with their work. Not here! I think the one thing that needs to be spoken about is, the amount of creamy jalapeno sauce that's on some of their products. It can be a little much, either too much, or all in one bite. Try to take the extra 1-2 seconds to make sure it's spread throughout the entire entree. Keep up the good work T-Bell Crew! By the way, the only reason I spent $10-20 per person is because I'm a bigger guy, I love to EAT. Each individual meal, is ~$8 on average.

This time we went in and the crew was no where close to professional! We were the only ones inside and had to wait to order because the crewmembers were too busy hitting on eachother as one was leaving, "Hey girl... I'll call you later, you better be there!" Come on, really? Put customers first and be professional. Then we tell them exactly what we wanted, not a complicated order by any means. The girl didn't read the order back and I thought nothing of it. Once I got home I realized the whole order was wrong, the only part they got right was the two soft shell tacos that came with the meals.

I love Taco Bell and have for years. Unfortunately down in Illinois where I live the local Taco Bell’s always have terrible service and the food is not good. While in town, I stopped by this Taco Bell 5 minutes before closing and it was already packed. To my amazement the kitchen was fully staffed and everyone was so friendly. I didn't even get my food today. 5/7/23 at 7:10pm. I went though the drive through. I've order a simple meal Supreme dorito taco with a drink an a crunch wrap with nacho fries. I received my drinks, was told to pull around front. I've waited 20 minutes. Aswell as bothered by two people coming to me 6 times with the wrong order. The cars behind got there food before me an it was about 6 cars got served food. I went inside to tell them what's going on an that I wanted my refund.
